Abstract

 特性にバラツキのない粉末状の人工鉱石を提供可能とする。  珪素化合物、トルマリン、セラミックスのいずれか一種を主材とし、所定量の主材を減圧状態で溶融させた後に、鉄、アルミニウム、カルシウムを添加して自然冷却させることにより第1の固化体を生成する第1工程と、この第1の固化体を減圧状態で再溶融させた後に自然冷却させて第2の固化体を生成する第2工程と、この第2の固化体を常圧状態で溶融させるとともに、第1工程で溶融させた主材と等量の主材を投入して溶融させた後に自然冷却させて第3の固化体を生成する第3工程とを有し、前記第3の固化体からなる人工鉱石とする。
