Abstract

método de utilização de um forno de fusão de material em suspensão, um forno de fusão de material em suspensão e um queimador de material concentrado. a presente invenção está correlacionada a um método de utilização de um forno de fusão de material em suspensão, assim como, a um forno de fusão de material em suspensão, e a um queimador de material concentrado (4). o queimador de material concentrado (4) compreende um primeiro dispositivo de suprimento de gás (12) para alimentação de um primeiro gás (5) dentro da cuba de reação (2), e um segundo dispositivo de suprimento de gás (18) para alimentação de um segundo gás (16) dentro da cuba de reação (2). o primeiro dispositivo de suprimento de gás (12) compreende uma primeira abertura de descarga anular (14), disposta concentricamente em relação à boca (8) do tubo alimentador (7), de modo que a primeira abertura de descarga anular (14) envolva o tubo alimentador (7). o segundo dispositivo de suprimento de gás (18) compreende uma segunda abertura de descarga anular (17), disposta concentricamente em relação à boca (8) do tubo alimentador (7), de modo que a segunda abertura de descarga anular (17) envolva a abertura (14) do tubo alimentador (7).
