Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FUNDIÇÃO CARBOTÉRMICA DE MAGNÉSIO E COPRODUÇÃO DE CARBONETO DE CÁLCIO. Apresenta a invenção do referido método que é particularmente adequado para fundição carbotérmica de magnésio utilizando uma mistura de óxido de magnésio e óxido de cálcio como matéria-prima e carbono como agente redutor. Preparação de um pó misturado contendo óxido de magnésio, óxido de cálcio e um agente redutor de carbono; preparação do pó misturado em uma alimentação de forno peletizado, e colocação dele em um reator equipado com uma fonte de calor; configuração de uma pressão absoluta P no reator a ser ajustada dentro do intervalo de 1000 Pa (igual) P (igual) a pressão atmosférica ou a uma pressão ligeiramente positiva e uma temperatura de reação T dentro do intervalo de 11lg2P + 71lgP + 1210 (graus celsius) (menor que) T (menor que) 98lg2P-129lgP + 1300 (graus celsius), executando uma reação de fundição. O magnésio líquido é obtido através da condensação por um condensador conectado ao reator e, após a reação de fundição ter terminado, o carboneto de cálcio é obtido dentro do reator. O presente método pode evitar completamente um risco de segurança em fusão carbotérmica do magnésio do vapor de magnésio e de um gás de CO produzindo facilmente pó de magnésio quando corresfriado junto e causar uma explosão, e pode reduzir significativamente o custo de fusão de magnésio; o presente método tem uma boa perspectiva de aplicação na indústria.
