Abstract
processo e purificação de materiais carbonáceos. a presente invenção se refere a um processo para o processamento e/ou purificação de negro de fumo que compreende as etapas de: a) fornecer negro de fumo contendo impurezas; b) fornecer um fluido aquoso que compreende um hidreto de nitrogênio; c) fornecer um hidróxido de metal alcalino e/ou um metal alcalino; d) colocar em contato a mistura da etapa a), o fluido da etapa b) e o hidróxido de metal alcalino e/ou metal alcalino da etapa c); e) submeter a composição obtida na etapa d) a uma temperatura elevada na faixa de 80 a 240 °c e uma pressão elevada na faixa de 5 a 50 bar; f) separar um sólido carbonáceo da composição obtida na etapa e). a presente invenção ainda se refere ao uso de um hidreto de nitrogênio como um agente dispersante para produzir e/ou estabilizar uma suspensão aquosa.
