Abstract
Description
상기 철심 및 섬유질이 제거된 카본블랙을 미분쇄하는 미분쇄단계와,
상기 미분쇄된 카본블랙을 가열하여 휘발성 물질을 제거하는 휘발분 제거단계와,
상기 휘발분이 제거된 카본블랙을 산용액으로 처리하여 카본블랙 중의 무기물이 무기염으로 생성되도록 하는 무기염 생성단계와,
상기 생성된 무기염을 카본블랙과 분리하기 위하여, 이를 여과 및 세척함으로써 무기염과 카본블랙을 분리하는 여과 및 세척단계와,
상기 여과 및 세척단계를 통해 분리된 무기염을 응집제로 응집하는 무기염 응집단계를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 여과 및 세척단계 시 산용액과 세척수를 각각 회수하고, 상기 회수된 산용액은 무기염 생성단계로 재투입하고, 상기 회수된 세척수는 세척수로서 재사용되고,
상기 산용액은 0.05 ~ 0.5 N 농도의 희석염산인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)
- 폐타이어의 열분해를 통해 얻어진 카본블랙을 자석분리 및 비중분리하여 카본블랙 중의 철심 및 섬유질을 제거하는 철심 및 섬유질 제거단계와,상기 철심 및 섬유질이 제거된 카본블랙을 미분쇄하는 미분쇄단계와,상기 미분쇄된 카본블랙을 가열하여 휘발성 물질을 제거하는 휘발분 제거단계와,상기 휘발분이 제거된 카본블랙을 산용액으로 처리하여 카본블랙 중의 무기물이 무기염으로 생성되도록 하는 무기염 생성단계와,상기 생성된 무기염을 카본블랙과 분리하기 위하여, 이를 여과 및 세척함으로써 무기염과 카본블랙을 분리하는 여과 및 세척단계와,상기 여과 및 세척단계를 통해 분리된 무기염을 응집제로 응집하는 무기염 응집단계를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 여과 및 세척단계 시 산용액과 세척수를 각각 회수하고, 상기 회수된 산용액은 무기염 생성단계로 재투입하며, 상기 회수된 세척수는 세척수로서 재사용하고,상기 산용액은 0.05 ~ 0.5 N 농도의 희석염산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어 열분해 카본블랙의 고품위화를 위한 가공방법.
