Abstract

本发明涉及一种碳热法炼镁联产碳化钙的方法,特别适合于以氧化镁和氧化钙混合物为原料,碳为还原剂的碳热法炼镁。制备含有氧化镁、氧化钙和碳还原剂的混合粉料;将混合粉料制成球团炉料,放入设置有热源的反应器内;设置反应器内绝压P在1000Pa≤P≤常压的范围内或为微正压,反应温度T在11lg2P+71lgP+1210℃<T<98lg2P‑129lgP+1300℃范围内,进行冶炼反应,通过连接在反应器上的冷凝器冷凝得到液态镁,冶炼反应结束后,在反应器内得到碳化钙。通过该方法可彻底避免碳热法炼镁的镁蒸气与CO气体共同冷却时易生成镁粉发生爆炸的安全隐患,并且可明显降低镁冶炼成本,该方法在工业上具备良好应用前景。
