Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO ELETROLUMINESCENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos eletroluminescentes que compreendem camadas orgânicas que contêm alguns compostos 2H-benzotriazóis. Os compostos 2H-benzotriazol são componentes apropriados de camadas organoeletroluminescentes duráveis, emitindo no azul. Os dispositivos eletroluminescentes podem ser empregados para painéis de exibição de todas as cores, por exemplo celulares, televisões e telas de computador pessoal.
