Abstract

La presente se refiere a la fabricación de un clinker de ternesita-belita-sulfoaluminato de calcio (ferrita). La presente se refiere también al uso de materias primas alternativas, por ejemplo, materias primas a base de subproductos industriales, entre otros, de menor calidad, como por ejemplo, escorias en trozos y cenizas con reducido contenido de vidrio y/o alto contenido de cal libre y / o alto contenido de fases cristalinas de alta temperatura, así como a rocas que existen naturalmente y rocas volcánicas de composición química comparable para la fabricación de clinker. Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento para la fabricación de un clinker hidráulicamente reactivo por medio de sinterización de una mezcla de harina cruda, la cual contiene fuentes para CaO, AI₂O₃(Fe₂O₃), SiO₂ y SO₃, caracterizado porque, se sinteriza la mezcla de harina cruda en un rango de temperatura de > 1200ºC a 1350ºC durante un período de tiempo suficiente para convertir la mezcla de harina cruda a un producto intermedio de clinker, se tempera el producto intermedio de clinker en un rango de temperatura de 1200ºC hasta un límite inferior de 750ºC durante un tiempo suficiente para obtener la cantidad deseada de C₅S₂S, así como también para convertir una cierta cantidad de fases de aluminato y ferrato y restos de las fases cristalinas de altas temperaturas de las materias primas con presencia de CS a C₄(AˣF₁₋ˣ)₃S y C₅S₂S adicional, y se enfría el clinker con los componentes principales C₄(AˣF₁₋ˣ)₃S, (a; b) C₂S y C₅S₂S en las siguientes proporciones C₅S₂S 5 a 75% en peso, C₂S 1 a 80% en peso, C₄(AˣF₁₋ˣ)₃S 5 a 70% en peso, fases secundarias 0 a 30% en peso, en donde x es un número de 0,1 a 1.
