Claims (15)

1. Klinker ternesit kalcijevog sulfoaluminata ili cement koji je moguće dobiti sinteriranjem sirove mješavine, koja sadrži izvore CaO, Al2O3(Fe2O3), SiO2 i SO3, naznačen time što je sirova mješavina sinterirana na temperaturnom opsegu > 1200°C do 1350°C kroz vremenski period dovoljan da se sirova mješavina pretvori u klinker neposrednog proizvoda, uobičajeno 10 do 240 minuta klinker posrednog proizvoda temperira se na temperaturi od 1200°C do niže granice od 750°C preko vremenskog perioda dovoljnog za pribavljanje željene količine C5S2$ i pretvoriti aluminatni i feratnu fazu i ostatke faza visoke temperature kristalizacije sirovih materijala s preostalim C$ u dodatni C4(AₓF1-ₓ)3$ i C5S2$, uobičajeno 15 do 300 minuta, i klinker obuhvaća glavne komponente C4(AₓF1-x)3$, (α; β) C2S i C5S2$ u sljedećim omjerima • C5S2$ 5 do 75 mas % • C2S 1 do 80 mas % • C24(AₓF1-ₓ)3$ 5 do 70 mas % • sekundarne faze 0 do 30 mas %, pri čemu je x broj od 0.1 do 1, ohlađen.
2. Klinker ternesit kalcijevog sulfoaluminata ili cement sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je posredni proizvod klinkera temperiran u temperaturnom opsegu od 1200°C do niže granice od 750°C kroz vremenski period dovoljan za pribavljanje barem 10 % mase, poželjno barem 20 % mase C5S2$.
3. Vezivo koje sadrži mljeveni klinker ternesit kalcijevog sulfoaluminata sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili 2 ili mljeveni ternesit klinker sa sadržajem C5S2$ opsega 20 do 100 % mase i sadržaj C5S2$ ispod 15 % mase, u svakom slučaju temeljem ukupne mase klinkera, i daljnjih faza klinkera (α; β) C2S, C2(AₓF1-ₓ)3$, gdje je x od 0.1 do 1.0, C2 (AyF(1-y)), gdje je y od 0.2 do 0.8, reaktivni aluminati, periklaze (M) i sekundarne faze sljedećih proporcija: • (α, β) C2S 0 do 80 % mase • C2(AₓF1-ₓ)3$ 0 do < 15 % mase • C2 (AyF(1-y)) 0 do 30 % mase • reaktivni aluminati 0 do 20 % mase • periklaza (M) 0 do 25 % mase • sekundarne faze 0 do 30 % mase, pri čemu proporcije faza klinkera iznose ukupno do 100 %, i mljeveni kalcijev sulfoaluminat klinker.
4. Vezivo sukladno zahtjevu 3, naznačeno time što sadrži klinker kalcijevog sulfoaluminata u količini opsega od 10 do 90 % mase, poželjno 20 do 70 % mase i ternesit klinker u količini opsega od 10 do 90 % mase, poželjno 30 do 80 % mase, pri čemu sve komponente veziva iznose do 100 %.
5. Vezivo sukladno zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačeno time što latentni hidraulički materijali i/ili puzolani su sadržani u opsegu 5 do 80 % mase, poželjno od 20 do 60 % mase.
6. Vezivo sukladno zahtjevu 5, naznačeno time što latentni hidraulički materijali i/ili puzolani su odabradi od temperiranih glina (na primjer metakaolin), škriljevac, pepeo, mljeveni granulirani ostaci sagorijevanja u visokoj peći, kao i sintetička, na primjer pucolanska i latentna hidraulička, stakla.
7. Vezivo sukladno barem jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 6, naznačeno time što dodatno sadrži hidraulički reaktivne materijale, poput Portland cementa i/ili ne hidraulički reaktivne materijale, poput mljevenog vapnenca/dolomita , istaloženog CaCO3, Ca(OH)2, Mg(OH)2, silikonskog dima raspona od 1 do 30 % mase, poželjno od 5 do 20 % mase.
8. Vezivo sukladno barem jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 7, naznačeno time što sadrži jedan ili više akceleratora za slaganje i/ili skrutnjivanje kao dodatak mješavini, poželjno odabran između komponenti koje imaju dostupan aluminij, koje u dodiru s vodom oslobađaju aluminij, na primjer u obliku Al(OH)4- ili amorfnog Al(OH)4 gela, poput topljivih alkalijskih aluminata [na primjer Na2Al2O4, K2Al2O4, i slično], amorfni aluminij hidroksid (na primjer Al(OH)4), kalcij aluminat cement i/ili geopolimerno vezivo u količini opsega od 0.1 do 15 % mase, poželjno od 1 do 8 % mase.
9. Vezivo sukladno barem jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 8, naznačen time što sadrži litijeve soli i litijeve hidrokside i/ili druge alkalijske soli i alkalijske hidrokside i alkalijske silikate kao dodatak mješavini, pri čemu dodaci mješavini poput alkalijskih soli i alkalijskih hidroksida i alkalijskih silikata, koji povećavaju PH vrijednost otopine i stoga i reaktivnost C5S2$, su posebno poželjni.

Vezivo sukladno barem jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 9, naznačeno time što su ternesit klinker i kalcij sulfoaluminat klinker zajedno ili odvojeno smljeveni do stupnja finoće (sukladno Blaineu) opsega od 2000 do 10000 cm²/g, poželjno opsega od 3000 do 6000 cm²/g i poželjnije od 4000 do 5000 cm²/g, sa ili bez sulfatnih nositelja u obliku alkalijski i/ili zemno alkalijskih sulfata, poželjno u obliku gipsa i/ili hemihidrata i/ili magnezij sulfata.
11. Vezivo sukladno barem jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 9, naznačeno time što je ternesit kalcij sulfoaluminat samljeven do stupnja finoće (sukladno Blaineu) opsega od 2000 do 10000 cm²/g, poželjno opsega od 3000 do 6000 cm²/g i poželjnije od 4000 do 5000 cm²/g, sa ili bez sulfatnih nositelja u obliku alkalijskih i/ili zemno alkalijskih sulfata, poželjno u obliku gipsa i/ili hemihidrata i/ili anhidrata i/ili magnezijevog sulfata.
12. Vezivo sukladno zahtjevu 11 ili 12, naznačeno time što ternesit cement ima distribuciju veličine čestica promjera d50 manjeg od 20 μm i promjera d90 manjeg od 100 μm, ili d50 manji od 5 μm i d90 manji od 20 μm, ili d50 manji od 0.1 μm i d90 manji od 2 μm.
13. Uporaba veziva sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 12 u kombinaciji s mineralnim agregatima kako bi se proizvelo beton i mort, pri čemu je vrijednost vode/veziva određena na 0.2 do 2.
14. Uporaba veziva sukladno jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 12 za imobilizaciju zagađivača ili kao smjesa za brtvljenje zidova, pri čemu su poželjno dodani adsorptivni efektivni aditivi poput zoolita i/ili smola s izmjenom iona.
15.
