Description
(1)水結合材比が30〜70質量%であり、充填モルタル硬化体中にストラトリンガイト(2CaO・Al2O3・SiO2・8H2O)を含有する低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設。
(2)ストラトリンガイトを15質量%以上含有することを特徴とする(1)記載の低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設。
(3)充填モルタル硬化体に使用される結合材として、アルミナセメントと高炉スラグ微粉末を用い、アルミナセメントの水和率が60質量%以上であることを特徴とする(1)または(2)記載の低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設。
(4)水結合材比が35〜60質量%であることを特徴とする(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設
が提供される。
また、同条件で養生したセメント組成物硬化体を、養生後、硫酸ナトリウム5%、炭酸ナトリウム5%の混合水溶液に浸漬し、浸漬1年後に、外観を評価した。セメント組成物硬化体と硫酸ナトリウム、炭酸ナトリウム混合水溶液の体積比は、1:10とした。なお、浸漬試験は埋設施設の土壌温度に相当する5℃に設定した恒温室内で実施した。
セメント(OPC):市販の普通ポルトランドセメント。ブレーン比表面積3000cm2/g。
アルミナセメント(AC):市販品、電気化学工業社製。CaO/Al2O3モル比が1。ブレーン比表面積5000cm2/g。
高炉スラグ微粉末(BFS):CaOを40%、Al2O3を15%、SiO2を35%含有するもの。ブレーン比表面積4000cm2/g。
水 :水道水
硫酸塩 :試薬1級硫酸ナトリウム
炭酸塩 :試薬1級炭酸ナトリウム
セメント組成物硬化体を、所定の期間で、アセトンを用いて水和停止し、20℃で乾燥を行い、アルミナセメントの水和率、ストラトリンガイト生成量を測定した。
水和停止:セメント組成物硬化体を5mm以下の大きさになるように粉砕し、硬化体に対して10倍以上の容積の一級アセトンに浸漬させた。浸漬1時間後に濾過し、硬化体粉砕物を濾別した。
乾燥:水和停止後の硬化体粉砕物をデシケーターに入れ、20℃で24時間減圧乾燥した。
外観:浸漬後の硬化体の外観を、浸漬前に比べ、変化が認められない(◎)、角がわずかに欠ける(○)、微細なひびが入る(△)、大きなひびが入る、または膨張や割裂する(×)の4段階で評価した。
水和生成物の同定:粉末X線回折を測定し、リートベルト解析により、アルミナセメントの水和率とストラトリンガイトの生成量を算出した。標準物質には、試薬1級酸化マグネシウムを選定し、セメント組成物と標準物質が9:1の割合になるように混合して用いた。
アルミナセメントとスラグを適切な割合で配合し、かつ水和率が高い硬化体は、硫酸塩や炭酸塩を含む環境にさらされても、硬化体の変質が少ないことが分かる。
Claims (3)
- 水結合材比が30〜70質量%であり、充填モルタル硬化体中にストラトリンガイト(2CaO・Al2O3・SiO2・8H2O)を15質量%以上含有する低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設。
- 充填モルタル硬化体に使用される結合材として、アルミナセメントと高炉スラグ微粉末を用い、アルミナセメントの水和率が60質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設。
- 水結合材比が35〜60質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低レベル放射性廃棄物の地中埋設施設。
