Definitions
- the present invention relates to a seat hinge structure for a saddle-ride type vehicle.
- Patent Document 1 describes a configuration in which a protruding portion of a seat side hinge is brought into contact with a top portion (convex portion) of a laminated leaf spring provided on the vehicle body side hinge to hold the seat in an open state.
- Patent Document 1 it is necessary to bend the protruding part of the seat side hinge in contact with the top part (convex part) of the leaf spring bent in a U shape in the process of opening the seat. It is necessary to increase the mounting rigidity of the seat and hinge with respect to elasticity. Further, since the sheet is kept closed by the force of the leaf spring, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the seal rubber in order to maintain the sealing performance between the sheet and the luggage box. Moreover, the opening degree of the seat could not be adjusted stepwise according to the application.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to realize a seat hinge structure for a saddle-ride type vehicle that can be easily operated and adjusted when the seat is opened and closed without increasing the mounting rigidity of the seat and the hinge. That is.
- a first form according to the present invention is a seat hinge structure for a saddle-ride type vehicle in which a seat 9 on which an occupant is seated is supported on the vehicle body side by a hinge mechanism 50 so as to be opened and closed.
- the hinge mechanism 50 includes a vehicle body side hinge portion 51 attached to the vehicle body side component 13 and one end of the vehicle body side hinge portion 51 that is rotatable relative to the vehicle body side hinge portion 51 to a predetermined angle ⁇ 2.
- a seat-side hinge portion 52 supported by the vehicle body, a first arm portion 58 supported at the other end of the seat-side hinge portion 52 so as to be rotatable up to a predetermined angle ⁇ 1 with respect to the vehicle body-side hinge portion 51, and the first A second arm part 60 rotatably supported by one arm part 58; and a link part 61 connecting the second arm part 60 and the seat side hinge part 52;
- Part 52 and The first arm portion 58 includes the link portion 61 rotatably supported by the seat side hinge portion 52 and the second arm portion 60 rotatably supported by the first arm portion 58.
- the connection position 64 of the second arm portion 60 and the link portion 61 can be relatively moved by the rotation of the seat side hinge portion 52 that is equal to or larger than the predetermined angle ⁇ 1 of the seat side hinge portion 52.
- the first arm portion when the seat side hinge portion 52 is rotated in the first direction S1 to the first angle ⁇ 1, the first arm portion is provided. 58 is restricted from rotating in the first direction S1, and the link portion 61 rotates the second arm portion 60 in the second direction S2 so that the seat side hinge portion 52 is moved to the first angle.
- the link portion 61 moves relative to the second arm portion 60. The seat side hinge portion 52 is held at the second angle ⁇ 2.
- the 3rd form which concerns on this invention is provided with the linear shaft hole 60a with which the said link part 61 is slidably engaged in the said 2nd arm part 60 in the said 2nd form.
- the link portion 61 slides along the shaft hole 60a.
- the first arm portion 58 includes a first restriction portion 62 that is restricted from rotating in the first direction S1.
- the seat-side hinge portion 52 has a second restricting portion 63 whose rotation in the first direction S1 is restricted to the second angle ⁇ 2.
- a storage unit 40 capable of storing the article 100 is provided on the lower surface of the sheet 9. Are arranged so as to partially overlap the attachment portion 52 a of the seat side hinge portion 52 with respect to the seat 9.
- a spring force is applied around the rotation axis of the first arm portion of the vehicle body side hinge portion when the seat is opened and closed.
- the sheet can be lifted with the weight reduced, and conversely, when the sheet is closed, the sheet can be lowered with a small force against the spring force due to the weight of the sheet.
- the opening degree of the seat can be adjusted stepwise by applying a necessary spring force around the rotation axis of the first arm portion of the vehicle body side hinge portion.
- the seal rubber 36 that seals between the back of the seat and the luggage box at the seat closing position can be used with thinner parts without increasing the mounting rigidity of the seat and hinge mechanism, thereby reducing the cost of parts. be able to.
- the state of opening the sheet can be adjusted in two stages according to the use and form of the article to be taken in and out of the luggage box, so that convenience is improved. Further, since the seat can be lifted lighter than before and can be kept open, the opening degree of the seat can be easily adjusted.
- the space on the lower surface of the seat can be effectively used by partially overlapping the hinge mechanism and the storage portion.
