在一个优选方式中,所述冲泡装置包括冲泡腔和位于冲泡腔底部的研磨组件,所述研磨组件用于研磨咖啡颗粒,所述冲泡装置下侧设有用于驱动所述研磨 组件的驱动机构,所述研磨组件与所述驱动机构可分离的连接。本实施方式中,所述弹性机构设置在冲泡腔下侧,从主体开口解除锁定时,所述弹性机构推动所述冲泡腔与上盖向上移动,所述研磨组件因此与所述驱动机构分离。
本发明的另一个目的,在于提供一种具有升降装置的咖啡机的工作方法。
所述的咖啡机的工作方法,包括以下步骤,a.将上盖从主体开口取下,手动或自动将咖啡颗粒加入至冲泡装置;b.将上盖覆盖并锁定在主体开口;c.所述供水装置供应热水至冲泡装置,所述咖啡颗粒与所述热水在冲泡装置中形成咖啡液体;d.所述冲泡装置将所述咖啡液体排出。
进一步,步骤a包括,当所述上盖锁定在主体开口时,将所述上盖从主体开口解除锁定,所述弹性机构驱动上盖向上移动并使上盖凸出主体外。。
进一步,所述步骤a中的咖啡颗粒为咖啡豆,步骤c进一步包括,启动驱动机构,所述研磨组件对咖啡豆进行研磨以或者咖啡粉末,所述咖啡粉末在与所述热水在冲泡装置中形成咖啡液体。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的咖啡机具有升降装置,该升降装置能在所述上盖从主体开口解除锁定时驱动所述上盖向上移动并使所述上盖凸出主体外,这使得使用者更容易握持上盖以便从主体开口取下上盖。

具体实施方式
以下结合上述附图对本发明作进一步的说明。附图仅用于示例性说明,不能理解为对本专利的限制;为了更好说明本实施例,附图某些部件会有省略、放大或缩小,并不代表实际产品的尺寸;对于本领域技术人员来说,附图中某些公知 结构及其说明可能省略是可以理解的。
如图1和2所示,本实施例的具有升降装置的咖啡机包括顶部具有主体开口11的主体1、用于覆盖所述主体开口11的上盖2、用于冲泡咖啡的冲泡装置和用于供应热水至冲泡装置的供水装置(图未示出),所述冲泡装置设于主体1内。所述咖啡机还包括用于提升上盖2升降装置,所述升降装置包括弹性机构3,所述弹性机构3设置或者冲泡装置下侧以提供弹力,使得所述弹性机构3在所述上盖2从主体开口11解除锁定时驱动所述上盖2向上移动并使所述上盖2凸出主体1外。上盖2设有用于将上盖2的锁扣装置锁定于主体开口11,上盖2中部设有锁键22,所述锁键22可以控制锁扣装置将上盖2锁定于主体开口11。
参见图1和图2,冲泡装置包括:用于容纳液体和咖啡颗粒的腔体41;用于研磨咖啡颗粒的研磨组件;与研磨组件连接并用于驱动研磨组件的电机43;以及用于过滤咖啡液体的第一过滤器44。在这个实施例中,所述腔体41通过主体开口11放置在主体1内并与主体1卡接,腔体41包括冲泡腔412和收集腔413,第一过滤器44设置在冲泡腔412内。冲泡腔412底部设有与冲泡腔412和收集腔413连通的液体通道411,冲泡腔412顶部具有冲泡腔开口416,需要研磨的咖啡豆可以从该冲泡腔开口416放入冲泡腔412进行研磨。所述研磨组件包括刀片421和刀轴422,冲泡腔412设有装配孔用于安装刀轴422,刀轴422一端安装在冲泡腔412的内底部并与刀片421固定连接。所述刀轴422另一端从装配孔伸出冲泡腔412外并利用耦合接头组件与电机43连接。冲泡腔412的下侧对应研磨组件设置有耦合接头组件,耦合接头组件由上耦合接头431和下耦合接头432组成,上耦合接头431和下耦合接头432可分离地连接。刀轴422与上耦合接头431相连,下耦合接头432套设于电机43的电机轴上,下耦合接头432与上耦合接头431接合。当启动电机43时,电机43驱动刀轴422和刀片421转动,对冲泡腔的咖啡豆进行研磨,使其最终变成咖啡粉。在冲泡腔412内冲泡咖啡时,供水装置可以为冲泡腔412提供热水,咖啡粉和热水混合形成咖啡液体。
由于所述收集腔413通过液体通道411与冲泡腔412连通,被第一过滤器44过滤的咖啡液体经液体通道411流入收集腔413。所述收集腔413底部设有收集腔水阀414,所述收集腔水阀414用于控制收集腔413的咖啡液体的排放。为了对咖啡液体进一步过滤,所述收集腔413内设置有第二过滤器(图未示出)对 咖啡液体再一次进行过滤。
参加图3至5,主体1内设有用于安装所述弹性机构3的基座5,弹性机构3包括支撑元件31和弹簧32,支撑元件31位于腔体41下侧,腔体41外底部设有支撑脚417,支撑元件31与位于支撑元件31上侧的支撑脚417抵接以支撑冲泡装置。支撑元件31具有支撑台311和支撑台311下侧的杆部312。基座5设有中空管部51,所述杆部312和所述中空管部51活动插接使得所述杆部312只能沿中空管部51的轴向方向移动并防止其在移动时晃动。所述弹簧32套设于所述中空管部51和所述杆部312并与支撑台311抵接。本实施例中,支撑台311包括支撑凸部315和限位部314。为了在支撑元件31推动冲泡装置向上移动时提供缓冲,支撑台311外部设置有柔性元件313。本实施例中柔性元件313由硅胶材料制成,其包围支撑凸部315。同时,柔性元件313可以在冲泡装置的研磨组件研磨咖啡时可为冲泡装置减震。支撑凸部315位于限位部314上侧以支撑支撑脚417。限位部314与杆部312垂直,两者共同形成T形结构,限位部314架设在弹簧32顶部并且所述杆部312插入弹簧32。本实施例中,主体1内对应限位部314位置设有第一限位元件61和第二限位元件62,所述第一限位元件61和第二限位元件62用于所述上盖2从主体开口11解除锁定时与所述限位部314抵接以限制支撑元件311移动的距离。
当上盖2锁定于主体开口11时,上盖2整体从主体开口11嵌入主体1,上盖2向下抵接冲泡装置使得冲泡装置的支撑脚417推压支撑凸部315。弹簧32因此被支撑台311压缩而具有第一轴向长度。当上盖2从主体开口11解除锁定时,弹簧32的轴向长度开始变长,弹簧32产生的弹力推动支撑台311向上移动并将冲泡装置和上盖2顶起,使得上盖2凸出主体1外。当支撑台311的限位部314向上移动至与第一限位元件61和第二限位元件62接触的位置时,该限位部314被第一限位元件61和第二限位元件62阻挡并停止移动,弹簧32的轴向长度停止变化而具有第二轴向长度,因此冲泡装置和上盖2也不再移动防止上盖2凸出主体1外过多的距离而脱落。本实施例中,上盖2锁定于主体开口11时,上盖2的上表面基本不凸出于主体1外并且也不嵌入主体1内,弹簧32的第二轴向长度比第一轴向长度长约10mm,因此当上盖2从主体开口11解除锁定时,上盖2凸出主体1外约10mm。
本实施例的咖啡机的工作方法,包括以下步骤:a.将上盖2从主体开口11取下,手动或自动将咖啡颗粒加入至冲泡装置;b.将上盖2覆盖并锁定在主体开口11;c.所述供水装置供应热水至冲泡装置,所述咖啡颗粒与所述热水在冲泡装置中形成咖啡液体;d.所述冲泡装置将所述咖啡液体排出。
在这个实施例中,步骤a包括,当所述上盖2锁定在主体开口11时,将所述上盖2从主体开口11解除锁定,所述弹性机构驱动上盖2向上移动并使上盖2凸出主体外。
在这个实施例中,所述步骤a中的咖啡颗粒为咖啡豆,步骤c进一步包括,启动驱动机构43,所述研磨组件对咖啡豆进行研磨以获得咖啡粉末,所述咖啡粉末在与所述热水在冲泡装置中形成咖啡液体。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有升降装置的咖啡机,包括具有主体开口(11)的主体(1)、用于覆盖所述主体开口(11)的上盖(2)、用于冲泡咖啡的冲泡装置和用于供应热水至冲泡装置的供水装置,所述冲泡装置设于主体(1)内并位于主体开口(11)下侧,其特征在于,所述咖啡机还包括用于提升上盖(2)的升降装置,所述升降装置包括弹性机构(3),所述弹性机构(3)设置在所述上盖(2)下侧或者冲泡装置下侧以提供弹力,使得所述弹性机构(3)在所述上盖(2)从主体开口(11)解除锁定时驱动所述上盖(2)向上移动并使所述上盖(2)凸出主体(1)外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述主体(1)内设有用于安装所述弹性机构的基座(5),所述弹性机构(3)包括支撑元件(31)和弹性件(32),所述支撑元件(31)位于所述冲泡装置下侧并与冲泡装置底部抵接以支撑所述冲泡装置,所述弹性件(32)套设在支撑元件(31)下部,当所述上盖(2)锁定于主体开口(11)时,所述弹性元件(32)具有第一轴向长度,在所述上盖(2)从主体开口(11)解除锁定时,所述弹性元件(32)具有第二轴向长度,所述第二轴向长度大于所述第一轴向长度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述支撑元件(31)具有支撑台(311)和支撑台下侧的杆部(312),所述支撑台(311)与所述冲泡装置底部抵接,支撑台(311)与所述冲泡装置底部抵接的至少一个表面设置柔性元件(313),所述基座(5)设有中空管部(51),所述杆部(312)和所述中空管部(51)活动插接,所述弹性件(32)套设于所述中空管部(51)和所述杆部(312)并与所述支撑台(311)抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述支撑台(311)具有限位部(314),主体(1)内还设有与所述限位部(314)位置对应的至少一个限位元件,所述限位元件用于所述上盖(2)从主体开口(11)解除锁定时与所述限位部(314)抵接以限制支撑元件(311)移动的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第二轴向长度与第一轴向长度的差值大于或等于3mm。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述弹性元件(32)为弹 簧(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述冲泡装置包括冲泡腔(412)和位于冲泡腔(412)底部的研磨组件,所述研磨组件用于研磨咖啡颗粒,所述冲泡装置下侧设有用于驱动所述研磨组件的驱动机构(43),所述研磨组件与所述驱动机构(43)可分离的连接。
  8. 一种根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:a.将上盖(2)从主体开口(11)取下,手动或自动将咖啡颗粒加入至冲泡装置;b.将上盖(2)覆盖并锁定在主体开口(11);c.所述供水装置供应热水至冲泡装置,所述咖啡颗粒与所述热水在冲泡装置中形成咖啡液体;d.所述冲泡装置将所述咖啡液体排出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,步骤a包括,当所述上盖(2)锁定在主体开口(11)时,将所述上盖(2)从主体开口(11)解除锁定,所述弹性机构(3)驱动上盖(2)向上移动并使上盖(2)凸出主体外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,所述冲泡装置包括冲泡腔(412)和位于冲泡腔(412)底部的研磨组件,所述研磨组件用于研磨咖啡颗粒,所述冲泡装置下侧设有用于驱动所述研磨组件的驱动机构(43),所述研磨组件与所述驱动机构(43)可分离的连接,所述步骤a中的咖啡颗粒为咖啡豆,步骤c进一步包括,启动驱动机构(43),所述研磨组件对咖啡豆进行研磨以获得咖啡粉末,所述咖啡粉末在与所述热水在冲泡装置中形成咖啡液体。
