Claims (12)
- 一种具有防漏装置的咖啡机,包括主体(1)、用容纳液体和咖啡颗粒的腔体(2)、用于研磨咖啡颗粒的研磨组件和用于驱动所述研磨组件的驱动机构(3),所述腔体(2)设于所述主体(1)内,其特征在于,所述研磨组件设于所述腔体(2)内,所述驱动机构(3)设有驱动轴(31),所述腔体(2)底部设有驱动轴孔(221),所述驱动轴(31)穿过所述驱动轴孔(221)与所述研磨组件可分离的连接,所述腔体(2)在所述驱动轴孔(221)对应的位置设有防漏装置,所述防漏装置被设置为在所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离时关闭所述驱动轴孔(221)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述腔体(2)设有用于冲泡腔(21)和位于冲泡腔(21)下侧的防漏腔(22),所述研磨组件穿设于冲泡腔(21)底部,所述防漏腔(22)设有所述驱动轴孔(221),所述防漏腔(22)用于收集从所述研磨组件与冲泡腔(21)底部之间的缝隙渗漏的咖啡液体,所述防漏腔(22)设有用于将防漏腔(22)的咖啡液体排出的导流口(222),所述腔体(2)在所述驱动轴孔(221)处设有防漏装置,所述防漏装置被设置为在所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离时关闭所述驱动轴孔(221)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述研磨组件包括刀片(41)和刀轴(42),所述冲泡腔(21)底部设有刀轴孔(212),所述刀轴(42)穿过刀轴孔(212),所述刀轴(42)位于冲泡腔(21)内的一端与刀片(41)连接,所述刀轴(42)位于冲泡腔(21)外的一端与驱动轴(31)可分离地连接以便被所述驱动机构(3)驱动刀轴(42)转动,所述刀轴(42)与所述刀轴孔(212)之间设有间隙以便减少刀轴(42)与刀轴孔(212)之间的摩擦。
- 根据权利要求3所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述研磨组件还包括收集腔(23),所述冲泡腔(21)设有第一过滤器(211),所述第一过滤器(211)用于过滤冲泡腔(21)中的咖啡液体,所述收集腔(23)与冲泡腔(21)连通以便经所述第一过滤器(211)过滤的咖啡液体流入收集腔(23),所述收集腔(23)通过所述导流口(222)与所述防漏腔(22)连通,所述收集腔(23)设有排液口(231)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述防漏装置包括弹性机构,所述弹性机构被设置为在所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离时提供 弹力使所述弹性机构的至少一部分阻挡所述驱动轴孔(221)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述弹性机构包括可移动的第一阻挡件(511)和设置在所述第一阻挡件(511)两侧的第一弹性件(512),所述第一阻挡件(511)设置在与所述驱动轴孔(221)对应的位置,所述第一阻挡件(511)两侧的第一弹性件(512)分别与第一阻挡件(511)连接使得所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离时所述第一阻挡件(511)阻挡所述驱动轴孔(221)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述弹性机构包括可转动的第二阻挡件(521)、转轴(522)、驱动件(523)和第二弹性件(524),所述转轴(522)第一端与第二阻挡件(521)连接,所述转轴(522)第二端与驱动件(523)可分离的连接,所述第二阻挡件(521)与所述第二弹性件(524)连接,使得所述第二阻挡件(521)在所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离时绕转轴(522)转动以阻挡所述驱动轴孔(221),所述第二阻挡件(521)和转轴(522)能被驱动件(523)驱动而转动以沿第二阻挡件(521)从所述驱动轴孔(221)移开。
- 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机,所述弹性机构为弹性组件,所述弹性组件第一端弹性设置在与所述驱动轴孔(221)对应的位置,所述弹性组件第二端能绕所述弹性组件第一端弹性转动而变形。
- 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述弹性机构为弹性单件(541),所述弹性单件(541)设置在与所述驱动轴孔(221)对应的位置,所述弹性单件(541)设置有至少一个切口(542),所述弹性单件(541)受挤压能变形使得所述切口(542)张开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述防漏装置包括可以移动的第四阻挡件(551)和容纳所述第四阻挡件(551)的容纳元件(552),容纳元件(552)内设有凹槽(553),所述凹槽(553)的底部连通驱动轴孔(221),所述凹槽(553)具有从凹槽(553)的底部向上延伸的斜面(554),第三阻挡件能够沿所述斜面(554)自由移动。
- 根据权利要求10所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述容纳元件(552)设有弹性限位件(555),当所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离时,所述弹性限位件(555)提供弹力将第四阻挡件(551)限定在凹槽(553)的底部以阻挡所述驱动轴孔(221)。
- 一种根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:a.手动或自动加入咖啡颗粒至腔体(2);b.启动驱动机构(3),驱动机构(3)驱动研磨组件研磨咖啡颗粒以获得咖啡粉;c手动或自动加入热水至腔体(2),热水和咖啡粉混合形成咖啡液体;d.当从主体(1)内取出腔体(2)时,所述驱动轴(31)与所述驱动轴孔(221)分离,驱动轴孔(221)被防漏装置关闭;e.当将腔体(2)装入主体(1)内时,驱动轴孔(221)被防漏装置打开,所述驱动轴(31)穿过所述驱动轴孔(221)与所述研磨组件连接。
