Description

一种咖啡机及其工作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及饮料制备设备领域,更具体的涉及一种用于冲泡咖啡的咖啡机及其工作方法。
背景技术
市面上的很多咖啡机虽然具有研磨咖啡颗粒、冲泡咖啡并过滤的功能,但是必须分别设置研磨装置和过滤装置,结构比较复杂。针对这种不足,市面上出现了具有研磨过滤装置的咖啡机。这种咖啡机可以研磨咖啡颗粒、冲泡咖啡并过滤咖啡液体,结构更加简单。这种咖啡机的研磨过滤装置通常设有用于容纳咖啡颗粒和液体的腔体,腔体包括冲泡腔,冲泡腔侧部设置有过滤器,咖啡颗粒在腔体内被研磨并被冲泡和过滤。但是这种咖啡机的研磨过滤装置过滤效果并不好,因为咖啡液体中的颗粒由于重力原因沉积底部,导致从冲泡腔侧部的过滤器流出的液体浓度较低。另外,冲泡腔底部的液体由于与沉积底部的颗粒混合难以从过滤器排出,使得部分液体和咖啡颗粒残留在冲泡腔底部造成浪费。
咖啡机通常包括主体、第一盖体、和第二盖体和研磨过滤装置(当然,有些咖啡机是分别设置研磨装置和过滤装置)或者冲泡单元、水箱、加热装置和导流装置。导流装置通常包括导流管,第一盖体通常也作为导流装置的一部分与导流管固定连接,被加热装置加热的液体从加热装置流进导流管,经过第一盖体进入研磨过滤装置或者是冲泡单元用以冲泡咖啡。由于第一盖体与导流管固定连接,第一盖体至少有一端被固定而不能与主体完全分离,造成对咖啡机特别是第一盖体的清洗不方便。
现有的咖啡机的第二盖体一般利用重力覆盖在冲泡腔上,第二盖体与冲泡腔存在缝隙,导致冲泡咖啡时腔体内咖啡微粒随着蒸汽从缝隙中逸出。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种过滤效果较好的咖啡机。

在一个实施方式中,所述咖啡机还包括导流装置,所述导流装置包括第一导流通道,第一导流通道的第一端与加热装置连通,所述冲泡腔设有与第一导流通道的第二端对应的冲泡腔通孔,所述第一导流通道的第二端通过所述冲泡腔通孔插入所述冲泡腔。所述导流装置可以将加热后的液体从加热装置引导至冲泡腔中用于冲泡咖啡。所述加热装置中的液体加热后膨胀产生压力,使该液体进入第一 导流通道并从第一导流通道第一端流至第一导流通道第二端并进入冲泡腔中。由于液体直接通过第一导流通道进入冲泡腔,假如所述咖啡机具有用于覆盖所述主体开口的第一盖体,则第一盖体不需要像传统的咖啡机一样与第一导流通道固定连接,从而也不会导致第一盖体至少有一端被固定而不能与主体完全分离。
在另一个实施方式中,所述主体设有主体开口,所述咖啡机还包括导流装置以及用于覆盖所述主体开口的第一盖体,所述导流装置包括第一导流通道和与第一导流通道可分离地连接的第二导流通道,第一导流通道的第一端与加热装置连通,所述第二导流通道分体式设置在第一盖体上,所述第二导流通道具有进水口和出水口,所述出水口位于与所述冲泡腔开口对应的位置以便向冲泡腔供应液体。由于第一导流通道与第二导流通道可分离,因此第一盖体可与主体分离,方便对第一盖体进行清洗。当第一导流通道与第二导流通道连接时,被加热装置加热后的液体进入第一导流通道继而从进水口进入第二导流通道,并从出水口流出。由于出水口位于与所述冲泡腔开口对应的位置,从出水口流出的液体流进所述冲泡腔。
在又一个实施方式中,所述主体设有主体开口,所述咖啡机还包括导流装置以及用于覆盖所述主体开口的第一盖体,所述导流装置包括第一导流通道和与第一导流通道可分离地连接的第二导流通道,第一导流通道的第一端与加热装置连通,第二导流通道由第一盖体的部分或全部形成,所述第二导流通道具有进水口和出水口,所述出水口位于与所述冲泡腔开口对应的位置以便向冲泡腔供应液体。由于第一导流通道与第二导流通道可分离,因此第一盖体可与主体分离,方便对第一盖体进行清洗。当第一导流通道与第二导流通道连接时,被加热装置加热后的液体进入第一导流通道继而从进水口进入第二导流通道,并从出水口流出。由于出水口位于与所述冲泡腔开口对应的位置,从出水口流出的液体流进所述冲泡腔。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述第一盖体内部设有空腔,所述空腔设有所述进水口和所述出水口,所述进水口和所述出水口流体连通并形成第二导流通道,所述第一导流通道第二端与所述进水口可分离地的连接,所述出水口位于与所述冲泡腔开口对应的位置以便向冲泡腔供应液体,在这种方案中,当第一导流通道与第二导流通道连接时,从第一导流通道流出的液体直接从所述进水口进入空腔并 从所述出水口流出,最后进入所述冲泡腔。
更优选地,所述第一盖体可分离地与主体接合,所述第一盖体包括第一上盖体和第一下盖体,所述第一上盖体和第一下盖体接合使得第一上盖体和第一下盖体形成空腔,所述进水口和和所述出水口设置于所述第一下盖体。
在另一个优选实施方式中,所述第一盖体内部设有空腔,所述第二导流通道还包括第一管部和第二管部,所述第一管部设有所述进水口,所述第二管部设有所述出水口,所述进水口和所述出水口分别与所述空腔流体连通并形成第二导流通道,所述第一导流通道第二端与所述第一管部的进水口可分离地的连接,所述第二管部的出水口位于与所述冲泡腔开口对应的位置以便向冲泡腔供应液体。这种方案中,当第一导流通道与第二导流通道连接时,从第一导流通道流出的液体依次进入第一管部,空腔和第二管部,最后从第二管部进入所述冲泡腔。
在一个实施方式中,咖啡机还包括阻挡装置,所述阻挡装置设置在与第一导流通道第二端对应的位置,以在第一导流通道与第二导流通道分离时能够变形,阻挡液体喷出主体开口。如果在加热装置向导流装置供应已加热的液体的过程中将第一导流通道和第二导流通道分开,已加热的液体由于压力会从第一导流通道第二端向主体外部喷出,这可能导致安全事故。为了消除这种安全隐患,设置阻挡装置是必要的。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述阻挡装置为弹性组件,所述弹性组件第一端弹性设置在与第一导流通道第二端对应的位置,所述弹性组件第二端能绕所述弹性组件第一端弹性转动而变形。优选地,所述弹性组件包括可转动的挡板,所述挡板第一端弹性设置在与第一导流通道第二端对应的位置,所述挡板第二端能绕所述挡板第一端弹性转动而变形。在这个实施方式中,挡板第一端可设置为与主体可转动的连接,挡板与主体之间设置弹簧。当第一导流通道第二端与第二导流通道的第一管部连接时,第一管部推动挡板使挡板第二端从第一位置(水平位置)绕挡板第一端移动至第二位置(竖直位置),当第一导流通道第一端与第二导流通道的第一管部分离时,弹簧提供弹力使挡板第二端从第二位置(竖直位置)绕挡板第一端移动至第一位置(水平位置),以便挡住从第一导流通道第二端流出的液体。
在另一个优选实施方式中,所述阻挡装置为弹性单件,所述弹性单件中部设 置有至少一个切口,所述弹性单件受挤压能变形使得所述切口张开。将第一管部插入所述切口时,所述第一管部挤压所述弹性单件使切口张开以便第一管部穿过所述弹性单件与第一导流通道连接。当第一导流通道第二端与第二导流通道的第一管部分离时,所述第一管部抽离所述切口,切口闭合,因此阻挡液体喷出主体外。
优选地,为使第一管部更容易的穿过所述弹性单件,所述弹性单件中部设置有至少两个相互交叉的切口,所述弹性单件受挤压能变形使得所述切口张开。
在另一实施方式中,所述第一导流通道第二端套入第二导流通道的第一管部,所述第一导流通道第二端具有封闭的顶部,所述第一导流通道第二端侧壁设有侧壁出水口,所述侧壁出水口与第一管部之间设有缝隙以便液体从所述侧壁出水口流入第二导流通道。当第一导流通道第二端与第一管部分离时,液体被第一导流通道第二端的顶部挡住,只能从侧壁的出水口喷出,由于侧壁的出水口并不朝向主体开口,因此第一导流通道与第二导流通道的第一管部分离时液体不会喷出主体外。
优选地,所述主体内部设有回流通道,所述回流通道分别与所述水箱上部和所述第一导流通道连通使得在第一导流通道与第二导流通道分离时被阻挡装置阻挡的至少部分液体进入回流通道流至水箱。
在一个实施方式中,为避免第一盖体与主体接合不牢固而脱落,所述第一盖体和/或主体设有固定元件用于将第一盖体固定于主体。进一步,所述第一盖体下侧还设有用于覆盖所述冲泡腔开口的第二盖体,第一盖体和第二盖体之间设有弹性件使得第一盖体固定于主体时所述第二盖体与冲泡腔之间形成相对密封。当将第一盖体固定于主体时,弹性件被压缩产生弹力而使第二盖体压紧冲泡腔以在所述第二盖体与冲泡腔之间形成相对密封,从而防止冲泡腔中的咖啡颗粒随蒸汽从第二盖体与冲泡腔之间缝隙逸出。
优选地,所述第二盖体设有第二盖体通孔,所述第二盖体通孔设置于所述第二导流通道的出水口对应的位置以便第二导流通道中液体经过所述第二盖体通孔流入冲泡腔。
优选地,所述第一盖体设有一个或多个第一排气孔,所述第二盖体设有一个或多个第二排气孔,所述第一排气孔与所述第二排气孔连通。加热后的液体进入 冲泡腔冲泡咖啡时,冲泡腔内会产生蒸汽,第二排气孔可以有助于将所述蒸汽排出冲泡腔,所述蒸汽进而通过第一排气孔排出主体外。
更优选地,为防止冲泡腔中的咖啡颗粒随蒸汽从所述第二排气孔逸出,所述第二排气孔直径小于1mm。
本发明的另一个目的,在于提供一种咖啡机的工作方法。
所述的咖啡机的工作方法,包括以下步骤,a.加入液体至水箱,加入咖啡颗粒至研磨过滤装置;b.所述研磨过滤装置对咖啡颗粒进行研磨;c.水箱向加热装置输送液体,加热装置对所述液体进行加热,加热装置输送已加热的液体至研磨过滤装置,所述液体与研磨过滤装置中经研磨的咖啡颗粒混合形成咖啡液体;d.所述研磨过滤装置对所述咖啡液体进行过滤;e.所述研磨过滤装置将过滤后的咖啡液体排出。
进一步,步骤e包括开启液体通道水阀,咖啡液体从液体通道流出,关闭液体通道水阀,咖啡液体停止从液体通道流出。
进一步,d步骤进一步包括流入液体通道的咖啡液体流入收集腔;步骤e包括开启收集腔水阀,咖啡液体从收集腔流出,关闭收集腔水阀,咖啡液体停止从收集腔流出。
进一步,d步骤包括第二过滤器对所述收集腔的所述咖啡液体进行过滤。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的咖啡机的第一过滤器部分或全部位于冲泡腔底部使得冲泡腔中的咖啡液体进入通道之前流经第一过滤器咖啡液体使由于重力更容易从被部分或全部位于冲泡腔底部的第一过滤器过滤。这有助于咖啡液体排出而避免咖啡残留在腔体内。另外咖啡液体由于重力在腔体内形成流向冲泡腔底部的液流,使得更容易从冲泡腔底部的第一过滤器排出,并且有助于位于冲泡腔的咖啡颗粒快速溶解以便形成浓度较高的咖啡液体。另外,本发明的咖啡机的第一盖体和咖啡机主体可以完全分离,因此方便对咖啡机进行清洗。进一步,本发明的咖啡机的第二盖体和冲泡腔能紧密接合形成相对密封,因此当使用咖啡机冲泡咖啡时咖啡颗粒不会从咖啡冲泡腔逸出。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,包括主体1,研磨过滤装置,水箱2和加热装置3,所述研磨过滤装置,水箱2和加热装置3设于主体1内。所述主体1设有主体开口,所述咖啡机还包括用于覆盖所述主体开口的第一盖体6。研磨过滤装置包括:用于容纳液体和咖啡颗粒的腔体41;用于研磨咖啡颗粒的研磨组件;与研磨组件连接并用于驱动研磨组件的电机43;以及用于过滤腔体41中的咖啡液体的第一过滤器44。如图1和图4所示,在这个实施例中,所述腔体41通过主体开口放置在主体1内并与主体1卡接,腔体41包括冲泡腔412和收集腔413,冲泡腔412底部设有与冲泡腔412和收集腔413连通的液体通道411,冲泡腔412顶部具有冲泡腔开口416,需要研磨的咖啡豆可以从该冲泡腔开口416放入冲泡腔412进行研磨。所述研磨组件包括刀片421和刀轴422,冲泡腔412设有装配孔用于安装刀轴422,刀轴422一端安装在冲泡腔412的内底部并与刀片421固定连接。所述刀轴422另一端从装配孔伸出冲泡腔412外并利用耦合接头组件与电机43 连接。刀轴422位于装配孔套设有轴套423,轴套423与装配孔之间用密封圈424密封。如图2和3所示,冲泡腔412的下侧对应研磨组件设置有耦合接头组件,耦合接头组件由上耦合接头431和下耦合接头432组成。刀轴422与上耦合接头431相连,下耦合接头432套设于电机43的电机轴上,下耦合接头432与上耦合接头431接合。当启动电机43时,电机驱动刀轴422和刀片421转动,对冲泡腔的咖啡豆进行研磨,使其最终变成咖啡粉。在冲泡腔412内冲泡咖啡时,加热装置3可以为冲泡腔412提供热水,咖啡粉和热水混合形成咖啡液体,具体的冲泡的过程将在下文详述。
参见图1和图4,本实施例中,第一过滤器44为与冲泡腔412底部形状相适应的环形的第一过滤网44,该第一过滤网44环绕刀轴422并铺设在刀片421下侧的冲泡腔412的内底面上,第一过滤网44外周边缘设置有把手441以便清洗第一过滤网44前取出第一过滤网44。如上所述,冲泡腔412底部设有与所述冲泡腔412连通的液体通道411,因此在冲泡腔412内的咖啡液体由于重力流向液体通道411,这使得在冲泡腔412内的咖啡液体能容易地被位于冲泡腔412的内底面上的第一过滤网44过滤并流入液体通道411。
本实施例中,参见图1至4和图8,如上所述,腔体41包括冲泡腔412和收集腔413。所述收集腔413通过液体通道411与冲泡腔412连通,被第一过滤网44过滤的咖啡液体经液体通道411流入收集腔413。所述收集腔413底部设有收集腔水阀414,所述收集腔水阀414用于控制收集腔413的咖啡液体的排放。为了对咖啡液体进一步过滤,所述收集腔413内设置有第二过滤器415,第二过滤器415竖立设置并在收集腔413内形成包围收集腔水阀414的围墙,该围墙的下部具有多个过滤孔。所述第一盖体6底部与收集腔413内底面将第二过滤器415夹持固定。当然,在其他实施例中,腔体41可以不包括收集腔413,冲泡腔412中的咖啡液体通过第一过滤网44直接液体通道411排出。根据需要在液体通道411上设置液体通道水阀以控制液体的排放。作为一种选择,也可以将第二过滤器设置在液体通道411内对咖啡液体进行再次过滤。
参见图1、图2、图4和图6,所述咖啡机还包括所述导流装置,所述导流装置包括第一导流通道51和与第一导流通道51第二端512可分离地连接的第二导流通道52,第一导流通道51的第一端511与加热装置3连通,所述第二导流 通道52的具有进水口524和出水口525,出水口525位于与冲泡腔开口416对应的位置以便向冲泡腔412供应热水。所述第一盖体6可分离的与主体开口接合,所述第一盖体6体包括第一上盖体61和第一下盖体62,第一上盖体61与第一下盖体62扣接。相互扣接的第一上盖体61和第一下盖体62之间形成所述空腔523。第一下盖体62向下延伸设置第一管部521和第二管部522,第一管部521和第二管部522分别与空腔523连通。进水口524和出水口525分别位于第一管部521和第二管部522的下端。当第一盖体6覆盖在主体1顶部时,第一管部521被插入第一导流通道51第二端512内与第一导流通道51连通。加热装置3位于水箱2下侧,加热装置3一端与水箱2连通,以便水从水箱流入加热装置3加热生成热水,加热装置3与水箱2连接处设有单向阀31以防止加热装置3的热水倒流回水箱。第一导流通道51第一端511与加热装置3的另一端连通,进入的加热装置3在加热水时形成压力推动热水流向第一导流通道51第一端511。热水沿第一导流通道51进入第二导流通道52,即依次即进入第一管部521,空腔523和第二管部522,最后进入冲泡腔412中与咖啡粉混合形成咖啡液体。本实施例中,为了加速咖啡粉溶解于热水中,第二管部522的出水口525处设有喷嘴(图未示出)以便液体通过冲喷嘴中喷射进入冲泡腔412。由于第一管部521与第一盖体6的空腔523连通,从主体1上取下第一盖体6时,第一管部521下端从第一导流通道51内抽离。这种操作在导流装置向冲泡腔412输送热水时可能导致危险,因为由第一导流通道51输送的热水由于水压会将直接喷出主体1外而导致使用者被烫伤。
为了防止上述安全隐患,如图1、图2和图5所示,本实施例中还包括阻挡装置用于阻挡热水喷出主体1外,该阻挡装置为弹性组件,该弹性组件包括挡板71和扭簧712。为了使被阻挡装置阻挡的至少部分热水可以回流至水箱2中,主体1内部设有回流通道21,回流通道21分别与水箱2上部和所述第一导流通道51连通。回流通道21垂直于第一导流通道51,其一端连通水箱2上部,另一端为封闭端。回流通道21上侧壁设有与主体开口连通的上开口211,其下侧壁设有与第一导流通道51第二端512连通的下开口212。所述扭簧712固定在回流通道21内,挡板71第一端与扭簧712连接,挡板71第二端为可以绕挡板71第一端移动的自由端。上开口211向下设有凸边213,所述凸边213略高于挡板 71第一端。当第一盖体6未放置在主体开口上时,所述挡板71在弹力作用下抵顶凸边213处于第一位置使上开口211被封闭。当第二导流通道52的第一管部521插入上开口211与第一导流通道51连通时,第一管部512推动挡板71使其第一端从第一位置(水平位置)移动至第二位置(竖直位置)以便第一管部512与第一导流通道51第二端512连通。当第一导流通道51第二端512与第一管部521分离时,扭簧712提供弹力使挡板71第二端绕其第一端移动至第一位置(水平位置)从而关闭上开口211,因此第一导流通道51第二端512喷出的热水被挡板71挡住并通过回流通道21回流至水箱2。
如图6和图7所示,第一盖体6下侧还设有用于与冲泡腔412盖合的第二盖体63,第一盖体6和第二盖体63之间设有弹性件633使得第一盖体6固定于主体1时所述第二盖体63与冲泡腔412之间形成相对密封。第二盖体63中部设有与第二管部522对应的第二盖体通孔631,第二盖体63通过该第二盖体通孔631套设在第二管部522上。本实施例中,所述第二弹性件633为弹簧633,该弹簧633套设在第二管部522上并位于第二盖体63与第一盖体6底部之间。所述腔体开口向上凸设围壁101,所述围壁101伸出主体开口,第一盖体6侧部设有锁键611和锁扣621,该围壁101具有与锁扣621对应的扣位622,锁键661用于驱动锁扣621与扣位622扣合。使用时,把第一盖体6放置在主体开口上,按下锁键611使锁扣621缩进第一盖体6内部,把第一盖体6向主体1内部按压,第一盖体6底部伸入围壁101包围的空间,第一下盖体62外侧壁与围壁101的内壁接触,锁扣621伸入扣位622卡紧,第一盖体6因此被固定在主体上。另外,按压第一盖体6时,第一盖体6通过弹簧633推动第二盖体63使其抵接冲泡腔开口416。第一盖体6被锁定在主体1上使弹簧633被压缩在第二盖体63与第一盖体6之间。被压缩的弹簧633提供弹力使第二盖体63与冲泡腔412的开口紧密接合,因此第二盖体63与冲泡腔412的开口形成相对密封,防止咖啡颗粒随冲泡腔412内的蒸汽从第二盖体63与冲泡腔412的开口之间的缝隙逸出。
参见图1,图2和图7该第二盖体63设置有多个第二排气孔632用于排放冲泡腔412中多余的蒸汽以避免在冲泡腔412形成高压,本实施例中,第一排气孔632的直径约为0.5mm,第二排气孔632细密的分布在第二盖体63上使得第二盖体63的一部分形成网状结构以防止咖啡粉跟随从第二排气孔632中排出。 第一盖体6设有多个第一排气孔601。第一排气孔601与第二排气孔632之间连接有排气通道,冲泡腔412中的气体经过排气通道最终从第一排气孔601排出。
本实施例的咖啡机的工作方法,包括以下步骤:a.加入水至水箱2中并加入咖啡豆至研磨过滤装置中;b.所述研磨过滤装置将咖啡豆进行研磨以获得咖啡粉;c.水箱2向加热装置3输送水,加热装置3对水进行加热生成热水,加热装置3通过所述导流装置输送热水至研磨过滤装置,热水与研磨过滤装置中的咖啡粉混合形成咖啡液体;d.所述研磨过滤装置对咖啡液体进行过滤;e.所述研磨过滤装置将过滤后的咖啡液体排出。
在这个实施例中,步骤b包括启动电机43,电机43驱动刀轴422和刀片421转动,刀片421对咖啡豆进行研磨;步骤a包括咖啡豆被加入至冲泡腔412;步骤b包括启动电机43,电机43驱动通过刀轴422驱动刀片421转动,刀片421对咖啡豆进行研磨以获得咖啡粉;c步骤包括热水与冲泡腔412中的咖啡粉混合,咖啡粉溶解于热水形成咖啡液体;d步骤包括第一过滤器44对咖啡液体进行过滤,被过滤的咖啡液体流入液体通道411。
在这个实施例中,d步骤进一步包括流入液体通道411的咖啡液体流入收集腔413;步骤e包括开启收集腔水阀414,咖啡液体从收集腔413流出,关闭收集腔水阀414,咖啡液体停止从收集腔413流出。
在这个实施例中,d步骤进一步包括第二过滤器415对所述收集腔413的咖啡液体进行过滤。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1大体相同,区别之处仅在于导流装置的结构不同。本实施例的咖啡机的导流装置类似于图2所示,但是其不具有第二导流通道52,本实施例的咖啡机的导流装置包括第一导流通道51,第一导流通道51的第一端511与加热装置3连通,所述冲泡腔412设有与第一导流通道51的第二端512对应的冲泡腔通孔,所述第一导流通道51的第二端512通过所述冲泡腔通孔插入所述冲泡腔412。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1大体相同,区别之处仅在于阻挡装置的结构不同。本实施例中的咖啡机的整体结构与图1和图2所示的咖啡机类似。如图9至11所示, 阻挡装置为一固定在上开口211的片状的弹性单件72,所述弹性单件72横截面为圆形,与对应上开口211形状相对应。所述变形件72中部设有一个切口。弹性单件72的圆周上设有凸壁722,凸壁722围绕凸边213贴紧并固定在凸边213的外侧壁上。当第二导流通道52的第一管部521插入上开口211时,弹性单件72的切口721被第一管部521撑开,第二导流通道52的第一管部521因此能穿过弹性单件72的切口721插入第二导流通道52内。当第一导流通道51第二端512与第一管部521分离时,被撑开的切口721随着第一管部521从弹性单件72的切口721抽出而闭合。第一导流通道51第二端512喷出的热水因此被切口721闭合的弹性单件72阻挡而沿回流通道21回流至水箱2。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例3大体相同,区别之处仅在于弹性单件72的切口721的数目和相对位置不同。本实施例中的咖啡机的整体结构与图1和图2所示的咖啡机类似。如图12所示,本实施例中,弹性单件72中部设有两个相互交叉的切口721。弹性单件72与上开口211连接方式相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1大体相同,区别之处仅在于第一管部521与第一导流通道51第二端512结构不同以及其连接方式不同。本实施例中的咖啡机的整体结构与图1和图2所示的咖啡机类似。如图13所示,第一管部521的下端具有第二导流通道的进水口524,进水口524的直径小于第一管部521的直径,所述第一导流通道51第一端512从该进水口524插入第二导流通道52的第一管部521,所述第一导流通道51第二端512具有封闭的顶部,所述第一导流通道51第二端512侧壁设有侧壁出水口514,所述侧壁出水口514与第二导流通道52之间设有缝隙以便热水从所述侧壁出水口514流入第二导流通道52。

  1. 一种咖啡机,包括主体(1)、研磨过滤装置、水箱(2)和加热装置(3),所述研磨过滤装置、水箱(2)和加热装置(3)设于主体(1)内,其特征在于,研磨过滤装置包括:用于容纳液体和咖啡颗粒的腔体(41);用于研磨咖啡颗粒的研磨组件;与研磨组件连接并用于驱动研磨组件的驱动机构(43);以及用于过滤腔体(41)中的咖啡液体的第一过滤器(44),所述腔体(41)设有腔体开口,研磨组件的至少一部分置于腔体(41)内,所述腔体(41)包括冲泡腔(412),冲泡腔(412)设有冲泡腔开口(416),所述冲泡腔(412)底部设有与所述冲泡腔(412)连通的液体通道(411),第一过滤器(44)部分或全部位于冲泡腔(412)底部,所述液体通道(411)位于第一过滤器(44)下侧使得冲泡腔(412)中的咖啡液体进入液体通道(411)之前流经第一过滤器(44)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述研磨组件包括刀片(421)和刀轴(422),所述刀轴(422)穿过冲泡腔(412)底部,位于冲泡腔(412)内的所述刀轴(422)的一端连接刀片(421),位于冲泡腔(412)外的所述刀轴(422)的一端连接驱动机构(43),以便所述驱动机构(43)通过刀轴(422)驱动刀片(421)转动,以研磨冲泡腔(412)中的咖啡颗粒。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述液体通道(411)底部设有液体通道水阀,所述液体通道水阀用于控制液体通道(411)的咖啡液体的排放。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述腔体(41)还包括收集腔(413),所述收集腔(413)通过液体通道(411)与冲泡腔(412)连通使得已过滤的咖啡液体经液体通道(411)流入收集腔(413)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述收集腔(413)底部设有收集腔水阀(414),所述收集腔水阀(414)用于控制收集腔(413)的液体的排放。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述收集腔(413)设置有用于过滤进入收集腔(413)的咖啡液体的第二过滤器(415),所述第二过滤器(415)被设置为使得进入收集腔(413)的咖啡液体流到收集腔水阀(414)之 前流经第二过滤器(415)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器(44)的底面高于收集腔(413)的内底面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器(44)的厚度设置在0.1毫米至10毫米之间。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第二过滤器(415)的厚度设置在0.1毫米至10毫米之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡机还包括导流装置,所述导流装置包括第一导流通道(51),第一导流通道(51)的第一端(511)与加热装置(3)连通,所述冲泡腔(412)设有与第一导流通道(51)的第二端(512)对应的冲泡腔通孔,所述第一导流通道(51)的第二端(512)通过所述冲泡腔通孔插入所述冲泡腔(412)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述主体(1)设有主体开口,所述咖啡机还包括导流装置以及用于覆盖所述主体开口的第一盖体(6),所述导流装置包括第一导流通道(51)和与第一导流通道(51)可分离地连接的第二导流通道(52),第一导流通道(51)的第一端(511)与加热装置(3)连通,所述第二导流通道(52)分体式设置在第一盖体(6)上,所述第二导流通道(52)具有进水口(524)和出水口(525),所述出水口(525)位于与所述冲泡腔开口(416)对应的位置以便向冲泡腔(412)供应液体。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述主体(1)设有主体开口,所述咖啡机还包括导流装置以及用于覆盖所述主体开口的第一盖体(6),所述导流装置包括第一导流通道(51)和与第一导流通道(51)可分离地连接的第二导流通道(52),第一导流通道(51)的第一端与加热装置(3)连通,第二导流通道(52)由第一盖体(6)的部分或全部形成,所述第二导流通道(52)具有进水口(524)和出水口(525),所述出水口(525)位于与所述冲泡腔开口(416)对应的位置以便向冲泡腔(412)供应液体。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一盖体(6)内部设有空腔(523),所述空腔(523)设有所述进水口(524)和所述出水口(525),所述进水口(524)和所述出水口(525)流体连通并形成第二导流通道(52), 所述第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)与所述进水口(524)可分离地的连接,所述出水口(525)位于与所述冲泡腔开口(416)对应的位置以便向冲泡腔(412)供应液体。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一盖体(6)内部设有空腔(523),所述第二导流通道(52)包括第一管部(521)和第二管部(522),所述第一管部(521)设有所述进水口(524),所述第二管部(522)设有所述出水口(525),所述进水口(524)和所述出水口(525)分别与所述空腔(523)流体连通并形成第二导流通道(52),所述第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)与所述第一管部(521)的进水口(524)可分离地的连接,所述第二管部(522)的出水口(525)位于与所述冲泡腔开口(416)对应的位置以便向冲泡腔(412)供应液体。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,还包括阻挡装置,所述阻挡装置设置在与第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)对应的位置,以在第一导流通道(51)与第二导流通道(52)分离时能够变形,阻挡液体喷出主体(1)开口。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述阻挡装置为弹性组件,所述弹性组件第一端弹性设置在与第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)对应的位置,所述弹性组件第二端能绕所述弹性组件第一端弹性转动而变形。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述阻挡装置为弹性单件(72),所述弹性单件(72)中部设置有至少一个切口(721),所述弹性单件(72)受挤压能变形使得所述切口张开。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)套入第二导流通道(52)的第一管部(521),所述第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)具有封闭的顶部,所述第一导流通道(51)第二端(512)侧壁设有侧壁出水口(514),所述侧壁出水口(514)与第一管部(51)之间设有缝隙以便液体从所述侧壁出水口(514)流入第二导流通道(51)。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述主体(1)内部设有回流通道(21),所述回流通道(21)分别与水箱(2)上部和所述第一导流通道(51)连通使得在第一导流通道(51)与第二导流通道(51)分离时被阻挡装置 (7)阻挡的至少部分液体进入回流通道(21)流至水箱(2)。
  20. 根据权利要求11或12所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一盖体(6)和/或主体(1)设有固定元件用于将第一盖体(6)固定于主体(1),所述第一盖体(6)下侧还设有用于覆盖冲泡腔开口(416)的第二盖体(63),第一盖体(6)和第二盖体(63)之间设有弹性件(633),以便第一盖体(6)固定于主体(1)时所述第二盖体(63)与冲泡腔(412)之间形成相对密封。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第二盖体(63)设有第二盖体通孔(631),所述第二盖体通孔(631)设置于所述出水口(525)对应的位置。
  22. 一种根据权利要求1至21中的任一项所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:a.加入液体至水箱(2),加入咖啡颗粒至研磨过滤装置;b.所述研磨过滤装置对咖啡颗粒进行研磨;c.水箱(2)向加热装置(3)输送液体,加热装置(3)对所述液体进行加热,加热装置(3)输送已加热的液体至研磨过滤装置,所述液体与研磨过滤装置中经研磨的咖啡颗粒混合形成咖啡液体;d.所述研磨过滤装置对所述咖啡液体进行过滤;e.所述研磨过滤装置将过滤后的咖啡液体排出。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,所述液体通道(411)底部设有液体通道水阀,所述液体通道水阀用于控制第一通道内的咖啡液体的排放,步骤e包括开启液体通道水阀,咖啡液体从液体通道(411)流出,关闭液体通道水阀,咖啡液体停止从液体通道(411)流出。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,所述腔体(41)还包括收集腔(413),所述收集腔(413)通过液体通道(411)与冲泡腔(412)连通使得已过滤的咖啡液体经液体通道(411)流入收集腔(413),所述收集腔(413)底部设有收集腔水阀(414),所述收集腔水阀(414)用于控制收集腔(413)的液体的排放,d步骤进一步包括流入液体通道(411)的咖啡液体流入收集腔(413);步骤e包括开启收集腔水阀(414),咖啡液体从收集腔(413)流出,关闭收集腔水阀(414),咖啡液体停止从收集腔(413)流出。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,所述收集腔(413)设置有用于过滤进入收集腔(413)的咖啡液体的第二过滤器(415),所 述第二过滤器(415)被设置为使得进入收集腔(413)的咖啡液体流到水阀(414)之前流经第二过滤器(415),d步骤包括第二过滤器(415)对所述收集腔(413)的所述咖啡液体进行过滤。
