Description

一种真空果汁机 技术领域
本发明涉及果汁机技术领域,具体的说,是涉及一种真空果汁机。
背景技术
在使用果汁机打碎蔬果的过程中,为防止蔬果汁氧化,需要使蔬果汁处于真空状态,此时就需要真空的果汁机。
传统的真空果汁机通过两种方法实现:一种是通过搅拌前和搅拌过程中对搅拌杯内抽空来实现真空状态的,此种的果汁机在搅拌前和搅拌过程中能抽走果汁和水份中的氧气避免果汁氧化;但其缺点是取出搅拌杯后搅拌杯内不能保持真空状态,随即出现氧化现象,需保持不取出搅拌杯才能真空储存。另一种真空果汁机是通过搅拌后对储存杯进行抽真空来实现真空状态的,其可以实现携带式真空储存;但是其缺陷是搅拌前和搅拌过程中没有抽真空的功能,果汁在搅拌过程中已有氧化现象(水分中有氧气),且果汁从搅拌杯倒至储存杯的过程中也会出现氧化。
总的来说,现在的果汁机无法做到既便于携带,又能够在整个过程时蔬果汁处于真空状体。
上述缺陷,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供一种真空果汁机,既能在搅拌果汁前和搅拌果汁过程中对搅拌杯内进行抽真空功能,又实现了搅拌杯真空状态可取出携带、储存一段时间,期间不会接触空气出现氧化现象。
本发明技术方案如下所述:
一种真空果汁机,其特征在于,包括真空罩组件、搅拌杯组件以及主机,所述搅拌杯组件套于所述真空罩组件内部,所述真空罩组件与所述主机活动连接,
所述真空罩组件包括真空罩和设于所述真空罩上的凸轮,所述凸轮绕所述真空罩旋转,所述凸轮上设有密封胶,所述密封胶与所述真空罩上的进气孔对应,
所述搅拌杯组件包括搅拌杯座和搅拌杯,所述搅拌杯上的搅拌杯通气孔处设有活动阀门,所述活动阀门上下滑动控制所述搅拌杯通气孔的打开和关闭,
所述主机内部设有真空泵,所述真空泵与所述真空罩的内部空间密封连接。
进一步的,所述凸轮上方设有控制手柄,所述控制手柄带动所述凸轮转动。
进一步的,所述凸轮上设有定位销,所述定位销下端通过定位销弹簧与所述凸轮连接。

根据上述方案的本发明,其有益效果在于,
在搅拌之前,关闭进气孔、打开活动阀门通气孔,可以将搅拌杯内抽真空;搅拌过程中同时关闭进气孔和活动阀门通气孔,保证搅拌的真空环境;搅拌后将进气孔打开,活动发明通气孔保持关闭,可以取出搅拌杯,使得搅拌杯在保证真空环境的情况下便于携带。本发明可以实现在搅拌过程中搅拌杯的真空,又能保证搅拌杯取下的时候为真空环境,进而使得蔬果汁一直处于真空状态,能对果汁进行保鲜,有利于健康。

优选的,真空泵31通过软管32与真空罩组件内部空间连接,真空泵31上还设有出气孔33。
如图2所示,真空罩组件包括真空罩11和设于真空罩11上的凸轮13,凸轮13上方设有控制手柄12,控制手柄12带动凸轮13绕真空罩11旋转。凸轮13的下方设有向上凹陷的凹槽134和向下凸出的凸块135,凹槽134和凸块135的边界为斜坡状。随着控制手柄12转动,凹槽134和凸块135处于不同的位置。
凸轮13上设有一段圆弧形的密封胶131,密封胶131与真空罩11上的进气孔111对应。随着控制手柄12的旋转,密封胶131分别与进气孔111接触、分离,进而实现进气孔111的关闭和打开。
凸轮13上设有定位销132,定位销132下端通过定位销弹簧133与凸轮13连接,真空罩11上设有与定位销132相匹配的定位销槽112。在控制手柄12旋转的过程中,定位销弹簧133弹动定位销132使其与真空罩11上设置的若干个定位销槽112相互分离或卡住,进而控制了控制手柄12的转动角度及位置。
如图3所示,搅拌杯组件包括搅拌杯座23和搅拌杯22,搅拌杯22上的搅拌杯通气孔221处设有活动阀门21,活动阀门21下端设有活动阀门垫211。
活动阀门21下侧设有活动阀门弹簧212,活动阀门弹簧212下端连接搅拌杯22,活动阀门弹簧212向上推动活动阀21门使其与凸轮13相互挤压,凸轮13的下侧面挤压活动阀门21上端,进而控制活动阀门21的上下滑动,活动阀门21上下滑动带动活动阀门垫211滑动,进而控制搅拌杯通气孔221的打开和关闭。
优选的,活动阀门21的上方设有凸点,在活动手柄12转动过程中,实现凸点与凸块135的相互挤压或分离。凸点与凸块135相分离的时候,凸点滑入凹槽134内,活动阀门21向上滑动,活动阀门垫211与搅拌杯通气孔221接触,使得搅拌杯22密闭;凸点与凸块135相挤压,推动活动阀门21向下滑动,活动阀门垫211与搅拌杯通气孔221分离,搅拌杯22可进行气流流通。
本发明的应用原理为:
如图4-5所示,抽真空状态时,控制手柄12处于第一位置,定位销弹簧133弹动定位销132使其与第一个定位销槽112相扣,此时密封胶131与进气孔111接触,真空罩11处于密闭状态;凸轮13的凸块135与凸点相挤压,推动活动阀门21向下滑动,活动阀门垫211与搅拌杯通气孔221分离,搅拌杯22抽空通道打开,搅拌杯22可进行气流流通;真空 泵31抽通过软管32真空,其气流方向如图中的箭头所示。
如图6-7所示,控制手柄12处于第二位置,定位销弹簧133弹动定位销132使其与第二个定位销槽112相扣,密封胶131与进气孔111仍接触,真空罩11处于密闭状态;活动阀门21的凸点滑入凸轮13的凹槽134内,活动阀门弹簧212推动活动阀门21向上滑动,活动阀门垫211与搅拌杯通气孔221接触,搅拌杯22处于真空环境;可以进行搅拌动作。
如图8-9所示,控制手柄12处于第三位置,定位销弹簧133弹动定位销132使其与第三个定位销槽122相扣,密封胶131与进气孔111分离,真空罩11处于非真空状态;活动阀门21的凸点依旧在凸轮13的凹槽134内,搅拌杯22仍处于真空状态;可以取下搅拌杯22。
主机30内部设有电机等,搅拌杯座23内部设有刀座和刀片等,上述均为现有技术中常用技术手段,此处不再赘述。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本发明专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本发明专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本发明专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种真空果汁机,其特征在于,包括真空罩组件、搅拌杯组件以及主机,所述搅拌杯组件套于所述真空罩组件内部,所述真空罩组件与所述主机活动连接,
    所述真空罩组件包括真空罩和设于所述真空罩上的凸轮,所述凸轮绕所述真空罩旋转,所述凸轮上设有密封胶,所述密封胶与所述真空罩上的进气孔对应,
    所述搅拌杯组件包括搅拌杯座和搅拌杯,所述搅拌杯上的搅拌杯通气孔处设有活动阀门,所述活动阀门上下滑动控制所述搅拌杯通气孔的打开和关闭,
    所述主机内部设有真空泵,所述真空泵与所述真空罩的内部空间密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的真空果汁机,其特征在于,所述凸轮上方设有控制手柄,所述控制手柄带动所述凸轮转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的真空果汁机,其特征在于,所述凸轮上设有定位销,所述定位销下端通过定位销弹簧与所述凸轮连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的真空果汁机,其特征在于,所述真空罩上设有与所述定位销相匹配的定位销槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的真空果汁机,其特征在于,所述活动阀门下侧设有活动阀门弹簧,所述活动阀门弹簧下端连接所述搅拌杯,所述活动阀门弹簧向上推动所述活动阀门使其与所述凸轮相互挤压。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的真空果汁机,其特征在于,所述凸轮的底部设有向上凹陷的凹槽和向下凸起的凸块,所述凸块与所述活动阀门顶端的凸点配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的真空果汁机,其特征在于,所述真空泵通过软管与所述真空罩内部空间连接,所述真空泵上还设有出气孔。
