发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有的磨豆咖啡机,由于出粉口密封性能不良导致蒸汽进入到磨豆装置的腔室内造成堵粉的问题,提供一种磨豆咖啡机。
一种磨豆咖啡机,包括:
机体;
磨咖啡豆装置,所述磨咖啡豆装置设置于所述机体内,所述磨咖啡豆装置的底部设置有出粉通道;
酿造装置,所述酿造装置设置于所述出粉通道的下方,所述酿造装置通过所述出粉通道与所述磨咖啡豆装置连通;
密封装置,所述密封装置设置于所述出粉通道的端口处;
隔挡板,所述隔挡板设置于所述密封装置与所述酿造装置之间,所述隔挡板通过移动方式错开或压接所述密封装置的底部,以控制所述出粉通道与所述酿造装置的导通或隔断。

具体地,所述隔挡板400设置于所述密封装置300与所述酿造装置200之间,所述隔挡板400具有两个工作位置,当所述隔挡板400处于第一工作位时与所述密封装置300的底部错开,磨咖啡豆装置100与所述酿造装置200通过所述出粉通道110导通,所述磨咖啡豆装置100内的咖啡粉进入所述酿造装置200即咖啡篮内;当所述隔挡板400处于第二工作位时与所述密封装置300的底部压接,所述出粉通道110的端口被隔断关闭,所述磨咖啡豆装置100与所述酿造装置200被密封隔断。酿造装置200内的蒸汽被隔挡板400阻挡后无法进入到磨咖啡豆装置100内,克服了由于出粉口密封性能不良导致蒸汽进入到磨豆室造成堵粉的缺陷。实现了对出粉口进行有效密封的目的,同时具有结构简单合理、自动化、高密封性、操作简单、成本低的特点。
请参阅图4,进一步,所述磨豆咖啡机还包括驱动电机500,所述驱动电机500的转轴与所述隔挡板400连接,所述驱动电机500的转轴带动所述隔挡板400旋转以错开或压接所述密封装置300的底部。
请参阅图2至图4,在本申请的一个实施例中,所述密封装置300包括密封圈330以及第一密封圈支架310,所述第一密封圈支架310安装于所述机体10的上机体,并将所述密封圈330固定于所述出粉通道110的端口处。具体地,所述第一密封圈支架310将所述密封圈330固定在所述出粉通道110的端口处时,所述密封圈330的内侧壁与所述出粉通道110端口处的外侧壁贴紧。
可选地,所述密封圈330为橡胶质密封圈。
请参阅图5,可选地,所述密封圈330包括内圈331、外圈332以及连接所述内圈331和外圈332的密封部333,所述第一密封圈支架310紧套在所述内圈331和外圈332之间,所述内圈331被所述出粉通道110端口处的外壁和所述第一密封圈支架310的内壁夹紧,所述外圈332被所述机体的上机体和所述第一密封圈支架310的外壁夹紧,所述隔挡板400压接所述密封部333对所述出粉通道110进行密封封闭。
请参阅图5,具体地,所述密封圈330整体上大致呈现U型,所述第一密封圈支架310紧套在所述内圈331和外圈332之间,所述外圈332的顶部向远离所述内圈331的一侧延伸出外圈332翻边,所述外圈332通过所述外圈332翻边安装于所述机体10的上机体,所述第一密封圈支架310部分压在所述外圈332翻边上后将所述密封圈330固定在机体10的上机体。所述内圈331顶部向靠近所述外圈332的一侧延伸出内圈331翻边,所述内圈331被所述出粉通道110端口处的外壁和所述第一密封圈支架310夹紧的同时所述内圈331翻边紧贴在所述第一密封圈支架310的平台上。
可选地,所述密封部333呈向下凸出的曲面状。密封部333呈下凸出的曲面状可减少隔挡板400对出粉通道110进行隔断密封时的转动阻力,同时也增加密封圈330的压缩量,使得密封圈330与隔挡板400之间形成紧贴的面与面压紧接触,实现了出粉口良好的密封目的。
如图2和图5所示,具体地,所述密封部333呈弧形球面状。所述第一密封圈支架310紧套在所述内圈331和外圈332之间后,所述第一密封圈支架310的底部并没有碰触到密封部333,所述密封圈330的底部形成了密封腔室。这样在所述隔挡板400压接所述密封部333对所述出粉通道110进行密封封闭时,所述隔挡板400压缩所述密封部333向所述密封腔室内变形,所述密封腔室内的空气被压缩。当所述隔挡板400与所述密封部333压接隔断所述出粉通道的端口时,所述弧形球面状的密封部333内侧壁被压缩空气顶着,外侧壁被隔挡板400压紧使得密封圈330与隔挡板400之间为紧贴的面与面压紧接触,增强了出粉口的密封性能。此外,弧形球面状密封部333的最低点有向下的凸尖,可减少隔挡板400对出粉通道110进行密封时的转动阻力。当驱动电机500带动隔挡板400错开出粉通道110时,密封腔室内的压缩空气使得弧形球面状密封部333恢复原状。
请参阅图2至图5,在其中一个实施例中,所述密封装置300还包括第二密封圈支架320,所述第二密封圈支架320套设于所述内圈331的内侧壁上并与所述出粉通道110端口处的外壁贴紧。具体地,先将所述密封圈330套设在所述第一密封圈支架310上,再将所述第二密封圈支架320套设在所述内圈331的内侧壁上,所述第一密封圈支架310压紧所述外圈332凸边后将所述密封圈330固定在上机体,所述第二密封圈支架320套设于所述内圈331的内侧壁上后与所述出粉通道110的外侧壁贴紧,所述第一密封圈支架310与所述第二密封圈支架320将所述内圈331夹紧。所述第二密封圈支架320的顶部开口上也设置有向外的翻边,所述第二密封圈支架320的翻边紧贴在所述内圈331翻边上。
请参阅图5,在一实施例中,所述内圈331的内侧壁上在靠近所述密封部333处设置有凸台334,所述第二密封圈支架310的底部抵接在所述凸台334上。这样在所述隔挡板400压接所述密封部333对所述出粉通道110进行密封封闭时,所述隔挡板400压缩所述密封部333向所述密封腔室变形,所述密封腔室内的空气被压缩。所述凸台334能防止隔挡板400压接所述密封部333时密封圈330弧形球面部分地往所述密封圈330的中心倾斜,确保所述密封部333只发生上下压缩变形即只能压向密封腔室或回复。所述弧形球面状的密封部333内侧壁被压缩空气顶着,外侧壁被隔挡板400压紧使得密封圈330与隔挡板400之间为紧贴的面与面压紧接触,增强了出粉口的密封性能。此外,弧形球面状密封部333的最低点有向下的凸尖,可减少隔挡板400对出粉通道110进行密封时的转动阻力。当驱动电机500带动隔挡板400错开出粉通道110时,密封腔室内的压缩空气使得弧形球面状密封部333恢复原状。
请参阅图4,在其中一个实施例中,所述磨豆咖啡机还包括电机支架510和微动开关520,所述电机支架510安装在所述机体10的上机体上,所述驱动电机500固定在所述电机支架510上,所述微动开关520安装在所述电机支架510上用来控制所述电机的转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述酿造装置200还包括用来盛装咖啡粉的咖啡篮,所述咖啡篮位于所述出粉口的下方或侧方。所述咖啡篮位于所述出粉口的下方或侧方,所述咖啡篮用来盛装从所述出粉通道110排出的咖啡粉,咖啡粉在所述咖啡篮内进行浸泡。
上述磨豆咖啡机的工作原理如下:
所述微动开关520控制所述驱动电机500旋转,所述驱动电机500带动所述隔挡板400平移运动,所述隔挡板400错开所述出粉通道110的端口时,磨咖啡豆装置100与所述酿造装置200通过所述出粉通道110导通,所述磨咖啡豆装置100内的咖啡粉进入所述酿造装置200即咖啡篮内。当所述隔挡板400处与所述密封装置300的密封部333压接,所述出粉通道110的端口被隔断关闭,所述磨咖啡豆装置100与所述酿造装置200被密封隔断。
上述磨豆咖啡机,通过在出粉通道110的端口处设置有密封装置300,并在所述密封装置300与酿造装置200之间设置隔挡板400,所述隔挡板400通过移动方式错开或压接所述密封装置300的底部,以控制所述出粉通道110与所述酿造装置200的导通或隔断,实现对出粉口的密封。克服了现有磨豆咖啡机由于出粉口密封性能不良导致蒸汽进入到磨豆室造成堵粉的缺陷。实现了对出粉口进行有效密封的目的,同时具有结构简单合理、自动化、高密封性、操作简单、成本低的特点。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    磨咖啡豆装置,所述磨咖啡豆装置设置于所述机体内,所述磨咖啡豆装置的底部设置有出粉通道;
    酿造装置,所述酿造装置设置于所述出粉通道的下方,所述酿造装置通过所述出粉通道与所述磨咖啡豆装置连通;
    密封装置,所述密封装置设置于所述出粉通道的端口处;
    隔挡板,所述隔挡板设置于所述密封装置与所述酿造装置之间,所述隔挡板通过移动方式错开或压接所述密封装置的底部,以控制所述出粉通道与所述酿造装置的导通或隔断。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述磨豆咖啡机还包括驱动电机,所述驱动电机的转轴与所述隔挡板连接带动所述隔挡板旋转以错开或压接所述密封装置的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括密封圈以及第一密封圈支架,所述第一密封圈支架安装于所述机体的上机体,并将所述密封圈固定于所述出粉通道的端口处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述密封圈包括内圈、外圈以及连接所述内圈和外圈的密封部,所述第一密封圈支架紧套在所述内圈和外圈之间,所述内圈被所述出粉通道的外壁和所述第一密封圈支架的内壁夹紧,所述外圈被所述机体的上机体和所述第一密封圈支架的外壁夹紧,所述隔挡板压接所述密封部对所述出粉通道进行密封封闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述密封部呈向下凸出的曲面状。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述密封部呈弧形球面状。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6中任意一项所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述密封装置还包括第二密封圈支架,所述第二密封圈支架套设于所述内圈的内侧壁上并与所述出粉通道的外壁贴紧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述内圈的内侧壁上在靠近所述密封部处设置有凸台,所述第二密封圈支架的底部抵接在所述凸台上。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述磨豆咖啡机还包括电机支架和微动开关,所述电机支架安装在所述机体的上机体上,所述驱动电机固定在所述电机支架上,所述微动开关安装在所述电机支架上用来控制所述电机的转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的磨豆咖啡机,其特征在于,所述酿造装置还包括用来盛装咖啡粉的咖啡篮,所述咖啡篮位于所述出粉口的下方或侧方。
