(9) (1)~(8)のいずれかに記載のバックルを備えたことを特徴とするシートベルト装置。
これにより、バネ収容溝27には、バックルステー20がバックルベース10に対して第1の方向Xに傾動したときにコイルバネ50が嵌まり込む。
なお、図示されたバックルは、左シート用であるが、右シート用のバックルでは、バックルベース10のバックルステー20に対する第2の方向Yへの回動方向は逆方向となる。従って、右シート用のバックルでは、バックルステー20のストッパ25や固定孔26、及びバネ収容溝27は、左シート用のものとバックルステー20の幅方向中心に対して反対側の位置に設けられる。
バックルステー20に対しバックルベース10が第1の方向Xに傾動したとき、バックルステー20に押されてコイルバネ50が第1の方向Xに曲げ変形する。従って、コイルバネ50の弾性反力により、バックルステー20を押し戻して、バックルベース10を原位置に復帰させることができる。
また、バックルステー20に対しバックルベース10が第1の方向Xに傾動したとき、バックルステー20の前方部分と支持軸30の上部との距離は短くなるが、コイルバネ50をバックルステー20のバネ収容溝27に収容することができるので、コイルバネ50がバックルベース10の傾動を阻害するのを防止することができる。これにより、バックルは、このバネ収容溝27分だけコイルバネ50の厚み方向の長さを短縮することができる。

Claims (9)
- 基端部に車体への固定部が設けられるとともに、先端部に貫通孔を有する連結板部が設けられるバックルステーと、
底板部と該底板部の両側縁から上方に起立した一対の側板部とを有し、前記底板部の長さ方向の一端部に貫通孔が設けられるバックルベースと、
前記バックルベースが、前記バックルステーに対し、前記底板部の板面に垂直な第1の方向に所定角度傾動可能、且つ、前記底板部の板面に平行な第2の方向に所定角度回動可能に、前記バックルステーに連結されるように、前記連結板部の貫通孔に対して遊びをもって、前記バックルステーの連結板部及び前記底板部の一端部の両貫通孔に挿通される支持軸と、
前記バックルベースが前記第1の方向に傾動及び第2の方向に回動したとき、前記バックルステーに押されて弾性変形することで、前記バックルベースを原位置に復帰させる弾性部材と、
を有するシートベルト装置のバックルにおいて、
前記支持軸は、その上部に左右方向に延びる一対のアーム部を有し、
前記一対のアーム部の先端部分は、前記バックルベースの一対の側板部に形成された各係合溝に結合されることを特徴とするシートベルト装置のバックル。 - 前記弾性部材は、コイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。
- 前記バックルステーは、金属プレート製のステー本体と、該ステー本体の先端部に成形された樹脂製のカラーと、を備え、
前記カラーには、前記バックルステーの貫通孔の周囲に、該貫通孔の円周方向に沿うようにバネ収容溝が設けられており、
前記バネ収容溝には、前記バックルベースが前記バックルステーに対して前記第1の方向に傾動したときに前記コイルバネが嵌まり込むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。 - 前記バネ収容溝は、前記バックルステーの連結孔の中心を通る前記バックルステーの長手方向中心線に対して左右非対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。
- 前記バックルステーには、前記コイルバネの端部を固定するための固定孔が設けられており、
前記バネ収容溝は、前記固定孔に隣接した位置から、前記貫通孔の前方に向けて前記貫通孔の円周方向に沿って延び、且つ、少なくとも前記貫通孔の前方を越えるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。 - 弾性部材は、ゴム製のダンパ部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記アーム部と前記バックルステーとそれぞれ接触する上板部及び下板部と、該上板部及び下板部とを連結する上下連結部と、を備える板バネであり、
前記下板部は、前記バックルベースがバックルステーに対して前記第2の方向に回動したとき、前記バックルステーに押されて第2の方向に曲げ変形することで、前記回動したバックルベースを原位置に復帰させるバネ部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。 - 前記支持軸は、前記バックルステーの底板部の下面で、下端部を潰すことで、前記支持軸が前記バックルベースに対して固定されることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のシートベルト装置のバックル。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のバックルを備えたことを特徴とするシートベルト装置。
