- the Hall elements 50f and 50l can be prevented from being adversely affected by the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through the camera shake correction coil portions 18f and 18l, respectively.
- FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing an arrangement relationship between one permanent magnet piece 282 of the permanent magnet 28, the focus coil 26 and the camera shake correction coil 18 arranged around the permanent magnet piece 28 in the magnetic circuit.
- the height of the focus coil 26 is lower than the height of the permanent magnet piece 282. Thereby, the stroke in the case of adjusting the position of the lens holder 24 (lens barrel) in the optical axis O direction can be increased.
- FIGS. 19 to 23 show a first modification of the first embodiment.
- FIGS. 19 to 23 show a configuration in which a yoke 25 is newly added to the magnetic circuit composed of the permanent magnet 28, the focus coil 26, and the camera shake correction coil 18 shown in FIG.
- the yoke 25 includes a connecting portion 252 that is integrally arranged in a substantially square ring shape on the side facing the upper surface (third surface) of each permanent magnet piece 282, and an optical axis inside the four corners of the connecting portion 252. It has four vertical extensions 254 extending vertically downward in parallel with O. That is, the yoke (25) is a first yoke part (a first yoke part (inner wall surface 282a)) disposed opposite to the first surface (inner wall surface 282a) of the plurality of magnets (permanent magnet piece 282) with the first coil (focus coil 26) interposed therebetween.
- the yoke 25 is inserted into a hole (not shown) formed in the connecting portion 252 with a protrusion (not shown) formed on the inner surface side of the upper portion of the magnet holder 30 and thermally welded. Attached to.
- the vertical extending portion 254 is inserted into a space formed between the cylindrical portion 240 of the lens holder 24 and the focus coil 26.
- the vertically extending portion 254 of the yoke 25 has an outer wall surface 254a. That is, the first yoke portion (vertical extending portion 254) has a wall surface (outside wall) facing the first surface (inner wall surface 282a) of each adjacent magnet (permanent magnet piece 282) and the separated portion (gap 29). Wall surface 254a) and connected by the second yoke portion (connecting portion 252).

- the outer wall surface 254a of the vertically extending portion 254 is disposed at a position facing a part of the inner wall surface 282a parallel to the optical axis O of each permanent magnet piece 282 and the gap 29. Further, the focus coil 26 is disposed between a part of the inner wall surface 282 a of each permanent magnet piece 282 and the gap 29 and the outer wall surface 254 a of the vertical extending portion 254.
- the yoke 25 is attached to the magnet holder 30 and is separated from the permanent magnet piece 282 (see FIG. 21), but the yoke 25 and each permanent magnet piece 282 may be in direct contact.
- a new extension of the vertical extension portion 254 of the yoke 25 and the focus coil 26 is provided.
- a magnetic circuit can be formed between them. That is, the yoke (25) forms a magnetic circuit in which the magnetic flux crosses the first coil (focus coil 26) together with a plurality of magnets (permanent magnet pieces 282).
- a magnetic circuit that returns well is formed. Since the magnetic flux crosses the four corners of the focus coil 26, the propulsive force generated when a current is passed through the focus coil 26 is larger than that in the first embodiment.
- the capacities of the permanent magnet 28 and the focus coil 26 can be made smaller than those in the first embodiment. Since the permanent magnet 28 and the focus coil 26 can be made of a small size, adding the yoke 25 does not increase the total weight of the autofocus lens driving unit 20. Rather, when the driving force of the autofocus lens driving unit 20 similar to that of the first embodiment is ensured, the total weight of the autofocus lens driving unit 20 can be reduced. Therefore, by applying the yoke 25, it is possible to reduce the power consumption when the autofocus lens driving unit 20 is driven up and down in parallel with the optical axis O.
- the permanent magnet piece 282 and the camera shake correction coil 18 are arranged so that the edge in the radial direction of the permanent magnet piece 282 falls within the radial cross-sectional width of the camera shake correction coil 18. Thereby, the sensitivity of the driving force for moving the entire autofocus lens driving unit (AF unit) 20 in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis O can be increased.

Abstract
Description
撮像素子131は、例えば、CCD(charge coupled device)型イメージセンサ、CMOS(complementary metal oxide semiconductor)型イメージセンサ等により構成される。
