Description
ベース部材と、前記ベース部材に対して移動自在に支持される駆動枠と、
前記ベース部材に固定されるコイルと、前記駆動枠に固定されるマグネットとを備え、前記コイルは射出成形回路部品として形成され、前記ベース部材には、前記コイルと接続する回路が形成され、前記コイルは、絶縁層を介して多段に積層されるフラットな配線層と、異なる層の前記配線層を相互に通電する通電部を有し、前記コイルは、前記ベース部材に形成された孔部の周りに巻かれるように配置され、前記通電部は、第一導電層(44A)と第二導電層(43A)を含み、前記配線層の一端側は前記ベース部材の側縁近くに形成される前記第一導電層で接続されて、前記配線層の他端側は前記孔部の内側面に形成される前記第二導電層にて接続されて、前記孔部の内側面に沿って延設されることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。

Claims (6)
- ベース部材と、
前記ベース部材に対して移動自在に支持される駆動枠と、
前記ベース部材に固定されるコイルと、
前記駆動枠に固定されるマグネットとを備え、
前記コイルは射出成形回路部品として形成され、
前記ベース部材には、前記コイルと接続する回路が形成され、
前記コイルは、絶縁層を介して多段に積層されるフラットな配線層と、異なる層の前記配線層を相互に通電する通電部を有し、
前記コイルは、前記ベース部材に形成された孔部の周りに巻かれるように配置され、
前記通電部は、第一導電層(44A)と第二導電層(43A)を含み、前記配線層の一端側は前記ベース部材の側縁近くに形成される前記第一導電層で接続されて、前記配線層の他端側は前記孔部の内側面に形成される前記第二導電層にて接続されて、前記孔部の内側面に沿って延設される
ことを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記第二導電層(43A)は、多段の前記配線層に連なる形で、前記絶縁層をコの字形状に挟むように形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記通電部は、さらに、異なる層の前記配線層を厚さ方向に貫通する導電部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁アクチュエータを備え、前記駆動枠にレンズが保持されるレンズ駆動装置。
- 請求項4に記載のレンズ駆動装置を備えた撮像装置。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁アクチュエータを有する振動装置を備えた携帯情報端末。
