Abstract

Interposer zur elektrischen Verbindung zwischen einem CPU-Chip und einer Schaltungsplatte. Ein plattenförmiges Basissubstrat (1) aus Glas weist einen Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten im Bereich zwischen 3,1 · 10-6 und 3,4 · 10-6 und Löcher (12) in einer Anzahl auf, die im Bereich zwischen 10 und 10.000 cm-2 liegt. Es gibt Löcher (12) mit Durchmessern, die im Bereich zwischen 20 μm und 200 μm liegen können. Auf der einen Plattenseite verlaufen Leiterbahnen (13), die sich jeweils bis in die Löcher (12) hinein und durch diese hindurch auf die andere Plattenseite erstrecken, um Anschlusspunkte für den Chip zu bilden.
