図1はこの発明の実施の形態1によるエレベータのかごドア装置を示す正面図である。図において、かご1(2点鎖線で示す)の正面には、かご出入口1aが設けられている。かご出入口1aは、一対のかごドア2により開閉される。各かごドア2は、かごドアパネル3と、かごドアパネル3の上部に接続されたドアハンガ4とを有している。各ドアハンガ4には、一対のハンガローラ5が設けられている。
また、第1のシール部材17は、戸の脚15が取り付けられている部分を除くかごドアパネル3の幅方向の全体に設けられており、第2のシール部材23及び遮音板21は、かごドアパネル3の幅方向の全体に設けられているので、戸の脚15と第1のシール部材17との干渉を避けつつ、遮音性をさらに向上させることができる。
また、第1の押さえ金具16、第1のシール部材17、第2の押さえ金具22、第2のシール部材23及び遮音板21等は、かごドアパネル3の幅方向に適宜分割してもよい。
さらにまた、第1のシール部材17を2つ用い、又は第1のシール部材17の下端部を2方向へ分岐させ、第1のシール部材17が第1のかご室側側面11aと第1の乗場側側面11bとの両方に接するようにしてもよい。同様にして、第2のシール部材23が第2のかご室側側面12aと第2の乗場側側面12bとの両方に接するようにしてもよい。
さらに、上記の例では、2枚戸中央開き式のかごドア装置を示したが、かごドア装置のタイプはこれに限定されるものではない。
さらにまた、この発明のかごドア装置を適用するエレベータは、超高速エレベータに限定されるものではなく、通常のエレベータに適用しても遮音性を高めることができる。
Claims (4)
- かご出入口を開閉するかごドアパネル、
前記かご出入口の下部に設けられ、前記かごドアパネルの開閉方向に沿って設けられた第1及び第2の敷居溝を有するかご敷居、
前記かごドアパネルの下部に設けられ、前記第1の敷居溝に挿入される戸の脚、
前記第1の敷居溝の側面に接するように前記かごドアパネルの下部に設けられ、前記かごドアパネルの開閉動作時に前記第1の敷居溝の側面に沿って摺動される弾性体製の第1のシール部材、及び
前記第2の敷居溝の側面に接するように前記かごドアパネルの下部に設けられ、前記かごドアパネルの開閉動作時に前記第2の敷居溝の側面に沿って摺動される弾性体製の第2のシール部材
を備えているエレベータのかごドア装置。 - 前記第1のシール部材が接する側面は、前記第1の敷居溝のかご室側及び乗場側のいずれか一方の側面であり、
前記第2のシール部材が接する側面は、前記第2の敷居溝のかご室側及び乗場側の他方の側面である請求項1記載のエレベータのかごドア装置。 - 前記かごドアパネルの下部に設けられ、前記第2の敷居溝に挿入される遮音板をさらに備えている請求項1記載のエレベータのかごドア装置。
- 前記第1のシール部材は、前記戸の脚が取り付けられている部分を除く前記かごドアパネルの幅方向の全体に設けられており、
前記第2のシール部材及び遮音板は、前記かごドアパネルの幅方向の全体に設けられている請求項3記載のエレベータのかごドア装置。
