茯苓中的主要成分为茯苓聚糖 (Pachyman), 含量很高。 茯苓聚糖本身无抗肿瘤活性, 若切断其所含的 β-(1→6)吡喃葡萄糖支链, 成为单纯的 β-(1→3)葡萄糖聚糖 [称为茯苓次 聚糖 (Pachymaran) ], 则对小鼠肉瘤 S180的抑制率可达 96.88%。 茯苓多糖有调节免疫、 保肝降酶、 间接抗病毒、 诱生和促诱生干扰素、 减轻放射副反应、 诱生和促诱生白细胞 调节素等生理活性。 茯苓多糖对机体中枢神经有明显的镇静作用, 能对抗咖啡因所致的 过度兴奋, 有效稳定慢性精神分裂患者、 精神狂躁者的情绪。 茯苓多糖有防治肝损伤、 预防胃溃疡、 治幼儿腹泻、 利尿消肿、 改善心血管功能、 使心肌收缩力加强、 防脑血栓 脑出血等功能。
芡实

麦芽主要含 α-及 β-淀粉酶 (amylase ) , 催化酶 ( catalyticase ), 过氧化异构酶 ( peroxidisomerase )等。 另含大麦芽碱 ( hordenine ), 大麦芽胍碱 ( hordatine ) A、 B, 腺 嘌呤( ade-nine )胆碱( choline ),蛋白质,氨基酸,维生素 D、 D、 E, 细月包色素( cytochrome ) C。 尚含麦芽毒, 即白栝楼碱(candici-ne;)。 β 淀粉酶能将糖淀粉完全水解成麦芽糖, α 淀粉酶则使之分解成短直键缩合葡萄糖(即糊精), 后者可再为 β淀粉酶水解成麦芽糖。 因此淀粉在 α和 β淀粉酶的作用下可分解成麦芽糖与糊精。 麦芽有助消化作用和降血糖 作用。
薏苡仁

莲子

在上述的一种加工纳米功能健康食品的方法的酶化步骤中使用的酶选自麦芽水溶 液、 α-淀粉酶、 β-淀粉酶、含植酸酶、枯草杆菌蛋白酶或木瓜蛋白酶中的一个或者其组合。
在上述的一种加工纳米级能健康食品的方法中, 步骤 6 )所述的进行干燥的设备包括 旋转闪蒸设备、 喷雾干燥设备、 烘箱、 烤炉。
在上述的一种加工纳米功能健康食品的方法中,所述的粗破步骤 3 )可以在所述的熟 化步骤 4 )之后进行。
该方法使用了酶解和纳米新技术对天然的食物进行加工处理, 原料经过酶解和纳米 处理是产品利用率提高的关键所在:

首先根据本发明的方法分别对本发明的配方组分进行处理。
主料配方材料的处理过程如下:

淮山、 茯苓、 芡实 将淮山、 茯苓、 芡实分别经过选料、 净化、 破碎至 ΙΟΟμιη以下, 喷淋净水使物料的含水量达 5 % -15 % , 在压力蒸煮设备中, 在高压蒸汽( l-2kg/cm2 ) 下 蒸煮 1-2小时; 经纳米级处理, 粉碎粒度 l-100nm。
葛根 将葛根清洗后粉碎至 ΙΟΟμπι以下, 将葛根浸泡在含有 1%-10%的麦芽水溶液 中或者是 α-淀粉酶和 β-淀粉酶的溶液中, 温度 25-65度, ΡΗ4.0— 8.0, 进行 2-24小时, 在 高压蒸汽( l-2kg/ cm2 ) 下蒸煮 2小时; 经纳米级处理, 粉碎粒度 l-100nm。
将纳米处理的淮山、 茯苓、 芡实、 葛根配比溶液在磁力搅拌的条件下, 添加到麦麸 溶液中, 制得溶液, 然后进行喷雾干燥。
之后将干燥后的麦麸混合品 70-130份, 加柠檬酸 0.5-2份, 酒石酸 0.2-1.5份, 净水 20-50份, 按重量比例混合, 用搅拌机搅拌均匀, 搅拌时间为 5-20分钟, 取出后放入烘 箱烘干, 烘干温度为 100-130°C, 时间为 20-50分钟。
配料配方材料的处理过程如下:
薏苡仁、 枸杞、 莲子 将薏苡仁、 枸杞、 莲子分别清洗后水浸 1-2 小时, 在压力蒸 煮设备中高压蒸汽(l-3kg/C m2 ) 下蒸煮 30-60分钟; 烘干后粉碎至平均粒度 5-75μιη。
红枣 将红枣在含植酸酶 0. 1 - 100 U / m 1的溶液中浸泡 10 ~ 60分钟, 在高压蒸 汽( l-3kg/C m2 ) 下蒸煮时间为 5-30分钟; 蒸煮后的红枣进行烘干, 干燥温度为 60-110 V , 然后粉碎, 红枣的粉碎粒度为 1-30μηι。
黑木耳 将黑木耳泡发 1-2小时, 除去杂质和根茎, 在高压蒸汽(l-3kg/ cm2 )下蒸 煮时间为 5-30分钟; 进行烘干, 干燥温度为 80-150°C, 然后粉碎至粉碎粒度为 1-30μιη。
黄豆、 黑豆 将黄豆、 黑豆在淡盐水中泡 10-30分钟, 清洗千净后粉碎, 加入 3-12% 枯草杆菌蛋白酶或木瓜蛋白酶进行水解, 并与卷心菜汁混合, ΡΗ值范围 :4.0— 7.0, 反应 温度为 20°C ~ 75°C之间, 反应时间至少为 2小时, 经 80-130Ό浓缩、 烘干, 粉碎至平均 粒度 5 - 75μηι。
苦瓜、 胡萝卜、 芹菜 将苦瓜、 胡萝卜清洗切碎后, 温度为 80-130°C烘干。 将芹菜 清洗切碎后, 温度为 80-13CTC烤干。 苦瓜、 芹菜、 胡萝卜 4分碎粒度为 5-75μηι。
将上述加工好的材料按不同配比混合后, 用搅拌机搅拌均匀, 通过微波灭菌, 包装, 最后成为可直接食用的本发明的纳米功能健康食品的成品。

全部病例 100例, 按完全随机法分为两组, 每组 50例, 1组作为治疗组, 1组作为 对照组。 治疗组: 给予口服本产品样品, 每次 50克, 开水沖服, 每日 3次, 于就餐时替 代部分主食服用。 对照组: 给予口服安慰剂 (含熟面粉) 50克, 服法同样。 两组病例在 观察期间所服用的药物种类及剂量不变。

北京协和医院专家现场监督对比实验证明: 食用"产品", 餐后 2 小时血糖下降幅度 为 28.11%; 而普通食控餐后 2小时血糖比餐前高出 55.83%。 事实证明"产品"食控效果要 大大优于普通食控。

实验证明: 单纯使用"产品"食控(没有服用任何降糖药物) 比服用降糖药 "优降糖" 加普通食控效果更显著, 可以全过程极显著控制和延緩餐后血糖升高幅度, 推后和削低 餐后血糖峰值和吸收曲线, 使之与患者滞后的餐后血浆胰岛峰值和分泌曲线趋向同步平 行, 加快和缩短餐后血糖恢复到餐前血糖水平的速度和时间, 而且不会低于正常血糖水 平。 每日三餐坚持服用 "产品", 就能达到全天候 24小时控制血糖的治疗目标。

实验证明: 使用"产品"减肥, 不干涉使用者日常的饮食, 平均半个月左右体重减轻 2 公斤, 一个月减轻 4-8公斤。
·"产品"对脂肪肝的作用
实验证明: 使用"产品"调理脂肪肝, 1-3个月效果明显, 重度脂肪肝症状显著减轻, 轻度脂肪肝症状基本消失。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种纳米功能健康食品, 包括 40-70%重量百分比的麦麸类, 10-45%重量百分比 的药食物, 5-30%重量百分比的农副类, 所述的麦麸类为小麦麸和荞麦麸, 所述的小麦麸 占麦麸总量的 60-90%, 所述的荞麦麸占麦麸总量 10-40%, 所述的药食物包括淮山、 茯 苓、 芡实、 葛根和麦芽, 所述的农副类选自红枣与黑枣、 黑木耳、 苦瓜、 芹菜、 胡萝卜 组成的组, 其中所述的药食物被加工成纳米级的 t粒。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的纳米功能健康食品, 其特征在于, 所述药食物的配比占总 重量的百分比分别为: 淮山 2-15%、 茯苓 1-5%、 芡实 1-5%、 葛根 2-10%、 麦芽 1-10%。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的纳米功能健康食品, 其特征在于, 所述药食物还包括薏苡 仁、枸杞子、莲子或者其組合,所述的薏苡仁占总重量的 1-8%、枸杞子占总重量的 1-8%、 莲子占总重量的 1-6%。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的纳米功能健康食品, 其特征在于, 所述农副类的配比占总 重量的百分比分别为: 红枣与黑枣 2-15%、 黑木耳 1-15%、 苦瓜 2-10%、 芹菜 1-10%、 胡 萝卜 1-10%。
5.根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的纳米功能健康食品, 其特征在于, 还包括占 总重量 10-25%的豆类。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的纳米功能健康食品, 其特征在于, 在所述的豆类中包括占 总重量 5-15%的黄豆和占总重量 5-10%的黑豆。
7.根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的纳米功能健康食品,其特征在于,还包括 1-2% 重量百分比的添加料, 所述的添加料包括拧檬酸、 酒石酸或其组合。
8. 一种加工如权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的纳米功能健康食品的方法: 包括以下 步骤: 1 )用机器筛选或人工拣选的方式进行选料; 2 ) 净化选好的原料; 3 )将净化好 的原料用粉碎机粗破至粒度在 ΙΟΟμηι以下; 4 )用压力蒸煮设备进行熟化; 5 )进行干燥; 6 )使用搅拌机进行配伍, 其特征在于, 在所述的熟化步骤前还包括一个对所述麦麸、 葛 根和红枣与黑枣进行酶化的步骤, 在所述熟化步骤后还包括一个对所述熟化后的药食物 进行粉碎的步骤, 该步骤采用冷冻粉碎机、 超微粉碎机或纳米处理设备进行纯物理粉碎 处理, 将所述熟化后的药食物再次粉碎至 l-100nm。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述酶化步骤中使用的酶选自麦芽 水溶液、 α-淀粉酶、 β-淀粉酶、 含植酸酶、 枯草杆菌蛋白酶或木瓜蛋白酶中的一个或者其 组合。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的粗破步骤 3 )可以在所述 的熟化步骤 4 )之后进行。
