Abstract
Description
本願は、2007年12月27日に、日本に出願された特願2007-338094号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
近年、電子機器の軽量化や薄型化の要求が厳しくなるとともに、鞄等に入れた状態での衝撃や荷重に耐え得ることが要求されている。その要求を満足させるために、筐体に使用される樹脂には、高い剛性および耐衝撃性が必要になる。
しかしながら、およそ30質量%以上の炭素繊維を含有させると、成形品の外観が損なわれやすくなる上に、高コストになりがちであった。一方、炭素繊維を30質量%未満にすると、充分なEMIシールド性を持たせるための他の手法を適用する必要があった。
また、めっき基材用の樹脂材料として、特許文献2に、グラフト共重合体とマトリクス重合体と無機充填材と燐酸エステル系難燃剤とを含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物が提案されている。
また、めっき基材用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物においては成形性が高いことも求められる。
[1] 平均粒子径0.1~0.6μmのゴム質重合体(A1)に、芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)およびシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)を含むグラフト鎖(A2)がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体(A)10~60質量%と、
芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)およびシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)を含むビニル系共重合体(B-1)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の重合体からなるマトリクス重合体(B)40~90質量%(ただし、(A)成分と(B)成分との合計が100質量%である。)と、
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計100質量部に対して、無機充填材(D)0.1~60質量部と、

グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計100質量部に対して、無機充填材(D)0.1~60質量部と、
グリシジルエーテル単位を有するグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)0.5~20質量部と、
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)0.1~40質量部とが配合され、
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計を100質量%とした際に、ゴム質重合体(A1)の含有量が5~25質量%であることを特徴とするめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。
[3] 燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)の分子量が326を超え、692未満であることを特徴とする[2]に記載のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。
[4] 無機充填材(D)が、炭素繊維であることを特徴とする[1]~[3]のいずれか1項に記載のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。
[5] [1]~[4]のいずれか1項記載のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物が成形加工されたことを特徴とする成形品。
[6] [5]に記載の成形品の表面の少なくとも一部に金属めっき層が形成されていることを特徴とする電気めっき部品。

本発明の成形品は、高い機械的強度を有する上に、めっき性に優れ、めっき後の表面外観が良好である。
本発明の電気めっき部品は、機械的強度に優れ、しかも表面外観に優れている。
本発明の第1の実施形態例である非難燃型めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、グラフト共重合体(A)と、マトリクス重合体(B)と、無機充填材(D)と、グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)とが配合されたものである。なお、本明細書においては、グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)とからなる成分を、樹脂主成分(C)という。
グラフト共重合体(A)は、ゴム質重合体(A1)にグラフト鎖(A2)がグラフトしたものである。
ゴム質重合体(A1)としては、例えば、ブタジエンゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、イソプレンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブチルゴム、エチレン-プロピレンゴム、エチレン-プロピレン-非共役ジエンゴム、アクリルゴム、エピクロルヒドリンゴム、ジエン-アクリル複合ゴム、シリコーン(ポリシロキサン)-アクリル複合ゴムなどが挙げられる。これらの中では、前記樹脂組成物から得られる成形品のめっき性能が良好であることから、ブタジエンゴム、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、アクリルゴム、ジエン-アクリル複合ゴム、シリコーン-アクリル複合ゴムが好ましい。
ここで、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート(g)としては、例えば、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、n-プロピルアクリレート、n-ブチルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート等のアルキルアクリレート;ヘキシルメタクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、n-ラウリルメタクリレート等のアルキルメタクリレートが挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
多官能性単量体(h)としては、例えば、アリルメタクリレート、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、プロピレングリコールジメタクリレート、1,3-ブチレングリコールジメタクリレート、1,4-ブチレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリアリルシアヌレート、トリアリルイソシアヌレート等が挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
ゴム質重合体(A1)にグラフトしたグラフト鎖(A2)は、芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)と、シアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)とを必須成分として含み、これらと共重合可能な単量体単位(c)を任意成分として含む。これらの組成比には特に制限はないが、成形性およびめっき性により優れることから、好ましくは芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)が50~90質量%、シアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)が10~50質量%で、単量体単位(c)が0~40質量%である(ただし、(a)成分と(b)成分と(c)成分の合計が100質量%)。
芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)としては、例えば、スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、ビニルトルエン等が挙げられ、好ましくはスチレンである。
シアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)としては、例えば、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル等が挙げられ、好ましくはアクリロニトリルである。
これらと共重合可能な単量体単位(c)としては、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート等のメタクリル酸エステル、メチルアクリレート、エチルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート等のアクリル酸エステル、N-フェニルマレイミド等のマレイミド化合物等が挙げられる。
また、アセトン可溶分の0.2g/dlのN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド溶液として25℃で測定した還元粘度が0.30dl/g以上であれば、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の引き裂き強度が向上し、0.70dl/g以下であれば、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の成形外観および成形加工性がより向上する。
グラフト共重合体(A)は、ゴム質重合体(A1)に、芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体(a)と、シアン化ビニル化合物単量体(b)と、必要に応じて、他の単量体(c)をグラフト重合することにより得られる。グラフト共重合体(A)の方法には制限はないが、乳化重合法が好ましい。また、グラフト重合時には、グラフト共重合体(A)の分子量やグラフト率を調整するために、各種連鎖移動剤を添加してもよい。
樹脂主成分(C)中におけるグラフト共重合体(A)の配合量は10~60質量%であり、15~40質量%であることが好ましい(ただし、(A)成分と(B)成分との合計が100質量%である。)。グラフト共重合体(A)の配合量が10質量%以上であると、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の耐衝撃性が向上し、60質量%以下であると、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の成形加工性が向上する。
また、グラフト共重合体(A)の配合量が10質量%以上であっても、60質量%以下でも、前記樹脂組成物から形成した電気めっき部品のサーマルサイクル性が向上する。ここで、サーマルサイクル性とは、電気めっき部品を低温環境下と高温環境下とに交互に放置した際に、金属めっき層の膨れが生じない性質のことである。
マトリクス重合体(B)は、ビニル系共重合体(B-1)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の重合体である。
ビニル系共重合体(B-1)は、芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)と、シアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)と、必要に応じてこれらと共重合可能な他のビニル系単量体単位(c)とから構成される。
ビニル系共重合体(B-1)の具体例としては、スチレン-アクリロニトリル共重合体(SAN樹脂)、α-メチルスチレン-アクリロニトリル共重合体、スチレン-α-メチルスチレン-アクリロニトリル共重合体、スチレン-アクリロニトリル-メチルメタクリレート共重合体、スチレン-アクリロニトリル-N-フェニルマレイミド共重合体、スチレン-アクリロニトリル-無水マレイン酸共重合体等が挙げられる。
ビニル系共重合体(B-1)におけるシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)の含有量は10~50質量%の範囲が好ましく、20~40質量%の範囲がより好ましい。
芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)の含有量が50質量%以上またはシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位が50質量%以下であれば、成形性により優れる。
芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)の含有量が90質量%以下またはシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位が10質量%以上であれば、めっき性により優れる。
また、他のビニル系単量体単位(c)を含む場合には、その割合は40質量%以下であることが好ましい。他のビニル系単量体単位(c)の含有量が40質量%以下であれば、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の成形加工性およびめっき性がより向上する。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)は、ジヒドロキシジアリールアルカンから得られるものであり、任意に枝別れしていてもよい。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)は公知の方法により製造される。例えば、ジヒドロキシまたはポリヒドロキシ化合物をホスゲンまたは炭酸のジエステルと反応させることにより製造される。
ジヒドロキシジアリールアルカンとしては、例えば、ヒドロキシ基に対してオルトの位置にアルキル基を有するものが使用される。ジヒドロキシジアリールアルカンの好ましい具体例としては、4,4-ジヒドロキシ2,2-ジフェニルプロパン(すなわち、ビスフェノールA)、テトラメチルビスフェノールAおよびビス-(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)-p-ジイソプロピルベンゼンなどが挙げられる。
また、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)の粘度平均分子量(Mv)は、機械的強度、めっき性、流動性のバランスが特に優れることから、17,000~25,000であることがより好ましい。
ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)は、主として炭素数8~22個の芳香族ジカルボン酸単位と、炭素数2~22個のアルキレングリコール単位あるいはシクロアルキレングリコール単位を有し、これらの構成単位の合計が50質量%以上のものである。また、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)は、必要に応じて、アジピン酸やセバチン酸等の脂肪族ジカルボン酸、ポリエチレングリコールやポリテトラメチレングリコール等のポリアルキレングリコールを構成単位として含んでもよい。
好ましいポリエステル樹脂(B-3)としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリテトラメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンナフタレート等が挙げられる。これらのポリエステル樹脂は1種を単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を混合して使用してもよい。
マトリクス重合体(B)は、ビニル系共重合体(B-1)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)を1種単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよい。例えば、SAN樹脂(B-1)とポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、SAN樹脂(B-1)とポリエステル樹脂(B-3)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)とポリエステル樹脂(B-3)等の2種重合体の組み合わせ、SAN樹脂(B-1)とポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)とポリエステル樹脂(B-3)等の3種重合体の組み合わせ等が挙げられる。中でも、成形性および耐衝撃性のバランスに優れることから、SAN樹脂(B-1)とポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)の組み合わせ、SAN樹脂(B-1)とポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)とポリエステル樹脂(B-3)の組み合わせが好ましい。
また、マトリクス重合体(B)の配合量が40質量%以上であっても、90質量%以下でも、前記樹脂組成物から形成した電気めっき部品のサーマルサイクル性が向上する。なお、マトリクス重合体(B)が2種以上の重合体の組み合わせである場合でも、樹脂主成分(C)中のマトリクス重合体(B)の配合量は40~90質量%((A)成分と(B)成分の合計量が100質量%である。)である。
マトリクス重合体(B)が2種以上の重合体の組み合わせである場合には、ビニル系共重合体(B-1)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)は以下の組成比であることが好ましい。
マトリクス重合体(B)が、SAN樹脂(B-1)とポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)とポリエステル樹脂(B-3)の組み合わせである場合、SAN樹脂(B-1)を1~69質量%、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)を30~98質量%、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)を1~69質量%((B-1)成分と(B-2)成分と(B-3)成分の合計量が100質量%である。)含有することが好ましい。
各成分が上記の範囲であれば、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の成形加工性、機械的強度およびめっき性のバランスがより良好になる。
無機充填材(D)としては、例えば、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維等の無機繊維、無機繊維に金属コーティングしたもの、ウォラストナイト、タルク、マイカ、ガラスフレーク、ガラスビーズ、チタン酸カリウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、カーボンブラック、ケッチェンブラック等の無機物、鉄、銅、亜鉛、アルミニウム等の金属や合金、およびそれらの酸化物の繊維、粉末などが挙げられる。これらの中でも、少ない配合で高い剛性が得られることから炭素繊維が好ましい。
上記無機充填材は1種を単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
また、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維は、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体などの熱可塑性樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂などの熱硬化性樹脂で被覆あるいは集束されていてもよい。
グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)は、グリシジルエーテル単位を有する重合体である。
グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)としては、例えば、ヒドロキシ基を有する化合物とエピクロルヒドリンとの反応により得られるグリシジルエーテル型エポキシ樹脂が挙げられる。
グリシジルエーテル型エポキシ樹脂としては、例えば、ビスフェノール型エポキシ樹脂、ノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、脂肪族多価アルコールのポリグリシジルエーテル、ビフェニル型エポキシ樹脂などの高分子量体であって、下記式(1)で表される繰り返し単位を持つポリマーを有するもの(例えば、エポキシ基含有フェノキシ樹脂)などが挙げられる。
さらに、ビスフェノール型エポキシ樹脂としては、例えば、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールAD型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールAとビスフェノールFの構造を持つエポキシ樹脂などが挙げられる。
ノボラック型エポキシ樹脂としては、例えば、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂などが挙げられる。
脂肪族多価アルコールのポリグリシジルエーテルとしては、例えば、アルキレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル(例えば、エチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルなど)、ポリオキシアルキレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル(例えば、ジエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、トリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコールジグリシジルエーテルなど)、グリセリントリグリシジルエーテルなどが挙げられる。
これらグリシジルエーテル型エポキシ樹脂は1種を単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物には、必要に応じて、他の改質剤、離型剤、光または熱に対する安定剤、帯電防止剤、染料、顔料等を適宜配合できる。
めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、上記グラフト共重合体(A)と、マトリクス重合体(B)と、無機充填材(D)と、グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)を混合することにより得られる。さらに、混練装置(例えば、単軸押出機、二軸押出機、バンバリーミキサ、コニーダ等)によって混練してもよい。
本発明の第2の実施形態例である難燃型めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、グラフト共重合体(A)と、マトリクス重合体(B)と、無機充填材(D)と、グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)と、燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)とが配合されたものである。
なお、本実施形態例におけるグラフト共重合体(A)、マトリクス重合体(B)、無機充填材(D)およびグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)は、上記第1の実施形態例におけるグラフト共重合体(A)、マトリクス重合体(B)、無機充填材(D)およびグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)と同様である。
燐酸エステル系難燃剤は、下記式(2)で表される化合物である。
Aは2価以上の有機基であり、pは0または1、qは1以上の整数、nは0以上の整数を表す。
有機基としては、例えば、置換されていてもよいアルキル基(例えば、メチル基、エチル基、ブチル基、オクチル基等)、シクロアルキル基(例えば、シクロヘキシル基等)、アリール基(例えば、フェニル基、アルキル基置換フェニル基等)が挙げられる。また、置換されている場合の置換基数には制限が無い。置換された有機基としては、例えば、アルコキシ基、アルキルチオ基、アリールオキシ基、アリールチオ基等が挙げられる。また、これらの置換基を組み合わせた基(例えばアリールアルコシキルアルキル基)、または、これらの置換基を酸素原子、窒素原子、硫黄原子等により結合して組み合わせた基(例えば、アリールスルホニルアリール基等)であってもよい。
また、2価以上の有機基とは、上記有機基から、炭素原子に結合している水素原子の2個以上を除いて得られる2価以上の官能基を意味する。例えば、アルキレン基、(置換)フェニレン基が挙げられる。炭素原子から取り除く水素原子は任意である。
また、ビスフェノールAビスフォスフェート、ヒドロキノンビスフォスフェート、レゾルシンビスフォスフェート、トリオキシベンゼントリフォスフェート等であるところのビスフェノールA-ビス(ジクレジルフォスフェート)、フェニレンビス(ジフェニルフォスフェート)、フェニレンビス(ジトリルフォスフェート)、フェニレンビス(ジキシリルフォスフェート)等のポリフォスフェートが挙げられる。
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)は1種を単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上併用してもよい。
上記具体例のうち、好ましい燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)は、トリキシルフォスフェート、フェニレンビス(ジフェニルフォスフェート)、フェニレンビス(ジキシリルフォスフェート)、フェニレンビス(ジトリルフォスフェート)、ビスフェノールA-ビス(ジクレジルフォスフェート)であり、より好ましいものは、フェニレンビス(ジフェニルフォスフェート)、フェニレンビス(ジキシリルフォスフェート)である。
また、燐酸エステル系難燃剤の分子量の上限値は、得られるめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の難燃性の点から、692未満であることが好ましく、686以下であることがさらに好ましい。
赤燐系難燃剤としては、熱硬化性樹脂、又は熱硬化性樹脂及び金属水酸化物で被覆されて安定化されたもの使用される。赤燐系難燃剤は、単独では発火性があるため、あらかじめ樹脂主成分(C)の少なくとも一部またはマトリクス重合体(B)に混合してマスターバッチ化してもよい。
また、難燃型めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物には、燃焼時のドリップを防止するための難燃助剤が含まれてもよい。難燃助剤として、例えば、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、テトラフルオロエチレンを含有する化合物、シリコーン系重合体などが挙げられる。
難燃助剤として、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンまたはテトラフルオロエチレンを含有する化合物を配合する場合、その配合量は、成形外観の点から樹脂主成分(C)100質量部に対して0.5質量部以下であることが好ましい。
難燃型めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物におけるグラフト共重合体(A)、マトリクス重合体(B)、無機充填材(D)およびグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)の配合量は第1の実施形態例と同様である。
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)と無機充填材(D)とグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)を含む上記めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、高い成形性および機械的強度を有する。また、前記樹脂組成物を成形した成形品をめっきした際に、金属めっき層の膨れが生じにくい上に、金属めっき層の密着強度が高く、さらに環境温度が変化しても、これらの性能が持続するため、めっき性が高い。
また、前記樹脂組成物によれば、無機充填材の浮き出しや、表面の突起物によるザラツキや引っ掛かりに起因する外観の不具合が生じにくい成形品が得られる。したがって、めっき後の成形品の表面外観を良好にできる。
本発明の成形品は、上記めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物が成形加工されたものである。
めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の成形加工法としては、例えば、射出成形法、射出圧縮成形法、押出法、ブロー成形法、真空成形法、圧空成形法、カレンダー成形法およびインフレーション成形法等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、量産性に優れ、高い寸法精度の成形品を得ることができるため、射出成形法、射出圧縮成形法が好ましい。
本発明の電気めっき部品は、上記成形品の表面の少なくとも一部に金属めっき層が形成されたものである。ここで、金属めっき層を構成する金属としては、例えば、銅、ニッケル、コバルト、クロム、銀、金等が挙げられる。金属は1種単独であってもよいし、2種以上であってもよい。
金属めっき層は単層構造であってもよいし、2層以上の多層構造であってもよい。また、多層構造の金属めっき層においては、各層の金属の種類や組み合わせに制限はなく、各層の厚さにも制限はない。
また、金属めっき層の表面には、必要に応じて、塗装が施されていてもよい。
また、金属めっき層の厚みは、得られる電気めっき部品の剛性と製品質量や製造コストとのバランスから、50μm以下であることが好ましい。
無電解めっき層を形成させるためには、表面粗化された成形品または表面粗化されていない成形品を、錫-パラジウム溶液に浸漬させるか、金属パラジウムをスパッタリングするなどの処理を施し、触媒作用のあるパラジウムなどの金属を成形品表面に与える方法を適用することができる。
錫-パラジウム溶液に浸漬させる方法において、ビニル系重合体(B)を含む場合には、シアン化ビニル単量体単位を含有しているので、そのまま錫-パラジウムが吸着して無電解めっきを行うことができる。それ以外の場合には、錫-パラジウムを吸着させるため、界面活性剤処理や他の極性を有する樹脂を練り混んだり、成形品表面を塗装したりする必要がある。
無電解めっき層を析出させる他の方法としては、ニッケル等の金属微粒子を含む塗装を施し、このニッケル粒子等を触媒核として無電解めっき層を析出させる方法が挙げられる。無電解めっきの種類としては、銅、ニッケル、銀等が例として挙げられる。
固形分濃度が35%、平均粒子径0.08μmのポリブタジエンラテックス100部(固形分として)に、n-ブチルアクリレート単位85%、メタクリル酸単位15%からなる平均粒子径0.08μmの共重合体ラテックス2部(固形分として)を攪拌しながら添加した。次いで、30分間攪拌を続けて、平均粒子径0.28μmの肥大化ブタジエン系ゴム質重合体ラテックスを得た。
得られた肥大化ブタジエン系ゴム質重合体ラテックスを反応器に仕込み、更に蒸留水100部、ウッドロジン乳化剤4部、デモールN(商品名、花王(株)製、ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物)0.4部、水酸化ナトリウム0.04部、デキストローズ0.7部を添加した。次いで、攪拌しながら昇温させ、内温60℃の時点で、硫酸第一鉄0.1部、ピロリン酸ナトリウム0.4部、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム0.06部を添加した後、下記成分を含む混合物を90分間にわたり連続的に滴下し、その後1時間保持して冷却した。

これにより得られたグラフト共重合体ラテックスを希硫酸で凝固したのち、洗浄、濾過、乾燥して、グラフト共重合体(A-1)の乾燥粉末を得た。
このグラフト共重合体(A-1)のアセトン可溶分は27%であった。また、還元粘度は0.30dl/gであった。
還元粘度は、0.2g/dlのN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド溶液とし、25℃で測定した。
反応器に下記のような割合で原料を仕込み、窒素置換下50℃で4時間攪拌しながら重合させて、ゴムラテックスを得た。
n-ブチルアクリレート 98部
1,3-ブチレングリコールジメタクリレート 1部
アリルメタクリレート 1部
ジオクチルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム 2.0部

これにより得られたゴムラテックス100部(固形分換算)を、別の反応器に仕込み、イオン交換水280部を加えて希釈し、70℃に昇温した。
これとは別に、アクリロニトリル/スチレン=29/71(質量比)からなる単量体混合物100部に、ベンゾイルパーオキサイド0.7部を溶解し、窒素置換した後、その単量体混合物を30部/時間の速度で、上記のゴムラテックスが入った反応器に、定量ポンプにより添加した。全モノマーを添加した後、反応器内の温度を80℃に昇温し、30分間攪拌を続けて、グラフト共重合体ラテックスを得た。重合率は99%であった。
上記グラフト共重合体ラテックスを、全ラテックスの3倍量の塩化アルミニウム(AlCl3.6H2O)0.15%水溶液(90℃)を仕込んだ凝固槽中に、撹拌しながら投入して、凝固させた。全ラテックスを添加した後、凝固槽内の温度を93℃に昇温し、そのまま5分間放置した。これを冷却後、遠心分離機により脱液、洗浄した後、乾燥させて、グラフト共重合体(A―2)の乾燥粉末を得た。
このグラフト共重合体(A-2)のアセトン可溶分は21%であった。また、還元粘度は0.70dl/gであった。
ポリブタジエン/ポリブチルアクリレートの複合ゴムをゴム質重合体とするグラフト共重合体(A-3)を次のように合成した。
固形分濃度が35%、平均粒子径0.08μmのポリブタジエンラテックス20部(固形分として)に、n-ブチルアクリレート単位82%、メタクリル酸単位18%からなる平均粒子径0.10μmの共重合ラテックス0.4部(固形分として)を攪拌しながら添加した。次いで、30分間攪拌を続けて、平均粒子径0.36μmの肥大化ジエン系ゴムラテックスを得た。
得られた肥大化ジエン系ゴムラテックス20部(固形分換算)を反応器に仕込み、不均化ロジン酸カリウム1部、イオン交換水150部及び下記組成の単量体混合物を添加し、窒素置換し、50℃(内温)に昇温した。さらに、反応器に、10部のイオン交換水に硫酸第一鉄0.0002部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム塩0.0006部及びロンガリット0.25部を溶解した溶液を添加して、反応させた。
n-ブチルアクリレート 80部
アリルメタクリレート 0.32部
エチレングリコールジメタクリレート 0.16部
反応終了時の内温は75℃であったが、更に80℃に昇温し、1時間反応を続けて、肥大化ジエン系ゴムとポリアルキルアクリレート系ゴムの複合ゴムを得た。重合率は98.8%であった。
次いで、肥大化ジエン系ゴムとポリアルキルアクリレート系ゴムの複合ゴムラテックス50部(固形分換算)を反応器に仕込み、イオン交換水140部を加えて希釈し、70℃に昇温した。
これとは別に、アクリロニトリル/スチレン=29/71(質量比)からなる単量体混合物50部に、ベンゾイルパーオキサイド0.35部を溶解し、窒素置換した。その単量体混合物を15部/時間の速度で、上記のゴムラテックスが入った反応器に、定量ポンプにより添加した。全モノマーを添加した後、反応器内の温度を80℃に昇温し、30分間攪拌を続けて、グラフト共重合体ラテックスを得た。重合率は99%であった。
上記グラフト共重合体ラテックスを、全ラテックスの3倍量の硫酸0.5%水溶液(90℃)を仕込んだ凝固槽中に、撹拌しながら投入して、凝固させた。全ラテックスを添加した後、凝固槽内の温度を93℃に昇温し、そのまま5分間放置した。これを冷却後、遠心分離機により脱液、洗浄した後、乾燥させて、グラフト共重合体(A-3)の乾燥粉末を得た。
このグラフト共重合体(A-3)のアセトン可溶分は20%であった。また、還元粘度は0.66dl/gであった。
ポリシロキサンゴム/ポリブチルアクリレートの複合ゴムをゴム質重合体とするグラフト共重合体(A-4)を次のように合成した。
オクタメチルテトラシクロシロキサン96部、γ-メタクリルオキシプロピルジメトキシメチルシラン2部及びエチルオルソシリケート2部を混合してシロキサン系混合物100部を得た。これにドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム0.67部を溶解した蒸留水300部を添加し、ホモミキサーにて10000回転/2分間撹拌した後、ホモジナイザーに30MPaの圧力で1回通し、安定な予備混合オルガノシロキサンラテックスを得た。
また、試薬注入容器、冷却管、ジャケット加熱器及び撹拌装置を備えた反応器内に、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸2部と蒸留水98部とを注入し、2%のドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸水溶液を調製した。この水溶液を85℃に加熱した状態で、予備混合オルガノシロキサンラテックスを4時間にわたって滴下し、滴下終了後1時間温度を維持し冷却した。この反応液を室温で48時間放置した後、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液で中和して、ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(L-1)を得た。ポリオルガノシロキサンラテックス(L-1)の一部を170℃で30分間乾燥して固形分濃度を求めたところ、17.3%であった。
反応器内部の液温が60℃に低下した後、ロンガリット0.4部を蒸留水10部に溶解した水溶液を添加した。次いで、アクリロニトリル11.1部、スチレン33.2部及びターシャリーブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.2部の混合液を約1時間にわたって滴下し重合した。滴下終了後1時間保持した後、硫酸第一鉄0.0002部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸二ナトリウム塩0.0006部及びロンガリット0.25部を蒸留水10部に溶解させた水溶液を添加した。次いで、アクリロニトリル7.4部、スチレン22.2部及びターシャリーブチルハイドロパーオキサイド0.1部の混合液を約40分間にわたって滴下し重合した。滴下終了後1時間保持した後、冷却して、ポリオルガノシロキサンとブチルアクリレートゴムからなる複合ゴムにアクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体をグラフトさせたグラフト共重合体のラテックスを得た。
次いで、酢酸カルシウムを5%の割合で溶解した水溶液150部を60℃に加熱し撹拌した。その酢酸カルシウム水溶液中にグラフト共重合体のラテックス100部を徐々に滴下して凝固させた。得られた凝固物を分離し、洗浄した後、乾燥させて、グラフト共重合体(A-4)の乾燥粉末を得た。
このグラフト共重合体(A-4)のアセトン可溶分は26%であった。また、還元粘度は0.60dl/gであった。
固形分含量が35%、平均粒子径0.08μmのポリブタジエンラテックス100部(固形分として)を反応容器に加え、更に蒸留水100部、ウッドロジン乳化剤4部、デモールN(商品名、花王(株)製、ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物)0.4部、水酸化ナトリウム0.04部、デキストローズ0.7部を添加して攪拌しながら、昇温させて内温60℃の時点で硫酸第一鉄0.1部、ピロリン酸ナトリウム0.4部、亜二チオン酸ナトリウム0.06部を加えた後、下記の混合物を90分間にわたり連続的に滴下し、その後1時間保持して冷却した。

得られたグラフト共重合体ラテックスを希硫酸で凝固したのち、洗浄、濾過、乾燥してグラフト共重合体(A-5)の乾燥粉末を得た。
このグラフト共重合体(A-5)のアセトン可溶分は26質量%であり、25℃での還元粘度(ηsp/C)は0.32であった(0.2%ジメチルホルムアミド溶液での測定値)。
固形分含量が33%、平均粒子径0.08μmのポリブタジエンラテックス100部(固形分として)にピロリン酸ナトリウム1.5部を5%水溶液として反応器内に添加し、更に水137部を添加した。反応器内を十分に撹拌した後、n-ブチルアクリレート単位82%、メタクリル酸単位18%からなる平均粒子径0.145μmの共重合体ラテックス1部(固形分として)を攪拌しながら添加し、30分間攪拌を続け、平均粒子径0.80μmの肥大化ブタジエン系ゴム質重合体ラテックスを得た。
得られた肥大化ブタジエン系ゴム質重合体ラテックスを反応容器に加え、更に蒸留水100部、ウッドロジン乳化剤4部、デモールN(商品名、花王(株)製、ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物)0.4部、水酸化ナトリウム0.04部、デキストローズ0.7部を添加して攪拌しながら、昇温させて内温60℃の時点で硫酸第一鉄0.1部、ピロリン酸ナトリウム0.4部、亜二チオン酸ナトリウム0.06部を加えた後、下記の混合物を90分間にわたり連続的に滴下し、その後1時間保持して冷却した。

固形分濃度が35%、平均粒子径0.08μmのポリブタジエンラテックス100部(固形分として)に、n-ブチルアクリレート単位82%、メタクリル酸単位18%からなる平均粒子径0.145μmの共重合体ラテックス2部(固形分として)を攪拌しながら添加した。次いで、30分間攪拌を続けて、平均粒子径0.42μmの肥大化ブタジエン系ゴム質重合体ラテックスを得た。

得られた肥大化ブタジエン系ゴム質重合体ラテックスを反応器に仕込み、更に蒸留水100部、ウッドロジン乳化剤4部、デモールN(商品名、花王(株)製、ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物)0.4部、水酸化ナトリウム0.04部、デキストローズ0.7部を添加した。次いで、攪拌しながら昇温させ、内温60℃の時点で、硫酸第一鉄0.1部、ピロリン酸ナトリウム0.4部、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム0.06部を添加した後、下記成分を含む混合物を90分間にわたり連続的に滴下し、その後1時間保持して冷却した。

アクリロニトリル単位29%、スチレン単位71%の組成の共重合体を懸濁重合法によって得た。この共重合体の25℃での還元粘度(ηsp/C)は0.62g/dlであった(0.2%ジメチルホルムアミド溶液での測定値)。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)として、三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス(株)製「ノバレックス7021PJ」を使用した。
ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂(B-3)として、三菱レイヨン(株)「タフペットPBT N1500」を使用した。
無機充填材(D-1)として、炭素繊維である三菱レイヨン(株)製「TR06U」を用いた。
無機充填材(D-2)として、ガラス繊維である日本電気硝子(株)製「ECS03-T191」を用いた。
無機充填材(D-3)として、ウォラストナイトであるNYCO製「NYGLOS-G」を用いた。
グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E-1)として、ジャパンエポキシレジン社製1256(質量平均分子量;50,000)を用いた。
グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E-2)として、ジャパンエポキシレジン社製1004(質量平均分子量;1,650)を用いた。
グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E-3)として、ジャパンエポキシレジン社製1001(質量平均分子量;900)を用いた。
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F-1)として、大八化学(株)製「PX-200」(分子量686)を用いた。
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F-2)として、大八化学(株)製「CR-733S」(分子量574)を用いた。
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F-3)として、味の素ファインテクノ(株)製「レオフォスBAPP」(分子量692)を使用した。
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F-4)として、トリフェニレンフォスフェート(分子量326)を使用した。
また、燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)により難燃化した例では、難燃助剤としてポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を添加している。
グラフト共重合体(A-1)~(A-8)、マトリクス重合体(B-1)~(B-3)、無機充填材(D-1)~(D-3)、グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E-1)~(E-3)、燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F-1)~(F-4)を、表2~9に示すように配合して、めっき基材用強化樹脂組成物を得た。
得られためっき基材用強化樹脂組成物の、難燃性、成形性、成形品の表面外観、めっき性、めっき品の性能を以下のように評価した。これらの評価結果を表10~17に示す。
強化熱可塑性樹脂を成形して試験片(幅12.7mm、長さ127mm、厚さ1.0mm)を作製し、UL94に準拠して燃焼試験を実施した。燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)を配合していない実施例1~29、比較例1~9,11~14は水平燃焼試験、燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)を配合している実施例30~68は垂直燃焼試験を実施して、難燃性を評価した。なお、比較例10は成形品が得られず、難燃性の評価ができなかった。
水平に支持した前記試験片の端部にバーナー炎をあてて30秒間保ち、その後バーナー炎を試験片から離した。接炎終了後、予め試験片に記した標線間(75mm)の燃焼時間を測定して、これより算出される燃焼速度によって判定を行った。UL94における基準は概略下記の通りである。
HB;接炎終了後の消火、ならびに燃焼速度が75mm/分以下。
実施例1~29、比較例1~9,11~14の難燃性の欄では、以下の記号で難燃性を表す。
○;HBレベルの難燃性を有していた。
×;HBレベルの難燃性を有していなかった。
垂直に支持した前記試験片の下端にバーナー炎をあてて10秒間保ち、その後バーナー炎を試験片から離した。炎が消えた後、再びバーナー炎をあて、同様の操作を行った。そして、1回目の接炎終了後の有炎燃焼持続時間、2回目の有炎燃焼持続時間と無炎燃焼持続時間の合計、ならびに燃焼落下物の有無により判定を行った。UL94における各等級の基準は概略下記の通りである。
V-0:1回目の有炎燃焼持続時間が10秒以内、2回目の有炎燃焼持続時間と無炎燃焼持続時間の合計が30秒以内であり、燃焼落下物がない。
V-1:1回目の有炎燃焼持続時間が10秒超30秒以内、2回目の有炎燃焼持続時間と無炎燃焼持続時間の合計が30秒超60秒以内であり、燃焼落下物がない。
V-2:1回目の有炎燃焼持続時間が10秒超30秒以内、2回目の有炎燃焼持続時間と無炎燃焼持続時間の合計が30秒超60秒以内であり、燃焼落下物がある。
実施例30~68,比較例10の難燃性の欄では、以下の記号で難燃性を表す。
◎;V-0レベルの難燃性を有していた。
○;V-1レベルの難燃性を有していた。
△;V-2レベルの難燃性を有していた。
×;V-2レベルの難燃性を有していなかった。
(1)流動性
略箱形成形品(297mm×185mm×20mm[厚さ1.25mm])を射出成形し、充填時間3秒以内で成形可能であるか確認した。射出成形機としては、日本製鋼所J350E、型締力350tのアキュームレータ付き成形機を使用した。成形条件は、各めっき基材用繊維強化樹脂組成物の配合を考慮して、シリンダ温度ならびに金型温度を表1に示す条件に設定した。そして、以下のように評価した。
◎;表1のシリンダ温度で成形可能
○;表1のシリンダ温度+10℃で成形可能
△;表1のシリンダ温度+20℃で成形可能
×;表1のシリンダ温度+20℃でも成形不可
略箱形成形品(297mm×185mm×20mm[厚さ1.25mm])を射出成形し、金型表面のガス付着物の有無を確認した。射出成形機としては、日本製鋼所J350E、型締力350tのアキュームレータ付き成形機を使用した。成形条件は、流動性の評価と同様に表1に示す条件に設定した。そして、以下のように評価した。
◎;ガス付着物は確認されず。
○;100ショットでガス曇り(若干のガス付着物)が発生。
×;50ショットでガス付着物が発生。
平板(100mm×100mm×3mm[厚さ])を射出成形し、成形品の表面外観を目視により確認した。射出成形機としては、日本製鋼所J75E-B、型締力75tのアキュームレータ付き成形機を使用した。成形条件は、流動性の評価と同様に表1に示す条件に設定した。そして、以下のように評価した。
◎;成形品表面に無機充填材の浮き出しがない。
○;成形品表面に無機充填材の浮き出しはあるが、光沢がある。
×;成形品表面に無機充填材の浮き出しがあり、光沢がない。
下記に示すめっき工程において、平板(100mm×100mm×3mm[厚さ])にめっき処理を施し、めっき未着の不良の有無を観察し、以下のように評価した。
◎;めっき未着不良は確認されなかった。
○;0~1%未満の面積割合で若干のめっき未着不良が発生した。
△;1~5%未満の面積割合で若干のめっき未着不良が発生した。
×;5%以上の面積割合でめっき未着不良が発生した。
(1)脱脂(60℃,3分)→(2)水洗→(3)エッチング(三酸化クロム(CrO3)400g/l、硫酸200cc/l 60℃,8分)→(4)水洗→(5)酸処理(常温1分)→(6)水洗→(7)触媒化処理(25℃,3分)→(8)水洗→(9)活性化処理(40℃,5分)→(10)水洗→(11)化学ニッケルめっき→(12)水洗→(13)電気銅めっき(めっき層厚15μm 20℃,20分)→(14)水洗→(15)電気ニッケルめっき(めっき層厚10μm 55℃,15分)→(16)水洗→(17)乾燥
ただし、実施例7および23においては上記工程のうち(13)および(14)の工程を省き、(15)の工程時間を6分として、めっき層厚4μmの電気めっきを施した。
・表面外観
上記めっき工程で、平板(100mm×100mm×3mm[厚さ])にめっき処理を施した後、金属めっき層表面をガーゼで拭き、表面の突起物の有無をガーゼの引っ掛かりの程度で確認した。
◎;突起物なし(ガーゼの引っ掛かりなし)。
○;部分的に突起物があり、僅かにガーゼの引っ掛かりがあった。
×;多数の突起物があり、ガーゼの引っ掛かりがあった。
剛性を示す指標として曲げ弾性率を測定した。上記めっき工程で、試験片(10mm×100mm×4mm[厚さ])にめっき処理を施した後、ISO 178に準拠して測定した。なお、曲げ弾性率が高い程、剛性が高い。
試験片(100mm×100mm×3mm[厚さ])に下記めっき処理を施した後、荷重測定器上でめっき膜を垂直方向に引き剥して、そのときの強度を測定した。
めっき工程
(1)脱脂(60℃,3分)→(2)水洗→(3)エッチング(三酸化クロム(CrO3)400g/l、硫酸200cc/l 60℃,8分)→(4)水洗→(5)酸処理(常温1分)→(6)水洗→(7)触媒化処理(25℃,3分)→(8)水洗→(9)活性化処理(40℃,5分)→(10)水洗→(11)化学ニッケルめっき→(12)水洗→(13)電気銅めっき(めっき層厚15μm 20℃,20分)→(14)水洗→(17)乾燥

○;0.8~1.0kg/cm
△;0.6~0.8kg/cm
×;0.6kg/cm未満
上記めっき工程で、平板(100mm×100mm×3mm[厚さ])にめっき処理を施した後、下記のサーマルサイクル条件で試験し、金属めっき層の膨れの有無を確認した。
○;変化なし
×;ゲート近傍のみ膨れ
××;ゲート近傍部分以外にも膨れ
×××;全面に膨れ
(サーマルサイクル条件)
-30℃,1時間 → 23℃,15分 → 80℃,1時間 →23℃,1時間の工程を1サイクルとして、3サイクル実施した。
これに対し、表17から明らかなように、樹脂主成分(C)中のゴム質重合体の含有量が5質量%未満であった比較例1,3のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、めっき密着強度が損なわれており、サーマルサイクル試験においてめっきの膨れが見られた。
樹脂主成分(C)中のゴム質重合体の含有量が25質量%を超えていた比較例2,4のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、難燃性、成形性、成形品の表面外観、めっき密着強度が損なわれており、サーマルサイクル試験においてめっきの膨れが見られた。
樹脂主成分(C)中のゴム質重合体の平均粒子径が0.1μm未満であった比較例5,7のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、めっき密着強度が損なわれており、サーマルサイクル試験においてめっきの膨れが見られた。
樹脂主成分(C)中のゴム質重合体の平均粒子径が0.6μmを超えていた比較例6,8のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、めっき密着強度が損なわれており、サーマルサイクル試験においてめっきの膨れが見られた。
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)とグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)とを含有し、無機充填材(D)を含有しなかった比較例9のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、曲げ弾性率が低かった。
無機充填材(D)の含有量が60質量部を超えていた比較例10のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、成形性が低くすぎて、成形できなかった。そのため、他の評価もできなかった。
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)と無機充填材(D)とを含有し、グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)を含有しなかった比較例11~13のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、めっき品の表面外観が損なわれていた。
グリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)の含有量が20質量部を超えていた比較例14のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物は、めっき密着強度が損なわれており、サーマルサイクル試験においてめっきの膨れが見られた。
本発明の成形品は、高い機械的強度を有する上に、めっき性に優れ、めっき後の表面外観が良好である。
本発明の電気めっき部品は、機械的強度に優れ、しかも表面外観に優れている。
そのため、ノート型のパーソナルコンピュータまたは携帯機器等の電子部品の筐体として有用である。
Claims (7)
- 平均粒子径0.1~0.6μmのゴム質重合体(A1)に、芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)およびシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)を含むグラフト鎖(A2)がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体(A)10~60質量%と、
芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)およびシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)を含むビニル系共重合体(B-1)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の重合体からなるマトリクス重合体(B)40~90質量%(ただし、(A)成分と(B)成分との合計が100質量%である。)と、
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計100質量部に対して、無機充填材(D)0.1~60質量部と、
グリシジルエーテル単位を有するグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)0.5~20質量部とが配合され、
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計を100質量%とした際に、ゴム質重合体(A1)の含有量が5~25質量%であることを特徴とするめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。 - 平均粒子径0.1~0.6μmのゴム質重合体(A1)に、芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)およびシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)を含むグラフト鎖(A2)がグラフトしたグラフト共重合体(A)10~60質量%と、
芳香族アルケニル化合物単量体単位(a)およびシアン化ビニル化合物単量体単位(b)を含むビニル系共重合体(B-1)、ポリカーボネート樹脂(B-2)、ポリエステル樹脂(B-3)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の重合体からなるマトリクス重合体(B)40~90質量%(ただし、(A)成分と(B)成分との合計が100質量%である。)と、
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計100質量部に対して、無機充填材(D)0.1~60質量部と、
グリシジルエーテル単位を有するグリシジルエーテル単位含有重合体(E)0.5~20質量部と、
燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)0.1~40質量部とが配合され、
グラフト共重合体(A)とマトリクス重合体(B)との合計を100質量%とした際に、ゴム質重合体(A1)の含有量が5~25質量%であることを特徴とするめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。 - 燐酸エステル系難燃剤(F)の分子量が326を超え、692未満であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。
- 無機充填材(D)が、炭素繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載のめっき基材用強化樹脂組成物が成形加工されたことを特徴とする成形品。
- 請求項5に記載の成形品の表面の少なくとも一部に金属めっき層が形成されていることを特徴とする電気めっき部品。
- 金属めっき層の厚さが5μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気めっき部品。
