Abstract

Изобретение касается способа горячей прокатки и термической обработки стальной полосы (1). Для обеспечения экономичного изготовления высокопрочных полос и полос сверхвысокой прочности с достаточной вязкостью на одной установке для сматывания-разматывания и транспортирования полосы способ предусматривает этапы: а) нагрев прокатного сляба; b) прокатка сляба до желаемой толщины полосы; с) охлаждение полосы, причем полоса после охлаждения, как правило, имеет температуру выше температуры (Т) окружающей среды; d) сматывание полосы в рулон; е) разматывание полосы из рулона; f) нагрев полосы; g) охлаждение полосы и h) транспортирование полосы, причем полоса перед нагреванием на этапе f) имеет температуру выше температуры (Т) окружающей среды.
