Abstract

Mevcut buluş, bir TWIP-çelik şeridinin imal edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir, burada eriyik çelik, en az 30 mm ve en fazla 120 mm'lik bir kallınlığa sahip bir levhanın oluşturulmasına yönelik olarak bir veya daha fazla yola sahip devamlı bir döküm makinesinde dökülür ve döküm ısısı kullanılırken, bir fırın aparatı üzerinden iletilir, bir veya daha fazla haddeleme yolunu içeren bir sıcak haddehanede istenen nihai kalınlığa (hf) sahip bir çelik şerit içerisinde sıcak haddelenir, i. bir sonsuz haddeleme prosesinde, burada a. devamlı dökme makinesinde, fırın aparatında ve sıcak haddehane ve isteğe bağlı zorunlu soğutma alanındaki çelik arasında bir materyal bağlantısı bulunur veya burada birçok yolun levhaları, devamlı bir levha oluşturmak amacıyla bağlanır, dolayısıyla fırın aparatı ve sıcak haddehane ve isteğe bağlı zorunlu soğutma alanındaki çelik arasında bir materyal bağlantısı elde edilir veya ii. bir yarı sonsuz haddeleme prosesinde, burada fırın aparatı ve sıcak haddehane ve isteğe bağlı zorunlu soğutma alanındaki çelik arasında bir materyal bağlantısı bulunur ve burada sonsuz veya yarı sonsuz haddeleme sonrasında ve isteğe bağlı zorunlu soğutmadan sonra şerit sarmalanan istenen uzunluktaki parçalara ayrılır.
