Abstract

PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO RELACIONADA PARA A PRODUçãO DE TIRAS DE AçO SEM INTERRUPçãO DA CONTINUIDADE. é descrito um processo para a fabricação de tiras de aço sem interrupção da continuidade, compreendendo uma etapa de lingotamento contínuo para placas finas com uma alta "vazão de massa", uma etapa de corte e um aquecimento subseqtiente em forno, seguida por uma etapa de laminação em múltiplas cadeiras, em que a temperatura média do produto na entrada da laminação é maior que a temperatura superficial, que é igual a pelo menos 1.100 °C, menor que a medida na área central interna em cerca de 100 0C. é também descrita uma instalação para a realização de tal processo, em que, na entrada de um forno (25; 34), possivelmente do tipo por indução, combinada com um túnel de manutenção de temperatura (36), é provida uma tesoura (3) para dividir (24; 34) uma placa (22; 32) proveniente do lingotamento contínuo (21; 31) em peças, em que a distância entre a saída do dito lingotamento contínuo e a entrada no laminador de acabamento (29; 39) não é maior que 100 m.
