Abstract

Un dispositivo de laminación en caliente, de acuerdo con una modalidad de la presente invención, puede comprender: una porción de suministro de parte de fundición para producir una parte de fundición; un rodillo caliente, que se une a la porción de suministro de parte de fundición, para recibir y laminar en caliente la parte de fundición; y una unidad de calentamiento, que se dispone entre la porción de suministro de parte de fundición y el rodillo caliente, para recalentar una porción de superficie exterior en la dirección transversal de la parte de fundición mientras que el calor latente se mantiene en la porción central de la dirección transversal de la parte de fundición del precalentado. También, un dispositivo para fundición continua/laminado en caliente, de acuerdo con otra modalidad de la presente invención, puede comprender: un dispositivo de fundición continua para producir una parte de fundición; un rodillo caliente unido al dispositivo de fundición continua para recibir la parte de fundición; y una unidad de calentamiento, que se proporciona en el extremo frontal del rodillo caliente, para calentar de manera repetida la parte de fundición en una pluralidad de puntos para calentar de manera uniforme la parte de fundición. También, un método para fundir/laminar en caliente, de acuerdo con otra modalidad de la presente invención, puede comprender: una etapa de fundición continua para producir una parte de fundición; una etapa de calentamiento uniforme para calentar de manera repetida la parte de fundición de una pluralidad de puntos en la dirección de transporte de la parte de fundición; y una etapa de laminación en caliente para reducir la parte de fundición después de la etapa de calentamiento uniforme.
