Abstract
Procedimento di colata continua, vantaggiosamente ma non esclusivamente per prodotti per prodotti lunghi quali billette o blumi, in cui la solidificazione del prodotto colato (16) viene completata in una posizione posta avalle dell'uscita della lingotteria (13), in cui il prodotto colato (16), uscente da una macchina di colata continua (11) ad una velocità di almeno 4 m/min, viene inviato in linea senza essere tagliato a misura, ad un sistema di mantenimento temperatura e preriscaldo, quindi viene inviato ad un sistema di equalizzazione e riscaldamento rapido ed infine inviato alla laminazione senza discontinuità e/o interruzione di processo.Linea di colata continua, vantaggiosamente ma non esclusivamente per prodotti lunghi quali billette o blumi, comprendente almeno una macchina di colata continua (11), mezzi di mantenimento temperatura ed eventuale preriscaldo (22a, 22b), mezzi di riscaldamento rapido ed equalizzazione (19) ed un treno di laminazione (18), i componenti (11, 22a-22b, 19 e 18) essendo disposti in sequenza ed in linea ed il prodotto (16) colato estendendosi senza soluzione di continuità dalla macchina di colata (11) al treno di laminazione (18).
