Abstract

一種車輛用碟式煞車,其使制動時卡鉗本體所產生的變形量、即作用部及反作用部之碟盤半徑方向內側以橋接部為支點所展開的變形量,在碟盤旋出側與碟盤旋入側成為大致相同之變形量,從而可抑制摩擦墊片之偏磨耗,該車輛用碟式煞車,係具備有卡鉗架3、安裝於卡鉗架3的卡鉗本體6、及配置於碟盤轉子2之兩側部的摩擦墊片7、7,卡鉗本體6具備有:作用部6a,其具備內插有大徑之活塞10及小徑之活塞11的缸筒孔6f、6g;及橋接部6c,其橫跨於碟盤轉子2之外周。於橋接部6c之碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i之與各活塞10、11對應的位置分別設置有薄壁部6n、6p。並且,使車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側之與大徑之活塞10對應的薄壁部6n之容積小於碟盤旋入側之與小徑之活塞11對應的薄壁部6p之容積。

Description

車輛用碟式煞車
本發明係關於一種使用於汽車或二輪機車等的車輛用碟式煞車,更詳細而言,關於一種抑制摩擦墊片之偏磨耗的車輛用碟式煞車。
過往,作為車輛用碟式煞車,其具備有固定於車體的卡鉗架、安裝於該卡鉗架的卡鉗本體、及配置於上述碟盤轉子之兩側部的摩擦墊片,卡鉗本體係以橋接部連結作用部與反作用部而形成者,其中,該作用部係配置於碟盤轉子之一側部且具備有收納複數個活塞的缸筒孔,該反作用部係配置於碟盤轉子之另一側部且具備有反力爪。(例如,參照專利文獻1)。

於上述專利文獻1之碟式煞車中,當制動時,由於卡鉗本體藉由碟盤轉子與摩擦墊片之滑動接觸所產生的反力,將作用部及反作用部朝反碟盤轉子側壓回,作用部與反作用部之碟盤半徑方向內側以橋接部為支點展開而變形為八字形,並且,變形量在碟盤旋出側與碟盤旋入側不同,因此容易引發摩擦墊片之偏磨耗。
有鑑於此,本發明之目的在於提供一種車輛用碟式煞車,其使制動時卡鉗本體所產生的變形量、即作用部及反作用部之碟盤半徑方向內側以橋接部為支點所展開的變形量,在碟盤旋出側與碟盤旋入側成為大致相同之變形量,從而可抑制摩擦墊片之偏磨耗。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之車輛用碟式煞車,係具備有固定於車體的卡鉗架、安裝於該卡鉗架的卡鉗本體、及配置於碟盤轉子之兩側部且具有來令片及背板的摩擦墊片,且使形成於上述摩擦墊片的耳片可滑動地被支撐於形成在上述卡鉗架的碟盤軸方向之墊片導引槽,上述卡鉗本體具備有:作用部,其具備有分別內插有複數個活塞的複數個缸筒孔;及橋接部,其橫跨於上述碟盤轉子之外周,其特徵在於:上述橋接部,係在碟盤半徑方向內側壁之與各活塞對應的位置分別設置有薄壁部,且使車輛前進時之碟盤旋入側之上述薄壁部之容積與碟盤旋出側之薄壁部之容積不同。
此外,較佳為,車輛前進時之於最靠碟盤旋出側所配置的上述活塞,係形成為較其他之活塞為大徑,並且,與大徑之上述活塞所對應之於最靠碟盤旋出側所設置的上述薄壁部,係較其他之薄壁部的容積為小。
並且,較佳為,上述來令片之碟盤圓周方向之中心線,係以相對於缸筒孔中間線而朝碟盤旋出側偏移之方式所形成,其中該缸筒孔中間線,係連接內插有上述大徑之活塞之缸筒孔之中心及車輛前進時之於最靠碟盤旋入側所配置之內插有上述其他之活塞之缸筒孔之中心的中間點與上述碟盤轉子之中心而成。
此外,上述摩擦墊片可於車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側具備有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側具備有懸掛片,於該懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋入側安裝有墊片彈簧,該墊片彈簧具備有朝碟盤旋出側延伸且抵接於摩擦墊片之碟盤半徑方向外側面的墊片彈片,且將上述墊片彈片配置於碟盤旋入側之薄壁部內。
並且,上述橋接部可使碟盤半徑方向內側壁之車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側端部與碟盤旋入側端部,較上述墊片導引槽之碟盤半徑方向外側面突出於碟盤半徑方向內側。
此外,較佳為,上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁,係被形成為配合上述摩擦墊片之碟盤半徑方向外側面之形狀的形狀。
並且,上述摩擦墊片,係於車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側設置有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側設置有懸掛片,於該懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋出側端部設置有墊片裝脫槽,該墊片裝脫槽,係用以於拔出上述懸掛銷之狀態下,可使上述摩擦墊片於該摩擦墊片之長邊方向滑動。
此外,較佳為,上述墊片裝脫槽,係形成為與上述墊片導引槽之碟盤半徑方向外側面平行。
根據本發明之車輛用碟式煞車,藉由在橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之與各活塞對應的位置分別設置有薄壁部,且使車輛前進時之碟盤旋入側之薄壁部之容積與碟盤旋出側之薄壁部之容積不同,配合制動時所施加的反力,使薄壁部之容積不同以使卡鉗本體之碟盤旋入側與碟盤旋出側的剛性不同,可將制動時之變形量調整為大致相同。藉此,可抑制摩擦墊片之偏磨耗。
此外,由於制動時摩擦墊片之碟盤旋入側被朝碟盤轉子側拉引,因此於將碟盤旋入側之活塞形成為小徑且將碟盤旋出側之活塞形成為大徑而欲將摩擦墊片均勻地按壓於碟盤轉子之構成中,雖然制動時自大徑之活塞側所作用於卡鉗本體的制動反力,大於自小徑之活塞側所作用於卡鉗本體的制動反力,但藉由將設於碟盤旋出側的薄壁部之容積設為較其他之薄壁部之容積為小,以使卡鉗本體之碟盤旋出側之剛性高於碟盤旋入側之剛性,可使制動時卡鉗本體所產生的變形量、即作用部及反作用部之碟盤半徑方向內側以橋接部為支點所展開的變形量,在碟盤旋出側與碟盤旋入側成為大致相同之變形量,從而可防止摩擦墊片之偏磨耗。
並且,來令片之碟盤圓周方向之中心線,以相對於缸筒孔中間線而朝碟盤旋出側偏移之方式所形成,其中該缸筒孔中間線,係連接內插有上述大徑之活塞之缸筒孔之中心及車輛前進時之於最靠碟盤旋入側所配置之內插有其他活塞之缸筒孔之中心的中間點與上述碟盤轉子之中心而成,藉此,可極力將來自大徑之活塞的按壓力與來自小徑之活塞的按壓力均勻地作用於摩擦墊片整體,可抑止摩擦墊片之偏磨耗。
此外,藉由在摩擦墊片之碟盤旋出側設置有耳片,且於碟盤旋入側設置有懸掛片,且於懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋入側安裝具備有墊片彈片的墊片彈簧,且將上述墊片彈片配置於碟盤旋入側之薄壁部內,可利用薄壁部來確保墊片彈片之彈力,可良好地抑制摩擦墊片之晃動。
並且,藉由使橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋出側端部與碟盤旋入側端部,較墊片導引槽之碟盤半徑方向外側面而突出於碟盤半徑方向內側,可使橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋出側端部與碟盤旋入側端部靠近至碟盤中心,可期待卡鉗本體之剛性之提高。
此外,藉由將橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁形成為配合摩擦墊片之碟盤半徑方向外側面之形狀的形狀,可使橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁整體靠近至碟盤中心,可期待卡鉗本體之剛性之提高。

圖1至圖8為顯示本發明之車輛用碟式煞車之一形態例之圖。再者,箭頭A係車輛前進時與車輪一體地旋轉的碟盤轉子之旋轉方向,以下所述之碟盤旋出側及碟盤旋入側,係以車輛前進時為準。
車輛用碟式煞車1,其具備有:碟盤轉子2,其與未圖示之車輪一體地旋轉;卡鉗架3,其於該碟盤轉子2之一側部被固定於車體;滑銷型之卡鉗本體6,其經由一對之滑銷4、5,可朝碟盤軸方向移動地被支撐於該卡鉗架3;及一對之摩擦墊片7、7,其對向配置於碟盤轉子2之兩側部。
卡鉗架3具備有:板狀部3a,其沿碟盤轉子2之一側部而進行配置;及墊片支撐腕3b,其在卡鉗本體6之碟盤旋出側而橫跨碟盤轉子2之外側朝另一側部方向突出。於板狀部3a之碟盤旋入側突設有一側之滑銷4,於墊片支撐腕3b之內部穿設有使另一側之滑銷5插通的銷孔3c。並且,於墊片支撐腕3b之卡鉗本體側,且隔著碟盤轉子2而設置有一對之碟盤軸方向的墊片導引槽3e、3e,各墊片導引槽3e、3e係分別具備有轉矩支承面3d。
摩擦墊片7係由滑動接觸於碟盤轉子2之側面的來令片7a、及被保持於卡鉗架3及卡鉗本體6的背板7b所構成。背板7b係設置有黏貼來令片7a的本體部7c、自該本體部7c之碟盤旋入側朝碟盤半徑方向外側彎曲且突出的懸掛片7d、及自該本體部7c之碟盤旋出側而突出的耳片7e,本體部7c係沿碟盤轉子2之外形而彎曲所形成。
卡鉗本體6具備有:作用部6a,其配置於碟盤轉子2之一側部;反作用部6b,其配置於碟盤轉子2之另一側部;及橋接部6c,其橫跨碟盤轉子2之外側而連結作用部與反作用部。於作用部6a之碟盤旋出側及碟盤半徑方向內側突設有車體安裝腕6d、6d,於碟盤旋出側之車體安裝腕6d突設有上述另一側之滑銷5,藉由將該另一側之滑銷5插通至上述卡鉗架3之銷孔3c,並且將突設於板狀部3a的一側之滑銷4插通至形成在碟盤半徑方向內側之車體安裝腕6d的銷收納孔(未圖示),而可朝碟盤軸方向移動地將卡鉗本體6支撐於卡鉗架3。
此外,在作用部6a及反作用部6b於較碟盤轉子2之外周面的外側位置,以較橋接部6c之碟盤旋入側面突出之方式設置有懸掛銷支撐腕6e、6e,於兩懸掛銷支撐腕6e、6e上且橫跨碟盤轉子2之外周沿碟盤軸方向架設有懸掛銷8,上述摩擦墊片7、7,係藉由將懸掛銷8插通於懸掛片7d,且經由固定器9將耳片7e收納於形成在卡鉗架3的上述墊片導引槽3e,而隔著碟盤轉子2以可朝碟盤軸方向移動之方式被懸吊於作用部6a與反作用部6b之間。
在作用部6a於碟盤旋出側以朝碟盤轉子2側開口之方式設置有大徑之缸筒孔6f,且於碟盤旋入側以朝碟盤轉子2側開口之方式設置有小徑之缸筒孔6g,此外,於反作用部6b上且在碟盤圓周方向分離地設置有3個反力爪6h、6h、6h。於大徑之缸筒孔6f及小徑之缸筒孔6g分別可移動地收納有大徑之活塞10及小徑之活塞11,於活塞10、11與缸筒孔6f、6g之間分別區劃有液壓室12a、12b。
橋接部6c係使碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i之碟盤旋出側端部6j及碟盤旋入側端部6k,較墊片導引槽3e之碟盤半徑方向外側面3f突出於碟盤半徑方向內側,並且,碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i係以配合背板7b之碟盤半徑方向外側面7f之形狀的彎曲面所形成,橋接部6c之碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i與背板7b之碟盤半徑方向外側面7f成為靠近之狀態。並且,於橋接部6c之碟盤旋出側端部6j,與墊片導引槽3e之碟盤半徑方向外側面3f平行地形成有墊片裝脫槽6m,該墊片裝脫槽6m,係用以於拔出懸掛銷8之狀態下使摩擦墊片7、7能朝摩擦墊片7之長邊方向滑動。
此外,橋接部6c係於碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i之與活塞10、11對應的位置分別形成有薄壁部6n、6p,與大徑之活塞10對應而所設的薄壁部6n之容積,係形成為較與小徑之活塞11對應而所設的薄壁部6p之容積小,薄壁部6n之碟盤半徑方向之長度尺寸,係較薄壁部6p之碟盤半徑方向之長度尺寸短。
並且,於橋接部6c之碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i之碟盤旋入側端部6k安裝有墊片彈簧13,該墊片彈簧13係抵接於形成於摩擦墊片7之碟盤半徑方向外側面7f的突起7g、及懸掛片7d之碟盤半徑方向外側面7h,以抑制摩擦墊片7之晃動。各摩擦墊片7 係藉由在懸掛片7d內插通有懸掛銷8且經由固定器9將耳片7e收納於形成在卡鉗架3的墊片導引槽3e,隔著碟盤轉子2以可朝碟盤軸方向移動之方式被懸吊於作用部6a與反作用部6b之間,藉由該組裝,將形成於摩擦墊片7的突起7g、及自墊片彈簧13之安裝部13a朝碟盤旋出側延伸而抵接於上述突起7g的墊片彈片13b配置於薄壁部6p內。
此外,如上述於摩擦墊片7被組裝之狀態下,如圖5至圖7所示,來令片7a之碟盤圓周方向(長邊方向)之中心線CL1,係以相對於缸筒孔中間線CL2朝碟盤旋出側偏移之方式所形成,缸筒孔中間線CL2,係連接大徑之缸筒孔6f之中心P1及小徑之缸筒孔6g之中心P2的中間點P3與碟盤轉子2之中心P4而成。其中,中心線CL1係通過來令片7a的碟盤半徑方向外端部之碟盤旋入側端部D1與碟盤旋出側端部D2之中心P5,並且成為與缸筒孔中間線CL2平行地延伸的線。
於如上述般所形成之本形態例之車輛用碟式煞車1中,若將制動時所昇壓的作動液供給至液壓室12a、12b,則活塞10、11朝缸筒孔開口部側被推動,將作用部側之摩擦墊片7朝碟盤轉子2側推動,進而朝碟盤轉子2之一側面按壓摩擦墊片7之來令片7a。藉由此反力,卡鉗本體6利用滑銷4、5之導引而朝作用部方向移動,各反力爪6h將反作用部側之摩擦墊片7朝碟盤轉子2側推動,進而朝碟盤轉子2之另一側面按壓摩擦墊片7之來令片7a。
此時,配合施加於卡鉗本體6的反力,使薄壁部6n、6p之容積不同,以使卡鉗本體6之碟盤旋入側與碟盤旋出側的剛性不同,藉此可將制動時在卡鉗本體6所產生的碟盤旋入側與碟盤旋 出側之變形量調整為大致相同。具體而言,當制動時,雖然摩擦墊片7、7之碟盤旋入側被朝碟盤轉子2側拉引,但於本實施形態中,由於碟盤旋入側之活塞11係較碟盤旋出側之活塞10小徑,因此碟盤旋入側之按壓力較碟盤旋出側之按壓力低,可使摩擦墊片7、7均勻地抵接於碟盤轉子2之側面,可防止摩擦墊片7、7之偏磨耗。並且,雖然卡鉗本體6藉由碟盤轉子2與摩擦墊片7、7之滑動接觸所產生的反力,將作用部6a及反作用部6b朝反碟盤轉子側壓回,作用部6a及反作用部6b的碟盤半徑方向內側以橋接部6c為支點展開而變形為八字形,但橋接部6c係於碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i之與大徑之活塞10對應的位置形成有容積小之薄壁部6n,且在與小徑之活塞11對應的位置形成有容積大之薄壁部6p,以使施加有大反力的大徑之活塞10側之橋接部6c之剛性形成為較小徑之活塞11側之橋接部6c之剛性為高,從而可將卡鉗本體6之碟盤旋入側與碟盤旋出側的變量形成為大致相同,可抑制摩擦墊片7、7之偏磨耗。
此外,由於在橋接部6c之碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i之碟盤旋入側端部6k所安裝的墊片彈簧13之墊片彈片13b被配置於薄壁部6p內,因此可利用薄壁部6p來確保墊片彈片13b之彈力,可良好地抑制摩擦墊片之晃動。
並且,當制動時,由於摩擦墊片7之碟盤旋入側被朝碟盤轉子側拉引,因此將碟盤旋入側之活塞11形成為小徑,且將碟盤旋出側之活塞10形成為大徑,以使摩擦墊片7均勻地按壓於碟盤轉子2,並且,由於來令片7a之碟盤圓周方向之中心線CL1,以相對於缸筒孔中間線CL2朝碟盤旋出側偏移之方式所配置,因 此,可極力將來自大徑之活塞10的按壓力與來自小徑之活塞11的按壓力均勻地作用於摩擦墊片7之來令片7a整體,可抑止摩擦墊片7之偏磨耗。
此外,當制動時,雖然卡鉗本體6如上述般以橋接部6c為支點而欲變形為八字形,但橋接部6c係使碟盤旋出側端部6j及碟盤旋入側端部6k,較墊片導引槽3e之碟盤半徑方向外側面3f突出於碟盤半徑方向內側,並且,碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i,係以配合背板7b之碟盤半徑方向外側面7f之形狀的彎曲面所形成,因此,橋接部6c之碟盤半徑方向內側壁6i整體成為靠近至碟盤中心之狀態,可提高卡鉗本體6之剛性,可抑制卡鉗本體6變形為八字形。
並且,當交換摩擦墊片時,如圖4所示,可拔出懸掛銷8,使摩擦墊片7朝碟盤旋入側(摩擦墊片之長邊方向)滑動,以使耳片7e通過墊片裝脫槽6m,從而可容易卸下摩擦墊片7。此外,使摩擦墊片7自碟盤旋入側朝碟盤旋出側(摩擦墊片之長邊方向)滑動,且使耳片7e通過墊片裝脫槽6m,插入至墊片導引槽3e內,通過懸掛片7d及卡鉗本體6之懸掛銷支撐腕6e、6e而安裝懸掛銷8,藉此可容易地安裝摩擦墊片。
如上述,本形態例之車輛用碟式煞車1,可提高卡鉗本體6之剛性,抑制制動時之卡鉗本體6之變形,並且可良好地進行摩擦墊片7、7之交換。
再者,本發明不侷限於上述形態例,卡鉗本體之作用部、反作用部之構造為任意之構造,活塞之數量、直徑亦可為任意。此外,形成於橋接部的薄壁部,只要配合活塞之數量、直徑而適宜 地設定形成位置、容積即可。此外,不限於使用於滑銷型之碟式煞車者,也可適用於對向活塞型之碟式煞車。
並且,較佳為,以卡鉗本體之重心為配置於缸筒孔中間線上之方式所形成。此外,較佳為,於來令片之碟盤圓周方向之中心線上具有來令片之重心,且來令片之重心相對於缸筒孔中間線朝碟盤旋出側偏移。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種車輛用碟式煞車,係具備有固定於車體的卡鉗架、安裝於該卡鉗架的卡鉗本體、及配置於碟盤轉子之兩側部且具有來令片及背板的摩擦墊片;且使形成於上述摩擦墊片的耳片可滑動地被支撐於形成在上述卡鉗架的碟盤軸方向之墊片導引槽,上述卡鉗本體具備有:作用部,其具備有分別內插有複數個活塞的複數個缸筒孔;及橋接部,其橫跨於上述碟盤轉子之外周;其特徵在於:上述橋接部,係在碟盤半徑方向內側壁之與各活塞對應的位置分別設置有薄壁部,且配合施加於卡鉗本體的反力,使車輛前進時之碟盤旋入側之上述薄壁部之容積與碟盤旋出側之薄壁部之容積不同。
  2. 如請求項1之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,車輛前進時之於最靠碟盤旋出側所配置的上述活塞,係形成為較其他之活塞為大徑,並且,與大徑之上述活塞所對應之於最靠碟盤旋出側所設置的上述薄壁部,係較其他之薄壁部的容積為小。
  3. 如請求項2之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述來令片之碟盤圓周方向之中心線,係以相對於缸筒孔中間線而朝碟盤旋出側偏移之方式所形成,其中該缸筒孔中間線,係連接內插有上述大徑之活塞之缸筒孔之中心及車輛前進時之於最靠碟盤旋入側所配置之內插有上述其他之活塞之缸筒孔之中心的中間點與上述碟盤轉子之中心而成。
  4. 如請求項1之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述摩擦墊片係於車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側具備有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側具備有懸掛片,於該懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋入側安裝有墊片彈簧,該墊片彈簧具備有朝碟盤旋出側延伸且抵接於摩擦墊片之碟 盤半徑方向外側面的墊片彈片,且將上述墊片彈片配置於碟盤旋入側之薄壁部內。
  5. 如請求項2之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述摩擦墊片係於車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側具備有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側具備有懸掛片,於該懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋入側安裝有墊片彈簧,該墊片彈簧具備有朝碟盤旋出側延伸且抵接於摩擦墊片之碟盤半徑方向外側面的墊片彈片,且將上述墊片彈片配置於碟盤旋入側之薄壁部內。
  6. 如請求項3之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述摩擦墊片係於車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側具備有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側具備有懸掛片,於該懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋入側安裝有墊片彈簧,該墊片彈簧具備有朝碟盤旋出側延伸且抵接於摩擦墊片之碟盤半徑方向外側面的墊片彈片,且將上述墊片彈片配置於碟盤旋入側之薄壁部內。
  7. 如請求項1至6中任一項之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述橋接部係使碟盤半徑方向內側壁之車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側端部與碟盤旋入側端部,較上述墊片導引槽之碟盤半徑方向外側面突出於碟盤半徑方向內側。
  8. 如請求項7之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁,係被形成為配合上述摩擦墊片之碟盤半徑方向外側面之形狀的形狀。
  9. 如請求項7之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述摩擦墊片,係於車輛 前進時之碟盤旋出側設置有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側設置有懸掛片,於懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋出側端部設置有墊片裝脫槽,該墊片裝脫槽,係用以於拔出上述懸掛銷之狀態下,可使上述摩擦墊片於該摩擦墊片之長邊方向滑動。
  10. 如請求項8之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述摩擦墊片,係於車輛前進時之碟盤旋出側設置有上述耳片,且於碟盤旋入側設置有懸掛片,於懸掛片插通有橫跨碟盤轉子之外周而沿碟盤軸方向所配置的懸掛銷,並且於上述橋接部之碟盤半徑方向內側壁之碟盤旋出側端部設置有墊片裝脫槽,該墊片裝脫槽,係用以於拔出上述懸掛銷之狀態下,可使上述摩擦墊片於該摩擦墊片之長邊方向滑動。
  11. 如請求項9之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述墊片裝脫槽,係形成為與上述墊片導引槽之碟盤半徑方向外側面平行。
  12. 如請求項10之車輛用碟式煞車,其中,上述墊片裝脫槽,係形成為與上述墊片導引槽之碟盤半徑方向外側面平行。
