4571 86 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(1 ) [技術領域〕 本發明係期於一種使多數錮肋介於二張對向平行薄板 間,將之一體成形的、熱可塑性合成樹脂製中空板之熔接 方法及藉該方法製得之中空板。 〔技術背景〕 使用來一體連結兩薄板之多數緬肋介在二張對向平行 薄片間之熱可塑性合成樹脂製中空板,係用於箱等之包裝 器具、隔間、壁等之建築材料、及其他用途。此種合成樹 脂製中空板,係藉著向其肋方向擠出成形來製造者,通常 *由聚丙烯,聚乙烯等之熱可塑性樹脂所構成,由於較之 習用之波紋紙板材更具優異之強度及耐久性,而近來多被 使用於各種用途。 且說,以往之此種中空板,由於其平行於肋之钿緣及 正交於肋之端緣均對外部開口,板之中空内部易進入鏖埃 或雜菌等之異物,又,異物進入後更無法洗淨此中空内部 之污鬱異物,因此不能用做衡生基準頗嚴之食品、醫療品 、化粧等之包裝箱之材料。 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 又,如欲將此棰中空板作為包裝材料使用時,必痛在 板面形成溝槽或凹面,或者爾要用來形成折入線或蘭口部 之加工。在這些加工中* Μ往就有進行沖壓加工或者壓接 加熱板之加工*然而藉助沖壓加工之折人線由於折痕淺而 揮回力過強* Μ致在組合成箱畤,或組合後產生各種不合 適之情事。又,藉沖壓加工來形成沖孔鬭口部時,因造成 開口部緣邊敞開,而易在中空板進入麋埃等之雜質。再者 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS )八4規格(210X297公釐) 5 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印製 4 57 1 86 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(2 ) ,使用加熱板之上述加工,由於在加工時會在加熱板之侧 面,熔融壓接部兩侧之兩面薄板,而存在箸在板上鬭穿多 數孔之問題。 一方面,就用來接合中空板彼此間,或中空板與框架 等之其他零件之手段來說》Μ往就使用有藉卡釘固定、挪 釘固定、膠黏帶固定、或黏合劑來接合之方法。這些接合 方法,原係用於紙質之波紋紙板之方法者,但有時候也可 用於合成樹脂製中空板之接合。 然而,合成樹胞製中空板係用於,如使用紙簧波紋紙 板的話在荷重面無法經得起之重重置物用容器等,或者用 於要求高氣密性或水密性之場合,因此,如用膝黏帶或黏 合劑來接合的話,將浮現對上述用途缺乏信賴性之問題》 又,卡釘固定、鉚釘固定者,尤其在氣密性或水密性方面 存在著間題。 一方面,如前述,使用加熱板使合成樹脂製中空板榕 融接合之方法,也與在中空板形成溝槽或凹面、或與形成 折入線或開口部之情況一樣,不但存在著在板面留下多數 之孔或壓痕之問題,且存在蕾所接合之兩中空板之接合面 ,或所接合之中空板與其他合成樹脂零件之接合面之熔接 ,不但不充份而且修整加工性不良,有時候接合部位會被 燒斷等之缺點。 本發明,係為了解除習知技術之上述缺點而做者,其 主要目的係在於提供一種熱可塑樹脂製板之熔接方法,俥 可將二中空薄板彼此間、中空板之對向薄板彼此間、以及 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210 X 297公釐) —---;----οί— (請先閲讀背面之注意事頃再填寫表頁) 訂 —6 - 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 4571 86 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明(3) 中空板與其他零件間,接合成具有確實且良好之修整加工 性。 本發明之其他目的係在於提供一棰熱可塑性合成樹脂 製板之熔接方法*俾可將中空板之緣邊確實地熔接閉合, 封閉中空板Μ與外部隔絕。 本發明之更其他目的係在提供一棰熱可塑性合成樹脂 製板之熔接方法,Μ便在中空板之板面形成溝槽、凹面、 折入線、開口部等時具有確實且良好修整加工性*而且可 藉加工使中空板不產生揮回力。 本發明之目的係在於提供一種由上述方法所製得之熱 可塑性合成樹脂製板及其製品。 〔發明之掲露〕 依據本發明之一形態,提供熱可塑性合成樹脂製板之 熔接方法,其係包含Μ下步嫌: 準備熱可塑性合成樹脂製板,此熱可塑性合成樹脂製 板係由平行之第一薄扳及第二薄板、及一體介在造些薄板 間Μ形成多數中空空間於兩薄板間之垂直板所楕成; 使超音波熔接裝置之超音波振盪部位置於一方之薄板 面,且*使超音波熔接裝置之托座部位置於另一方之薄板 面: 使振盪部與托座部互相接近俥使第一薄板與第二薄板 接觴; 使超音波從振盪部向托座部振通; 藉超音波,使一方之薄板及另一方之薄板產生藉助超 本紙張尺度逍用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注Ϊ項再填寫本頁) ,)裝· 7 4571 86 Α7 A 7 B7 五、發明説明(4 經濟部中央標率局負工消費合作社印製 音波振動之摩擦熱;及 在前述振盪部與托座部之間,一邊按壓兩薄板一邊加 Μ熔接。 依據本發明之其他形態,提供熱可塑性合成樹脂製板 之熔接方法,其係包含Μ下步驟: 準備第一熱可塑性合成樹脂製板及與之同一構成之第 二熱可塑性合成樹脂製板,該熱可塑性合成樹脂製板係由 平行之第一薄板及第二薄板、及一體介在逭些薄板間Μ形 成多數中空空間於兩薄板間之垂直板所播成; 重叠逭些第一及第二中空板,然後使超音波熔接裝置 之超音波振通部位置於第一中空板之面*且,使超音波熔 接裝置之托座部位置於第二中空板之面,Μ便沿線對向著 * 9 使振通部與托座部互相接近俥使第一中空板與第二中 空板接觸; 藉前述超音波振鼉部之振播,使第一中空板與第二中 空抿產生藉助超音波之摩擦熱;及 將兩中空板沿著前述線加以熔接。 又,依據本發明之更其他形態*提供由熱可塑性合成 樹脂所成之中空板及零件之烙接方法*其係包含以下步驟 * 準備熱可塑性合成樹脂製板之熱可塑性合成樹脂製零 件,該熱可塑性合成樹脂板,係由平行之第一薄板及第二 薄板、及一醴介在這些薄板間Μ便在兩薄板間形成多數中 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ^裝· 灯 • LI. 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4规格(210X297公釐) 8 經濟部中央標準局—工消費合作社印製 4 57 1 8 6 A7 B7 五、發明説明(5 ) 空空間之垂直板所構成; 重叠該等中空板與零件,然後使超音波熔接裝置之超 音波振盪部及托座部分別位置於前述中空板及零件之面; 及 K把前述中空板與零件夾在超音波振盪部與托座部間 之狀態,使前述超音波振遢部振遒》藉此使中空板與零件 之接觸部產生藉助超音波振動之摩擁熱,俾將兩者互相熔 接。 依據本發明之更其他形態,提供一種熱可塑性合成樹 脂製板之熔接方法,其係包含Μ下步驟: 準備第一熱可塑性合成樹脂製板及同一構成之第二熱 可塑性合成樹脂製板,該熱可塑性合成樹腊製板係由平行 之第一薄板及第二薄板、及一體介在這些薄板間Μ形成多 數中空空間於兩薄板間之垂直板所構成; 重《此等第一及第二中空板之端緣使之面與面接合; 使超音波熔接裝置之超音波振通部位置於兩端緣之重 墨部分之一钿,並使超音波熔接裝置之托座部位置於另一 侧》輅此使超音波從前述超音波搌盪部向托座部振盪; 播該超音波*使第一及第二中空板绱緣之互相接合之 面部分產生藉助超音波振動之摩擦熱,俥使兩面部分成爲 可塑狀態,然後將此等兩面部分熔合i及 將互相接合之前述面部分之第一及第二薄板*向其厚 度方向按壓於前逑托座部與振盪部間*以接合第一及第二 中空板。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(〇灿)八4規格(210父297公^:) —I---^----0¾— (請先閩讀背面之注意事頃再填寫本頁) 訂· .0 9
