Abstract

挤压成形的热可塑性树脂板(B)由多个平行的连结板(3)连结第1薄板(2a)和第2薄板(2b)而成,采用超声波融接装置接合该树脂板(B)。在使第1薄板和第2薄板彼此呈线状或面状融接时,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部(6)与第1薄板(2a)面相接,使支座部(7)与第2薄板(2b)面相接,板(B)在发其间被挤压。接合板(B1、B2)时,至少使两板部分地重叠,边从两板的两侧推压振荡器部(6C)和支座部(7C),边发出超声波。超声波使板产生内部振动,引起摩擦使内部生热,借助熔融和挤压力而融接。

Description

合成树脂制中空板的融接方法及用该方法得到的中空板
技术领域
本发明涉及热可塑性合成树脂制中空板的融接方法及用该方法得到的中空板,该中空板是在相向平行的2块薄板之间夹设多个肋整体成形制成的。
背景技术
在相向平行的2块薄板之间,夹设着将该2块薄板连成一体的多个肋的热可塑性合成树脂制中空板,用于箱等的包装用具、隔断、壁材等的建筑材料或其它用途。这种合成树脂制中空板,是沿其肋的方向挤压成形而制成的,通常,用聚丙烯、聚乙烯等热可塑性树脂做成。其强度和耐久性均优于常用的瓦楞纸材料,故被广泛应用。
但是,现有的这种中空板,其平行于肋的侧边及垂直于肋的端部是对外开口的,垃圾、杂菌等异物容易进入板中空的内部,而该中空内部是洗不干净的。因此,不能用于有严格卫生要求的食品、医药品、化妆品等包装箱的材料。
另外,把这种中空板作为包装材料使用时,必须在板面上进行形成槽或凹面、或者形成折入线或开口部等的加工,这些加工在现有技术中是采用冲压加工法或压接热板的加工法。但是,用冲压加工形成的折入线,因其折缝浅,反弹力过大,组装箱时或组装后,会出现各种问题。另外,用冲压加工形成的冲压开口部,其开口部边缘是开放的,垃圾等污物会进入中空内部。另外,使用热板的上述加工法,由于是用热板的侧面融接压接部两侧的两面薄板,因此,存在着在板上形成多个孔的问题。
把中空板与中空板、或中空板与框等其它物件接合起来的方法,现有技术中是采用钉书机接合、铆钉接合、胶带接合、粘接剂接合等方法。这些接合方法适用于瓦楞纸,有时也能用于合成树脂制中空板的接合。
但是,在用瓦楞纸不能满足承重要求时(例如放重物用的容器等)或因有高气密性、水密性要求而要用合成树脂制中空板时,上述的胶带接合、粘接剂接合等方法对于上述要求来说,缺乏可靠性。
如前所述,用热板使合成树脂制中空板熔融而接合的方法中,与在中空板上形成槽或凹面、形成折入线或开口时同样会在板表面上残留许多孔或压痕,并且,被接合的2块中空板的接合面上、或被接合的中空板与其它合成树脂部件的接合面上的融接不能很好进行,有时在接合部位产生烧断现象。
发明目的
本发明是鉴于上述问题而作出的,其目的在于提供一种热可塑性合成树脂制中空板的融接方法,该方法能在中空板的相向薄板之间、2块中空板之间以及中空板与其它部件之间,实现良好的接合。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种热可塑性合成树脂制中空板的融接方法,该方法能切实融接并封闭中空板的边缘等,使中空板内部相对于外部封闭。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种热可塑性合成树脂制中空板的融接方法,该方法能良好地在中空板的板面上加工出槽、凹面、折入线、开口部等,而且该加工不使板产生反弹力。
本发明的另一目的是提供用上述方法得到的热可塑性合成树脂制板及其产品。
发明内容
本发明一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好热可塑性合成树脂制板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于一薄板的面上,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于另一薄板的面上,使振荡器部和支座部相互靠近使第1薄板与第2薄板接触,从振荡器部向支座部发出超声波,该超声波使一薄板和另一薄板因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,一边挤压振荡器部与支座部之间的两薄板一边使其融接。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样结构的第2热可塑性合成树脂板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将上述第1和第2合成树脂制板重叠,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于第1合成树脂制板面上,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于第2合成树脂制板面上,并沿线相向设置,使振荡器部和支座部相互接近,使第1合成树脂制板与第2合成树脂制板接触,由超声波振荡器部的发振使第1和第2合成树脂制板因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,将两合成树脂制板沿上述线融接。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板与部件的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好热可塑性合成树脂制板和热可塑性合成树脂制部件,合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将合成树脂制板与部件重叠,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部和支座部分别位于上述合成树脂制板的面上和部件的面上,在把上述合成树脂制板和部件挟在超声波振荡器部与支座部之间的状态下,使超声波振荡器部起振,合成树脂制板与部件的接触部因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,将两者融接起来。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样构造的第2热可塑性合成树脂板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将上述第1和第2合成树脂制板的端缘面与面相接地重叠,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于两端缘的重叠部分的一侧,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于另一侧,从超声波振荡器部朝着支座部发出超声波,该超声波使第1和第2合成树脂制板的端缘彼此相接的面部因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,使两面部分成为可塑状态,将该两面部分融接,沿其厚度方向、在支座部与振荡器部之间挤压彼此相接的上述面部分中的第1薄板和第2薄板,将第1和第2合成树脂制板接合起来。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好热可塑性合成树脂制板,该板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在这些薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;使该板的一个边缘与另一边缘彼此相接地重叠,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于两边缘重叠部分的一侧,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于另一侧,从振荡器部朝着支座部发出超声波,该超声波使第1和第2合成树脂制板的两边缘彼此相接的面部分因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,使两面部分成为可塑状态,将该两面部分融接,沿其厚度方向、在支座部与振荡器部之间挤压彼此相接的上述面部分中的合成树脂制板的两边缘,将其总厚度减少至合成树脂制板的厚度。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好热可塑性合成树脂制板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在这些薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将该合成树脂制板的端缘反覆折叠成多层,把该端缘层挟在超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部和支座部之间,使超声波振荡器部起振,使板的端缘层因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,将端缘层融接成一体,形成厚度增大了的边缘。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样构造的第2热可塑性合成树脂板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将该第1和第2合成树脂制板的侧边对接,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于两合成树脂制板对接部中的一方的面上,使超声波融接装置的支座部在沿垂直于两合成树脂制板的方向与另一方相对的面上,通过超声波振荡器部的起振,在两合成树脂制板的对接面上产生摩擦热,将两板在对接面融接,成为连续的板。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样构造的第2及第3热可塑性合成树脂板,合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将第1和第2合成树脂制板的侧边对接,在其对接部,第3合成树脂制板以其侧边与第1、第2合成树脂制板的面成角度的状态对接,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于第1、第2合成树脂制板对接部的与第3合成树脂制板相反的面上,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于第3合成树脂制板与第1、第2合成树脂制板相接区域的两侧,通过振荡器部的起振,在第1、第2、第3合成树脂制板的对接部产生摩擦热,使这些板在对接部融接。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样构造的第2热可塑性合成树脂板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;使第2合成树脂制板的侧边成对接状与第1合成树脂制板的一面相接,第2合成树脂制板与第1合成树脂制板之间形成角度,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于对接部中的第1合成树脂制板的另一面,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于对接部中的第2合成树脂制板两侧并与第1、第2合成树脂制板的面相接,通过振荡器部的发振,在第1、第2合成树脂制板的对接部产生摩擦热,将这些板在对接部融接。
本发明另一实施例提供热可塑性合成树脂制板与部件的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好热可塑性合成树脂制板和热可塑性合成树脂制部件,合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将合成树脂制板的侧缘与上述部件对接,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于其对接部的一面,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于另一面,使振荡器部起振,在板与部件的对接部因超声波振动产生摩擦热,将两者彼此融接。
本发明另一实施例提供的热可塑性合成树脂制板制品,由第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和相同构造的第2热可塑性合成树脂制板构成,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1和第2薄板以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的平行连结板构成;其特征在于,上述第1、第2合成树脂制板的侧缘部分成彼此面接触的状态重叠,在该重叠部分,包括第1、第2合成树脂制板的彼此面接触薄板的区域被超声波融接,使重叠部分的厚度成为接近第1、第2合成树脂板的厚度。
本发明另一实施例提供的热可塑性合成树脂制板制品,由第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和相同构造的第2热可塑性合成树脂制板构成,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1和第2薄板以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;其特征在于,上述第1和第2合成树脂制板在其侧缘部分彼此对接,在该对接部分,两板被超声波融接。
本发明另一实施例提供的热可塑性合成树脂制板制品,由第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和热可塑性合成树脂制付属部件构成,热可塑性合成树脂制板由平行的第1和第2薄板以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;其特征在于,上述合成树脂制板与上述部件呈彼此接触状态,在接触部分被超声波融接。
本发明中所用的超声波融接与加热融接不同,它在构成板的材料内引起内部振动,由此使板内部发热。尤其在彼此压紧的板与板之间更容易产生摩擦热而容易熔融。融接是从内部进行的。因此,板的外侧薄板面不易受融接影响,而保持好的外观。由于板在内部融接,接合强度大。又由于容易控制融接范围,所以,例如可沿着线准确地进行融接。此外,板内部的连结板也能有效地传播超声波,由于该连结板的存在,板的薄板之间的融接尤为有效。
而加热融接则与此相反,由于是从板的外侧进行的,所以对板表面容易有不好的影响,不能在板内部实现切实的融接,另外,热影响容易波及融接部的相邻区域,往往不能按照设计进行融接。

最佳实施例
下面,参照附图说明本发明的实施例。
图1和图2分别表示通常的热可塑性合成树脂制板的断面图和局部剖开立体图。在这些图中,B表示热可塑性合成树脂制中空板。该中空板B具有第1薄板2a和第2薄板2b,这些薄板2a、2b相互平行且相对地设置着。这些薄板借助与其垂直的多个平行连结板3而连成一整体,在连结板3之间形成中空空间4。薄板2a、2b和连结板3由热可塑性树脂、例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯做成,是使上述树脂材料通过图1所示断面形状的挤压模,挤压而形成为一体的。
上述结构的中空板B如图1所示,平行于连结板3的侧边部如标记5所示,是对外开口的。并且,连结板3长度方向两端的中空空间4也对外开口。因此,垃圾、杂菌等异物容易进入中空板B内部,其内部弄脏后是实际洗不干净的。
本发明的一实施例能解决该问题。该实施例如图3所示,在中空板B的连结板长度方向端部,沿着中空板B的端缘,将第1薄板2a和第2薄板2b相互接近并接合起来,使中空空间4对外封闭。为了实现上述接合,在本发明中采用超声波融接装置。超声波融接装置的原理是公知的,该超声波融接装置备有变换器和增幅器,上述变换器利用单方向性的压电效果把电力变换为超声波振动。超声波振动从超声波筒传递到被融接物体,超声波振动在物体内部使分子内振动而发热。
本发明的一融接方法如图3所示,沿着中空板B的端缘(垂直于纸面方向),将超声波融接装置的超声波筒、即超声波发振动部6设置在中空板B的第1薄板2a的外面。超声波振荡器部6沿第1薄板2a的端缘呈线状延伸地构成。超声波融接装置的支座部7沿着第2薄板2b的端缘呈线状(带状)延伸地构成,具有平坦的支承面。把中空板B的端缘放到支座部7上后,从振荡器部6一边向支座部7发出超声波,并且如箭头A所示地,一边使振荡器部6向下方下降,把中空板B的端缘部挤压在支承部7与振荡器部6之间。
这样,从振荡器部6发出的超声波从第1薄板2a经过连结板4,向下方传递,达到第2薄板2b,在第1薄板2a、连结板2和第2薄板2b内产生分子内振动,从内部发热而使它们融接。上述部件因发热而融接,同时,由于在振荡器部6与支座部7之间受到压缩,在连结板3软化了的状态下,第1薄板2a向第2薄板2b靠近移动,最终成为图4所示状态。即,第1薄板2a的靠近端缘部分与第2薄板的靠近端缘部分接触,二者的前端缘彼此因融接而接合起来。振荡器部6的前端缘断面形状例如如图示那样,其一侧形成伸出的凹入弧状的斜面,第1薄板2a的端缘部形成为与该斜面对应的状态。各连结板4的前端部也融溶,成为与第1薄板2a的端缘部成形形状对应的形状。进行上述融接作业时,超声波只作用到振荡器部6与支座部7之间的区域,所以,熔融部分被限制,其它区域不产生熔融。
使中空板B的另一端缘也如上所述地融接,这样,如图5和图6所示,可在中空板B的两端缘形成封闭部8。封闭部8的断面形状由振荡器部6和支座部7的形状决定。
形成了封闭部8后,垃圾等异物便不会从中空板B的端缘进入中空空间4内,由于中空空间4内封入了空气,所以能增加板的绝热性和刚性。另外,上述的融接作业,根据需要也可沿平行于中空板B的连结板3的侧缘进行。
与上述类似的融接作业,也可以在离开中空板B端缘的中间部分进行。图7表示该例。该例中,超声波振荡器部6A的中央前端部9伸出,其两侧形成斜面。支座部7A基本与上述支座部7相同,具有平坦的支承面。把中空板B的中间部分放在该构造的支座部7A上,一边从振荡器部6A发出超声波,一边把振荡器部6A向着支座部7A移动,这样,与上述同样地,振荡器部与支座部之间的中空板B部分熔融,第1薄板2a和连结板3熔融,如图7中双点划线所示,第1薄板2a呈V字形地凹入,与第2薄板2b接合。
该V字形凹入部在图9中用标记10表示。经过这样加工,在中空板B上形成压接线11,通过对振荡器部6A形状的选择,该压接线11部分的凹入部10也可以形成为曲线状。凹入部10作为其它部件的安装嵌合部,也可以作为文字、图案、记号等的标记。
图8所示例,是形成面状凹入部代替上述线状凹入部10的方法。该例中,超声波振荡器部6B的端面是平坦面,支座部7B也是平坦面,其面积与振荡器部的平坦面相应。一边振荡器部6B发出超声波,一边把振荡器部6B向支座部7B移动,两者之间的中空板部分熔融,最后连结板3也熔融,同时,第1、第2薄板2a、2b以面接触状态熔融接合,如图9所示地,形成面状凹入部12。该面状凹入部12可作为把手部,或者也可作为图案、记号等。
图10是表示在与中空板B的连结板3垂直的方向形成折入槽线14的例子。该折入槽线14可通过使图7所示的振荡器部6A和与该振荡器部类似形状的支承部分别作用在中空板B的两面而形成。用该方法在中空板B的第1、第2薄板上都形成与图9所示线形凹入部10同样的线形凹入部,并把它们的底部接合起来。通过设置这样的折入槽线14,中空板B可沿该槽线折起。另外,折入槽线可形成在与连结板3平行的方向,也可以形成在斜方向。
形成该折入槽线后,由于两薄板2a、2b直接融接后重合,所以沿槽线折入时,中空板的反弹力小,把槽线部分作为铰链用时,能增大该铰链的疲劳强度。此外,虽然图7所示线形凹入部10也可以作为铰链等的折入槽线使用,但最好如图10所示那样,从两薄板侧形成线形凹入部作为折入槽线。
第1薄板2a和第2薄板2b的融接,也可如图11和图12所示地进行。如图11所示,先形成中空板B的开口部16或缺口部17,再把开口部边缘或缺口部边缘挟在超声波振荡器部与支座部之间,该超声波振荡器部和支座部的形状与开口部边缘或缺口部边缘形状吻合,使超声波振荡,开口部边缘或缺口部边缘融接。这样,在形成开口部16的情况下,如图12所示,形成了封住边缘18的开口16。
上述例中,是把同一中空板B的相向薄板2a、2b相互融接,图13所示例中,是将2块中空板板B1、B2沿着线接合。2块中空板的接合时,将两中空板重叠,使超声波振荡器部与一个中空板B1的第1薄板2a相接,使支座与另一个中空板B2的第2薄板2b相接,一边从振荡器部发出超声波,一边使振荡器部向支座部移动,在振荡器部与支座部之间的两中空板的区域,从内部发生热,使两者融接。为了使该融接沿着直线进行,振荡器部和支座部成为线状。因此,如图13所示,两中空板B1、B2由线状接合部20接合。具有该线状接合部20的中空板B1、B2,可作为箱内部的隔断、蜂巢结构的构成部件使用。
图14所示例中,中空板B与其它热可塑性合成树脂部件22沿线状接合部23接合。该接合也是把中空板B与部件22重迭、超声波振荡器部与其一侧相接、支座部与其另一侧相接、发出超声波进行的。部件22例如是箱子的加强框。
图15至图18表示把2块中空板B1、B2的侧边相互重叠融接的方法。先如图15所示地,把被融接的中空板B1、B2以其侧边重叠预定宽度W的方式,插入超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部6C与支座部7C之间。接着,一边使振荡器部6C朝着支座部7C移动一边发出超声波。振荡器部6C和支座部7C分别具有能与中空板B1的第1薄板2a和中空板B2的第2薄板2b面接触的平坦端面,这些端面的宽度W相当于上述重叠宽度W。由于振荡器部6C的移动,如图16所示,两中空板B1、B2被挟在振荡器部6C与支座部7C之间。
振荡器部6C从图16所示位置朝着图17所示位置继续前进。这期间出现下述现象。即,由于振荡器部6C的超声波起振,超声波从中空板B1的第1薄板2a经过连结板3向第2薄板2b传播,再从中空板B2的第1薄板2a经过连结板3向第2薄板2b传播,在这些薄板和连结板的分子内产生超声波振动,使内部发热。由分子内振动引起的摩擦效果,在相互面接触着的中空板B1的第2薄板2b与中空板B2的第1薄板2a之间尤为显著,两中空板B1、B2的面接触部区域因发热而充分融溶。
由于该熔融,从图16到图17的状态之间,两中空板B1、B2的接触边界部先熔融成为一体,最后两中空板B1、B2的宽度为W的重叠部,其厚度被压缩到等于或小于各中空板B1或B2的厚度。从图17可见,两中空板B1、B2的中间区域30是熔融最充分的区域,在表面区域,薄板2a、2b的形状不破坏,两中空板B1、B2连成了好象一块板。当超声波发射结束时,熔融部位在较短时间内返回到常温,两中空板B1、B2最后成为图18所示状态。中间的融接部31因分子同化而固结,两中空板B1、B2以很大强度完全接合成一体。此外,两中空板B1、B2的接合部的厚度,可以根据振荡器部6C与支座部7C之间的压缩程度而改变,其厚度可以减少到比各中空板的厚度稍薄的程度。
上述例子中,是把2块中空板的端缘彼此重叠地融接起来,但也可以把同一块中空板的2个端缘彼此重叠融接起来。图19所示例中,是把1块中空板B卷成圆筒形,将其两端缘重叠融接,形成接合部32。
图20所示例中,是把1块中空板B折成四方筒形,将其两端重叠融接起来,形成接合部33。图19和图20所示例的中空板用于构成容器的侧壁。
构成容器时,例如在图19所示圆筒形侧壁上接合圆形底。如果在图20所示四方形筒侧壁上接合四方形的底,则可构成长方体容器。
构成长方体容器时,可采用具有图22所示展开形状的中空板B3。中空板B3是把底板34与4块侧壁板35、36、37、38通过折入线40、41、42、43连接而成的。折入线可以做成为例如图9所示凹入部10那样的结构,或者做成图10所示折入槽线14那样的结构。各侧壁板35、36、37、38的侧边上设有重叠带45,这些重叠带45在容器组装时相互重叠,用图15至图17所示的融接工序接合,其重叠厚度如前所述通过压缩可减少到相当于一块中空板的厚度。
如上述地组装成的容器的侧壁上端缘上,根据需要可复盖图21所示的倒U字形断面的框体50,再用上述方法融接在侧壁上。图21的情况下,如图18所示,在通过融接部31接合的2块中空板B1、B2构成的侧壁的缘部上,复盖框体50并融接起来。
图23是表示构成长方体容器的其它例子。这种情况时,底板34与4块侧壁板35、36、37、38是各自独立的,在底板34的4边设有重叠带52,在侧壁板35、36、37、38的底部也设有重叠带51,这一点与图22所示情形不同。将底板34和各侧壁板35、36、37、38的重叠带52、51重叠后,用图15至图17的方法融接,则可得到与图22所示相同展开形状的坯材。将该坯材用图22说明的方法组装,则可得到长方体形状的容器。
图24和图25是表示加强中空板B端缘的办法。该办法是,把中空板B的端缘如图24所示地,以适当的宽度尺寸折入成二层或三层以上的层55,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部6D和支座部7D位于这些层55的两侧,用与图15至图17所示相同的融接方法,一边压缩一边融接层55。这样,可形成厚度减少了的整体强韧刚性部56。
图26是表示把2块中空板B1、B1的侧边对接地融接的方法。该方法中,左侧中空板B1的右侧边和右侧中空板B2的左侧边以对接状态插入超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部6E与支座部7E之间,使振荡器部6E下降,把两中空板B1、B2的对接部挤压在支座部7E上,在此状态下,从振荡器部6E发出超声波。振荡器部6E和支座部7E都具有平坦端面,压接在两中空板的面上。
因超声波振动,两中空板的对接部因振动而内部发热,产生融合作用,对接部同化;振动作用结束,熔融部位60固结,两中空板成为一块中空板。
图27所示融接方法中,除了左右一对的对接中空板B1、B2外,还对接一块第3中空板B3,该第3中空板B3沿垂直于中空板B1、B2面的方向在图中从下方对接。支座部是采用左右一对支座部7F、7F,从左右挟住第3中空板B3并从下方支承左右中空板B1、B2。该例中也是用振荡器部F发出的超声波使3块中空板B1、B2、B3的对接部发热熔融,而把对接部融接起来。熔融部位用标记61表示。支座部7F、7F上的箭头表示抵抗来自振荡器部6F的力而作用在支座部上的力的方向。另外,如上所述,第3中空板B3垂直于左右中空板B1、B2的面,但是该第3中空板B3的朝向也可以是与中空板B1、B2面成90°以外的角度。图28所示融接方法,是用1块中空板B代替图27中的左右一对中空板B1、B2,仅此一点与图27不同,其融接原理与图27完全相同。熔融部位用标记62表示。在图27和图28的方法中,中空板B3也可以用其它任意的热可塑性合成树脂部件代替,进行融接作业。
图29表示把其它热可塑性合成树脂部件65融接在中空板B侧缘部的例子。部件65具有与中空板B的第1薄板2a的面相接的平板状突出部66,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部6G接触该突出部66的外面。支座部7G与中空板B的第2薄板2b的面和部件65的一部分面相接。熔融部位用标记67表示。另外,当采用的部件65其突出部66不是平板状时,则最好使支座部位于突出部66一侧,使振荡器部位于中空板B的第2薄板2b一侧。
图30表示在以中空板构成的箱开口缘部所融接的边缘部件70。该边缘部件70是由聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯等的热可塑性合成树脂挤压成形的,具有主体部71和从主体部呈L字形伸出的伸出部72,在主体部71与伸出部72之间形成槽73。在主体部71的靠槽73一侧的面上,沿挤出方向形成条形突起74。主体部71的带条形突起74的部分从伸出部72向图中下方延伸。
把该边缘部件70设在中空板的端缘时,将上述槽73嵌在中空板的端缘。主体部71位于中空板的外面。然后,用与图29所示类似的状态,设置振荡器部和支座部。例如,使振荡器部与主体部71的条形突起74相反侧的面相接。从振荡器部发出的超声波使其与中空板融接时,由于条形突起使熔融面积增大,可更有效地融接。
把边缘部件70设在四方形箱状容器的侧壁上缘时,必须将边缘部件70在3个部位折成直角,将两端部对接而成四方形框状态。为此,在伸出部72上形成图31所示的缺口部75。缺口部75由两部分组成,一部分把伸出部72的上侧部72a切成直角三角形,另一部分把垂下部72b切成宽度相当于三角形缺口底边长度的缺口。边缘部件70在相当于缺口部75的三角形顶点76处形成弯折线77。
图32表示作为图31边缘部件70之变形例的边缘部件70A。该边缘部件70A与边缘部件70的不同点仅在于缺口部75A的形状。该变形例中,是在伸出部72的上侧部72a上仅形成线状切口78,代替图31的三角形缺口。弯折线77形成在线状切口78的位置。
图33表示把图31所示的边缘部件70设在作为箱侧壁的中空板B角部上缘的状态。把图31所示的边缘部件70沿缺口部75的方向折成角度,是沿着弯折线77弯折的,三角形缺口部分的两边缘如图33中线80所示地相接,仅离开相当于三角形底边长度的宽度的缺口部75的两边缘部如线81所示地相接。把边缘部件70融接到中空板B上后,形成如标记82所示的融接部。
图32所示边缘部件70A也以同样的状态如图34所示地通过融接接合在中空板B上。但用该边缘部件70A时,没有图32中的线80,对接的上侧部分72a如图34中标记84所示地重叠。
图35表示安装在中空板形成的容器上的把手。把手86具有环状本体87和在其周边伸出的凸缘88,内侧有开口89。另外,把手86也可以做成除去下边的倒U字形。把手86由热可塑性合成树脂形成。该把手86如图36所示,通过融接固定在中空板B上。即,在中空板B上形成相当于把手86的本体87大小的开口,把环状本体87插入该开口内,并从中空板B的一面如图示地突出,把凸缘88抵接在中空板B的另一面上。然后,使超声波融接装置的超声波发振装置位于凸缘88的外面,使支座部位于相反侧,一边施加压力一边发出超声波。这样,与上述融接时同样地,产生熔融部90,把手80就被融接在中空板B上。凸缘88成为中空板B厚度的一部分。另外,当把手86为倒U字形时,把对应于把手缺口部分的中空板开口边缘的第1、第2薄板相互融接,进行封堵。
图37表示卡片座91。卡片座91由一边开放的U字形本体92及其外周的凸缘93构成。本体92偏置于凸缘93的面上,是保持显示用卡片的部分。卡片座91也是用热可塑性合成树脂制成的,如图38所示,使凸缘部93与中空板B的表面侧相接地用超声波融接。超声波振荡器部与凸缘93的面相接。94表示熔融部分。显示用卡片95如图38所示地被保持着。
图39表示把透明板安装在中空板上的例子,以便能透视中空板容器的内部。该例子中,在中空板B上预先形成适当大小的例如长方形的开口96,用比该开口96稍大的热可塑性合成树脂制透明板95复盖该开口96,再在透明板95的边缘与中空板重叠的部分,设置超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部,在相反侧设置支座部,一边施加挤压力一边使超声波起振,把重叠部分融接成标记97所示的带状。
图40和图41表示把透明板95A安装在中空板B的开口96A上的另一例。该例子中,开口96A比透明板95A的尺寸小。把开口96A边缘附近的一部分连结板3切除,使第1薄板2a和第2薄板2b在开口边缘附近能朝相互离开的方向扩开,这样,把第1、第2薄板稍扩开后,将透明板95A的边缘部如图41所示地插入并保持在两薄板之间。接着,沿着带状部97A对透明板95A与开口96A边缘部的重叠部分进行超声波融接,把透明板95A接合在中空板B的开口部分。
用本发明方法融接的热可塑性合成树脂制板,接合质量高,能进行各种接合,所以,可用于包装材料、建筑材料等多种用途。

Claims (14)

1.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好中空热可塑性合成树脂制板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在这些薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将该合成树脂制板的端缘反覆折叠成多层,把该端缘层挟在超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部和支座部之间,使超声波振荡器部起振,板的端缘层则因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,将端缘层融接成一体,形成厚度增大的边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,一边融接上述端缘层一边压缩,使其厚度减少。
3.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样结构的第2热可塑性合成树脂板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将该第1和第2中空合成树脂制板的侧边对接,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于两合成树脂制板对接部中的一方的面上,使超声波融接装置的支座部在沿垂直于两合成树脂制板的方向与另一方相对的面上,通过超声波振荡器部起振,在两合成树脂制板的对接面上产生摩擦热,将两板在对接面融接,成为连续的板。
4.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样结构的第2及第3热可塑性合成树脂板,合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;将第1和第2合成树脂制板的侧边对接,在其对接部,第3合成树脂制板以其侧边与第1、第2合成树脂制板的面成角度的状态对接,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于第1、第2合成树脂制板对接部的与第3合成树脂制板相反的面上,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于第3合成树脂制板与第1、第2合成树脂制板相接区域的两侧,通过振荡器部的起振,在第1、第2、第3合成树脂制板的对接部产生摩擦热,使这些板在对接部融接。
5.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,预备好第1热可塑性合成树脂制板和同样构造的第2热可塑性合成树脂板,该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板和第2薄板以及成一体地夹在上述薄板之间并在两薄板间形成多个中空空间的连结板构成;使第2合成树脂制板的侧边以对接状与第1合成树脂制板的一面相接,第2合成树脂制板与第1合成树脂制板之间形成角度,使超声波融接装置的超声波振荡器部位于对接部中的第1合成树脂制板的另一面,使超声波融接装置的支座部位于对接部中的第2合成树脂制板两侧并与第1、第2合成树脂制板的面相接,通过振荡器部的发振,在第1、第2合成树脂制板的对接部产生摩擦热,将这些板在对接部融接。
6.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,包括:
预备好中空热可塑性合成树脂制板(B),该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板(2a)和第2薄板(2b)以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间而结合上述第1薄板和第2薄板并平行于第一方向延伸的连结板(4)构成,该第1和第2薄板具有处于平行相对关系的各端缘并在横切上述第一方向的第二方向延伸;
提供带有超声波振荡器部(6)和支座部(7)的超声波融接装置,上述振荡器部(6)具有端面而支座部(7)具有与上述振荡器部(6)的端面配合的平坦的支承面,上述振荡器部的上述端面具有伸出的外缘部和与上述外缘部相邻而连续设置的斜面部;
超声波振荡器部(6)设置成使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述外缘部设置成沿着第1薄板(2a)的端缘并与其相对,使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述斜面部设置成在上述第1薄板(2a)的上述端缘之内;
支座部(7)设置成使其上述平坦的支承面与沿着并相邻上述第2薄板的端缘的第2薄板(2b)的一部分处于面对面的关系;
使上述振荡器部(6)和上述支座部(7)彼此接近地移动,振荡器部和支座部与上述第1薄板和第2薄板分别接触;
通过上述第1薄板(2a)、连结板(4)和第2薄板(2b)从振荡器部(6)向支座部(7)发出超声波,因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,以在其产生超声波的部分融接第1薄板、连结板和第2薄板;
通过上述振荡器部的伸出外缘部抵靠上述第1薄板的端缘,挤压振荡器部(6)的端面与支座部的平坦支承面之间的两薄板;
使上述振荡器部的伸出外缘部朝向上述第2薄板的端缘并抵靠其上而移动上述第1薄板的端缘;
使上述振荡器部的斜面部朝向相邻上述第2薄板的端缘的端区移动相邻其端缘的第1薄板的端区,以使第1薄板的端区的形状成形为与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
同时使上述振荡器部的斜面部成形相邻第1和第2薄板的端缘的连结板部分,使之与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
将上述第1薄板的端缘结合到上述第2薄板的端缘上,来形成沿上述端缘的会聚横截面形状的封闭部(8)。
7.如权利要求6所述的热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,上述振荡器部(6)的斜面部的形状为凹入弧状,上述封闭部(8)在第1薄板(2a)侧被给予凸出弧状。
8.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,包括:
预备好中空热可塑性合成树脂制板(B),该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板(2a)和第2薄板(2b)以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间而结合上述第1薄板和第2薄板并平行于第一方向延伸的连结板(4)构成;
提供带有超声波振荡器部(6)和支座部(7)的超声波融接装置,上述振荡器部(6)具有端面而支座部(7)具有与上述振荡器部(6)的端面配合的平坦的支承面,上述振荡器部的端面具有中央前端部(9)和与上述中央前端部的两侧相连续设置的一对侧斜面,超声波振荡器部(6)设置成使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述端面设置成与第1薄板(2a)相对,其中央前端部在横切上述第一方向的第二方向延伸;
支座部(7)设置成使其上述平坦的支承面与上述第2薄板(2b)处于面对面的关系,并与振荡器部的上述端面处于面对关系;
使上述振荡器部(6)和上述支座部(7)彼此接近地移动,振荡器部和支座部与上述第1薄板和第2薄板分别接触;
通过上述第1薄板(2a)、连结板(4)和第2薄板(2b)从振荡器部(6)向支座部(7)发出超声波,因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,以在其产生超声波的部分融接第1薄板、连结板和第2薄板;
挤压振荡器部(6)的端面与支座部的平坦支承面之间的两薄板;
使上述振荡器部的中央前端部(9)朝向上述第2薄板并抵靠其上而沿上述中央前端部移动上述第1薄板的线性区;
使上述振荡器部的斜面部朝向上述第2薄板移动第1薄板的上述线性区两侧的相对的相邻区,以使第1薄板的相对的相邻区的形状成形为与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
同时使上述振荡器部的斜面部成形振荡器部和支座部之间的连接板部分,使之与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
将上述第1薄板的线性区结合到上述第2薄板,来形成上述第1薄板的线状凹入部(10)。
9.如权利要求8所述的热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,上述振荡器部(6)的每一斜面部的形状为凹入弧状,上述线状凹入部(10)在每一侧面被给予凸出弧状。
10.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,包括:
预备好中空热可塑性合成树脂制板(B),该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板(2a)和第2薄板(2b)以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间而结合上述第1薄板和第2薄板并平行于第一方向延伸的连结板(4)构成;
提供带有超声波振荡器部(6)和支座部(7)的超声波融接装置,上述振荡器部(6)具有端面而支座部(7)具有与上述振荡器部(6)的端面配合的支承面,上述振荡器部的端面具有中央前端部(9)和与上述中央前端部的两侧相连续设置的一对侧斜面,上述支座部(7)的支承面具有和振荡器部的上述端面相同的构型;
设置超声波振荡器部(6),使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述端面设置成与第1薄板(2a)相对,其中央前端部在横切上述第一方向的第二方向延伸;
支座部(7)设置成使其上述平坦的支承面与上述第2薄板(2b)处于相对的关系,并与振荡器部的上述端面处于面对关系;
使上述振荡器部(6)和上述支座部(7)彼此接近地移动,振荡器部和支座部与上述第1薄板和第2薄板分别接触;
通过上述第1薄板(2a)、连结板(4)和第2薄板(2b)从振荡器部(6)向支座部(7)发出超声波,因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,以在其产生超声波的部分融接第1薄板、连结板和第2薄板;
挤压振荡器部(6)的端面与支座部的支承面之间的两薄板;
使上述振荡器部的中央前端部(9)朝向上述第2薄板并抵靠其上而沿上述中央前端部移动上述第1薄板的线性区;
使上述振荡器部的斜面部朝向上述第2薄板移动第1薄板的上述线性区两侧的相对的相邻区,以使第1薄板的相对的相邻区的形状成形为与上述振荡器部的斜面部的形状相对应;
使支座部的中央前端部朝向上述第1薄板并抵靠其上而沿着中央前端部移动第2薄板的线性区;
使上述支座部的斜面部朝向上述第1薄板移动第2薄板的上述线性区两侧的相对的相邻区,以使第2薄板的相对的相邻区的形状成形为与上述支座部的斜面部的形状相对应;
同时使上述振荡器部的斜面部和上述上述支座部的斜面部成形振荡器部和支座部之间的连接板部分,使之与上述振荡器部和支座部的斜面部的形状相对应;
彼此结合上述第1薄板和第2薄板的线性区,来形成线状折入槽线(14)。
11.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,包括:
预备好中空热可塑性合成树脂制板(B),该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板(2a)和第2薄板(2b)以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间而结合上述第1薄板和第2薄板并平行于第一方向延伸的连结板(4)构成,上述合成树脂制板(B)具有穿过其的开口(16),上述开口具有第1薄板的第1边缘和第2薄板的第2边缘;
提供带有超声波振荡器部(6)和支座部(7)的超声波融接装置,上述振荡器部(6)具有端面而支座部(7)具有与上述振荡器部(6)的端面配合的平坦的支承面,上述振荡器部的上述端面具有伸出的外缘部和与上述外缘部相邻而连续设置的斜面部;
设置超声波振荡器部(6),使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述外缘部设置成沿着开口(16)的第1边缘并与其相对,使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述斜面部设置成在上述第1边缘之内;
支座部(7)设置成使其上述平坦的支承面与沿着上述开口的第2边缘的第2薄板(2b)的一部分处于面对面的关系;
使上述振荡器部(6)和上述支座部(7)彼此接近地移动,振荡器部和支座部与上述第1薄板和第2薄板分别接触;
通过上述第1薄板(2a)、连结板(4)和第2薄板(2b)从振荡器部(6)向支座部(7)发出超声波,因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,以在其产生超声波的部分融接第1薄板、连结板和第2薄板;
通过上述振荡器部的伸出外缘部抵靠上述开口的第1边缘,挤压振荡器部(6)的端面与支座部的平坦支承面之间的两薄板;
使上述振荡器部的伸出外缘部朝向上述开口的第2边缘并抵靠其上而移动上述开口的第1边缘;
使上述振荡器部的斜面部朝向相邻上述第2边缘的第2薄板的区域移动相邻上述第1边缘的第1薄板的区域,以使第1薄板的区域的形状成形为与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
同时使上述振荡器部的斜面部成形相邻开口的第1和第2边缘的连结板部分,使之与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
结合上述开口的上述第1和第2边缘,来形成沿上述边缘的会聚横截面形状的封闭部。
12.如权利要求11所述的热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,上述振荡器部(6)的斜面部的形状为凹入弧状,上述封闭部在第1薄板(2a)侧被给予凸出弧状。
13.一种热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,包括:
预备好中空热可塑性合成树脂制板(B),该合成树脂制板由平行的第1薄板(2a)和第2薄板(2b)以及一体地夹在上述薄板之间而结合上述第1薄板和第2薄板并平行于第一方向延伸的连结板(4)构成,上述合成树脂制板(B)具有穿过其的缺口(17),上述缺口具有第1薄板的第1边缘和第2薄板的第2边缘;
提供带有超声波振荡器部(6)和支座部(7)的超声波融接装置,上述振荡器部(6)具有端面而支座部(7)具有与上述振荡器部(6)的端面配合的平坦的支承面,上述振荡器部的上述端面具有伸出的外缘部和与上述外缘部相邻而连续设置的斜面部;
设置超声波振荡器部(6),使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述外缘部设置成沿着缺口(17)的第1边缘并与其相对,使超声波振荡器部(6)的上述斜面部设置成在上述第1边缘之内;
支座部(7)设置成使其上述平坦的支承面与沿着上述开口的第2边缘的第2薄板(2b)的一部分处于面对面的关系;
使上述振荡器部(6)和上述支座部(7)彼此接近地移动,振荡器部和支座部与上述第1薄板和第2薄板分别接触;
通过上述第1薄板(2a)、连结板(4)和第2薄板(2b)从振荡器部(6)向支座部(7)发出超声波,因超声波振动而产生摩擦热,以在其产生超声波的部分融接第1薄板、连结板和第2薄板;
通过上述振荡器部的伸出外缘部抵靠上述缺口的第1边缘,挤压振荡器部(6)的端面与支座部的平坦支承面之间的两薄板;
使上述振荡器部的伸出外缘部朝向上述缺口的第2边缘并抵靠其上而移动上述缺口的第1边缘;
使上述振荡器部的斜面部朝向相邻上述第2边缘的第2薄板的区域移动相邻上述第1边缘的第1薄板的区域,以使第1薄板的区域的形状成形为与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
同时使上述振荡器部的斜面部成形相邻缺口的第1和第2边缘的连结板部分,使之与上述斜面部的形状相对应;
结合上述缺口的上述第1和第2边缘,来形成沿上述边缘的会聚横截面形状的封闭部。
14.如权利要求13所述的热可塑性合成树脂制板的融接方法,其特征在于,上述振荡器部(6)的斜面部的形状为凹入弧状,上述封闭部在第1薄板(2a)侧被给予凸出弧状。
