Abstract
本發明之配管(2)用耐火性絕熱被覆材(3)具備由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,且該添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
Description
本發明係關於一種配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材、由該被覆材被覆之配管或機器、及該被覆材之施工方法。
為了提高一般建築物之配管或機器等之絕熱性與耐火性,先前一直進行各種施工。例如專利文獻1中揭示有一種耐火性配管保溫材,其特徵在於:其係利用由熱膨脹性絕熱材料所構成之耐火層與發泡體層之積層體被覆配管外周而成者。又,專利文獻2中揭示有一種低溫流體配管、機器之耐火保冷裝置,其特徵在於由如下4層構成:被覆配管、機器之外側之由有機發泡樹脂所構成之絕熱材;以氫氧化鋁為主成分,加入有機樹脂、發泡劑進行發泡成形,且被覆上述絕熱材之外側之耐火材;被覆上述耐火材之外側之防水、防濕材;及被覆上述防水、防濕材之外側之金屬包裝材。
專利文獻3中揭示有一種於內部不會產生焦化(scorch)、熱導率較低、難燃性優異之胺酯(urethane)泡沫板之製造方法。又,專利文獻4中揭示有一種於專利文獻3之基礎上進而亦賦予尺寸穩定性之胺酯泡沫板之製造方法。

然而,於專利文獻1中,為了賦予保溫性與防火性,必須對配管分別進行耐火層與發泡體層之施工。又,於專利文獻2中,絕熱材與耐火材亦為不同之層,並且進而具備用以防止結露與吸水之金屬包裝材。
於專利文獻3、4中,雖然致力於排除內部焦化,但並未著眼於提昇耐火性能。
本發明之目的在於提供一種具備耐火性優異之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層的配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材。
本發明者等人發現藉由對配管或機器施加由含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑之難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,可兼具配管或機器之絕熱性及耐火性兩者,從而完成本發明。
即,本發明如下所述。
項1.一種配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材,其具備由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸煤、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,且該添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
項2.如項1之配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材,其中,於難燃性胺酯組成物中,以由聚異氰酸酯及多元醇所構成之聚胺酯樹脂組成物100重量份為基準,三聚化觸媒為0.1~10重量份之範圍,發泡劑為0.1~30重量份之範圍,泡沫穩定劑為0.1重量份~10重量份之範圍,添加劑為4.5重量份~70重量份之範圍,且關於添加劑,紅磷為3重量份~18重量份之範圍,除紅磷以外之添加劑為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍。
項3.一種配管或機器,其係由項1或2之配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材所被覆。
項4.一種配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材之施工方法,其由以下方式所構成:利用配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材被覆配管或機器之外周,該配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材具備由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,且該添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
根據本發明,藉由施加耐火性優異之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,可對配管或機器賦予優異之絕熱性及耐火性。

圖1係表示施加有本發明之配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材之配管構造之例之簡略剖視圖。配管構造1具備:中空且大致圓筒形之配管2、及於配管2上對配管2之外周整體所施加之耐火性絕熱被覆材3。
配管2亦可由以金屬及樹脂為首之任意材料所形成。
耐火性絕熱被覆材3係對配管2賦予耐火性與絕熱性之層,其係由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑。以下,對難燃性胺酯組成物之各成分進行詳細說明。
耐火性絕熱被覆材3之厚度通常為0.2~300mm,較佳為10~150mm。若厚度為0.2mm以下,則無法獲得充分之耐火、防火性,若超過300mm,則會變重,故而使用性變差。
耐火性絕熱被覆材3可將構成耐火性絕熱被覆材3之難燃性胺酯組成物藉由噴霧、塗佈(包括毛刷塗佈)、印刷、浸漬、吹附(包括利用噴槍等吹附機或噴霧罐所進行之吹附)等先前公知之方法而被施加至配管2上,亦可藉由針對配管2之難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之擠出成形而對配管2上直接施加耐火性絕熱被覆材3,或者將難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物放入模具或框材等容器中,預先成形為片狀之耐火性絕熱被覆材3,並將其捲繞在配管2之外周。再者,於圖1中,預先形成適合配管外徑之2個半圓狀之構件作為耐火性絕熱被覆材3而安裝至配管2上。
以下,對構成耐火性絕熱被覆材3之難燃性胺酯組成物進行說明。難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑。
聚異氰酸酯
作為胺酯樹脂之主劑即聚異氰酸酯,例如可列舉:芳香族聚異氰酸酯、脂環族聚異氰酸酯、脂肪族聚異氰酸酯等。
作為芳香族聚異氰酸酯,例如可列舉:伸苯基二異氰酸酯(phenylene diisocyanate)、甲苯二異氰酸酯、二甲苯二異氰酸酯(xylylene diisocyanate)、二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯、二甲基二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯、三苯甲烷三異氰酸酯、萘二異氰酸酯、聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯等。
作為脂環族聚異氰酸酯,例如可列舉:伸環己基二異氰酸酯、甲基伸環己基二異氰酸酯、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯、二環己基甲烷二異氰酸酯、二甲基二環己基甲烷二異氰酸酯等。
作為脂肪族聚異氰酸酯,例如可列舉:亞甲基二異氰酸
酯、伸乙基二異氰酸酯、伸丙基二異氰酸酯、四亞甲基二異氰酸酯、六亞甲基二異氰酸酯等。
聚異氰酸酯可使用一種或兩種以上。就使用容易性、取得容易性等原因而言,胺酯樹脂之主劑較佳為聚亞甲基聚苯基聚異氰酸酯。
多元醇
作為胺酯樹脂之硬化劑即多元醇,例如可列舉:聚內酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、芳香族多元醇、脂環族多元醇、脂肪族多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚合物多元醇、聚醚多元醇等。
作為聚內酯多元醇,例如可列舉:聚丙內酯二醇、聚己內酯二醇、聚戊內酯二醇等。
作為聚碳酸酯多元醇,例如可列舉藉由乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、辛二醇、壬二醇等含羥基化合物、與碳酸二乙二酯、碳酸二丙二酯等之脫醇反應而獲得之多元醇等。
作為芳香族多元醇,例如可列舉:雙酚A、雙酚F、苯酚酚醛清漆、甲酚酚醛清漆等。
作為脂環族多元醇,例如可列舉:環己二醇、甲基環己二醇、異佛爾酮二醇、二環己基甲二醇、二甲基二環己基甲二醇等。
作為脂肪族多元醇,例如可列舉:乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇等。
作為聚酯多元醇。例如可列舉:將多元酸與多元醇進行脫水縮合而獲得之聚合物、將ε-己內酯、α-甲基-ε-己內酯等內酯進行開環聚合而獲得之聚合物、羥基羧酸與上述多元醇等之縮合物。
此處,作為多元酸,具體而言,例如可列舉:己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、琥珀酸等。又,作為多元醇,具體而言,例如可列舉:雙酚A、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二乙二醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇等。
又,作為羥基羧酸,具體而言,例如可列舉:蓖麻油、蓖麻油與乙二醇之反應生成物等。
作為聚合物多元醇,例如可列舉:使丙烯腈、苯乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸酯等乙烯性不飽和化合物與芳香族多元醇、脂環族多元醇、脂肪族多元醇、聚酯多元醇等進行接枝聚合而成之聚合物、聚丁二烯多元醇、多元醇之改質多元醇、或該等之氫化物等。
作為多元醇之改質多元醇,例如可列舉使環氧烷與原料之多元醇進行反應而改質者。
作為多元醇,例如可列舉:甘油及三羥甲基丙烷等三元醇;新戊四醇、山梨醇、甘露醇、山梨醇酐、二甘油、二新戊四醇等、蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、果糖、甲基葡糖苷及其衍生物等四元至八元之醇;苯酚、間苯三酚、甲酚、鄰苯三酚、鄰苯二酚、對苯二酚、雙酚A、雙酚F、雙酚S、1-羥基萘、1,3,6,8-四羥基萘、蒽酚、1,4,5,8-四羥基蒽、1-羥基芘等酚系聚丁二烯多元醇;蓖麻油多元醇;(甲基)丙烯酸羥基烷基酯之(共)聚合物及聚乙烯醇等多官能(例如官能基數2~100)多元醇、苯酚與甲醛之縮合物(酚醛清漆)。
多元醇之改質方法並無特別限定,可適宜地使用加成環氧烷(以下簡稱為AO)之方法。
作為AO,可列舉碳數2~6之AO,例如環氧乙烷(以下簡稱為EO)、1,2-環氧丙烷(以下簡稱為PO)、1,3-環氧丙烷、1,2-環氧丁烷、1,4-環氧丁烷等。
該等中,就性狀或反應性之觀點而言,較佳為PO、EO及1,2-環氧丁烷,更佳為PO及EO。作為使用兩種以上AO之情形(例如PO及EO)時之加成方法,嵌段加成與無規加成均可,亦可將該等併用。
作為聚醚多元醇,例如可列舉:於存在至少一種具有2個以上活性氫之低分子量活性氫化合物等之條件下,使環氧乙烷、環氧丙烷、四氫呋喃等環氧烷之至少1種進行開環聚合而獲得之聚合物。
作為具有2個以上活性氫之低分子量活性氫化合物,例如可列舉:雙酚A、乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、1,6-己二醇等二醇類;甘油、三羥甲基丙烷等三醇類;乙二胺、丁二胺等胺類等。
本發明所使用之多元醇就燃燒時之總放熱量之減小效果較大之方面而言,較佳為使用聚酯多元醇、或聚醚多元醇。
其中,更佳為使用分子量200~800之聚酯多元醇,進而較佳為使用分子量300~500之聚酯多元醇。
又,異氰酸酯指數係以百分率表示聚異氰酸酯之異氰酸酯基相對於多元醇之羥基之當量比者,其值超過100意指異氰酸酯基較羥基過量。
異氰酸酯指數之算出係利用以下之計算式進行。OHV係指羥值。
異氰酸酯指數=(異氰酸酯添加份數/NCO當量)/(多元醇當量數+水當量數)×100
NCO當量=NCO之化學式量/NCO%×100
多元醇當量數=(多元醇添加份數×平均OHV)/(KOH之化學式量×1000)
水當量數=樹脂合計每100之水添加份數/(H2O之化學式量/2)
本發明所使用之胺酯樹脂之異氰酸酯指數之範圍較佳為120~1000之範圍,更佳為200~800之範圍,進而較佳為300~600之範圍。
三聚化觸媒
三聚化觸媒係使聚胺酯樹脂之主劑即聚異氰酸酯所含有之異氰酸酯基進行反應而三聚化,從而促進異氰尿酸酯環(isocyanurate ring)之生成。
為了促進異氰尿酸酯環之生成,例如作為三聚化觸媒可使用:三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚、2,4-雙(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚、2,4,6-三(二烷基胺基烷基)六氫對稱三等含氮之芳香族化合物;乙酸鉀、辛酸鉀等羧酸鹼金屬鹽;三甲基銨鹽、三乙基銨鹽、三苯基銨鹽等三級銨鹽;四甲基銨鹽、四乙基銨鹽、四苯基銨鹽等四級銨鹽等。
難燃性胺酯組成物所使用之三聚化觸媒之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為0.1重量份~10重量份之範圍,更佳為0.6重量份~8重量份之範圍,進而較佳為0.6重量份~6重量份之範圍,最佳為0.6重量份~3.0重量份之範圍。於為0.6重量份以上之情形時,不會產生阻礙異氰酸酯之三聚化之不良情況,於為10重量份以下之情形時,可維持適當之發泡速度,而容易操作。
發泡劑
難燃性胺酯組成物所使用之發泡劑係促進胺酯樹脂之發泡。
作為發泡劑之具體例,例如可列舉:水、丙烷、丁烷、戊烷、己烷、庚烷、環丙烷、環丁烷、環戊烷、環己烷、環庚烷等低沸點之烴、二氯乙烷、氯丙烷、氯異丙烷、氯丁烷、氯異丁烷、氯戊烷、氯異戊烷等氯化脂肪族烴化合物、三氯單氟甲烷、三氯三氟乙烷、CHF3、CH2F2、CH3F、例如反式-1-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯等氫氟烯烴(HFO)等氟化合物、二氯單氟乙烷、(例如HCFC141b(1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷)、HCFC22(氯二氟甲烷)、HCFC142b(1-氯-1,1-二氟乙烷))等氫氯氟碳化合物、HFC-245fa(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷)、HFC-365mfc(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷)等氫氯氟碳化合物、二異丙醚等醚化合物、或者該等化合物之混合物等有機系物理發泡劑、氮氣、氧氣、氬氣、二氧化碳氣體等無機系物理發泡劑等。
發泡劑之範圍相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為0.1重量份~30重量份之範圍。發泡劑相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份,更佳為0.1重量份~18重量份之範圍,進而較佳為0.5重量份~18重量份之範圍,最佳為1重量份~15重量份之範圍。
於發泡劑之範圍為0.1重量份以上之情形時,可促進發泡,而降低所獲得之成形品之密度,於為30重量份以下之情形時,可防止發泡體不發泡而無法形成發泡體之情況。
泡沫穩定劑
作為泡沫穩定劑,例如可列舉:聚氧伸烷基烷基醚等聚氧伸烷基泡沫
穩定劑、有機聚矽氧烷等聚矽氧泡沫穩定劑等界面活性劑等。
相對於藉由化學反應而硬化之胺酯樹脂的泡沫穩定劑之使用量係根據所使用之藉由化學反應而硬化之胺酯樹脂而適當設定,若表示一例,例如若相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份為0.1重量份~10重量份之範圍則較佳。
三聚化觸媒、發泡劑及泡沫穩定劑可分別使用一種或兩種以上。
添加劑
添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
於該情形時,作為所使用之添加劑之較佳組合,例如可列舉下述(a)~(t)中之任一者。

(b)紅磷及含磷酸鹽之難燃劑

本發明所使用之紅磷並無限定,可適當選擇市售品而使用。
又,難燃性胺酯組成物所使用之紅磷之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為3.0重量份~18重量份之範圍。
於紅磷之範圍為3.0重量份以上之情形時,會保持難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之自熄性,又,於為18重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙
難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,本發明所使用之磷酸酯並無特別限定,較佳為使用單磷酸酯、縮合磷酸酯等。
作為單磷酸酯並無特別限定,例如可列舉:磷酸三甲酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三(二甲苯基)酯、磷酸三(異丙苯基)酯、磷酸三(苯基苯基)酯、磷酸三萘酯、磷酸甲酚酯二苯酯、磷酸二甲苯基酯二苯酯、磷酸二苯酯(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸二(異丙苯基)酯苯酯、磷酸單異癸酯、酸式磷酸2-丙烯醯氧基乙酯、酸式磷酸2-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙酯、磷酸二苯基-2-丙烯醯氧基乙酯、磷酸二苯基-2-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙酯、三聚氰胺磷酸酯、二-三聚氰胺磷酸酯、三聚氰胺焦磷酸酯、三苯基氧化膦、三甲苯基氧化膦、甲膦酸二苯酯、苯膦酸二乙酯、間苯二酚雙(磷酸二苯酯)、雙酚A雙(磷酸二苯酯)、磷雜菲、磷酸三(β-氯丙基)酯等。
作為縮合磷酸酯並無特別限定,例如可列舉:聚磷酸三烷基酯、間苯二酚聚磷酸苯酯、間苯二酚聚磷酸(二-2,6-二甲苯基)酯(大八化學工業公司製造,商品名PX-200)、對苯二酚聚磷酸(2,6-二甲苯基)酯以及該等之縮合物等縮合磷酸酯。
作為市售之縮合磷酸酯,例如可列舉:間苯二酚聚磷酸苯酯(商品名CR-733S)、雙酚A聚磷酸甲酚酯(商品名CR-741)、芳香族縮合磷酸酯(商品名CR747)、間苯二酚聚磷酸苯酯(ADEKA公司製造,商品名Adekastab PFR)、雙酚A聚磷酸甲酚酯(商品名FP-600、FP-700)等。
上述中,為了降低硬化前之組成物之黏度之效果與減少初期之放熱量之效果較高,較佳為使用單磷酸酯,更佳為使用磷酸三(β-氯丙基)酯。
磷酸酯可使用一種或兩種以上。
磷酸酯之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍,更佳為1.5重量份~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為2.0重量份~15重量份之範圍,最佳為2.0重量份~10重量份之範圍。
於磷酸酯之範圍為1.5重量份以上之情形時,可防止由難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物所構成之成形品因火災之熱而形成之緻密殘渣破碎,於為52重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,本發明所使用之含磷酸鹽之難燃劑係含有磷酸者。
含磷酸鹽之難燃劑所使用之磷酸並無特別限定,可列舉:單磷酸、焦磷酸、聚磷酸、及該等之組合等各種磷酸。
作為含磷酸鹽之難燃劑,例如可列舉由各種磷酸與選自週期表IA族~IVB族之金屬、氨、脂肪族胺、芳香族胺中之至少一種金屬或化合物之鹽所構成之磷酸鹽。作為週期表IA族~IVB族之金屬,可列舉:鋰、鈉、鈣、鋇、鐵(II)、鐵(III)、鋁等。
又,作為脂肪族胺,可列舉:甲基胺、乙基胺、二乙基胺、三乙基胺、乙二胺、哌等。
又,作為芳香族胺,可列舉:吡啶、三、三聚氰胺、銨等。
再者,對於上述含磷酸鹽之難燃劑,可實施矽烷偶合劑處
理、利用三聚氰胺樹脂進行被覆等公知之提昇耐水性處理,亦可添加三聚氰胺、新戊四醇等公知之發泡助劑。
作為含磷酸鹽之難燃劑之具體例,例如可列舉:單磷酸鹽、焦磷酸鹽、聚磷酸鹽等。
作為單磷酸鹽並無特別限定,例如可列舉:磷酸銨、磷酸二氫銨、磷酸氫二銨等銨鹽;磷酸一鈉、磷酸二鈉、磷酸三鈉、亞磷酸一鈉、亞磷酸二鈉、次亞磷酸鈉等鈉鹽;磷酸一鉀、磷酸二鉀、磷酸三鉀、亞磷酸一鉀、亞磷酸二鉀、次亞磷酸鉀等鉀鹽;磷酸一鋰、磷酸二鋰、磷酸三鋰、亞磷酸一鋰、亞磷酸二鋰、次亞磷酸鋰等鋰鹽;磷酸二氫鋇、磷酸氫鋇、磷酸三鋇、次亞磷酸鋇等鋇鹽;磷酸一氫鎂、磷酸氫鎂、磷酸三鎂、次亞磷酸鎂等鎂鹽;磷酸二氫鈣、磷酸氫鈣、磷酸三鈣、次亞磷酸鈣等鈣鹽;磷酸鋅、亞磷酸鋅、次亞磷酸鋅等鋅鹽等。
又,作為聚磷酸鹽並無特別限定,例如可列舉:聚磷酸銨、聚磷酸哌、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、聚磷酸銨醯胺、聚磷酸鋁等。
該等中,由於含磷酸鹽之難燃劑之自熄性提昇,故而較佳為使用單磷酸鹽,更佳為使用磷酸二氫銨。
含磷酸鹽之難燃劑可使用一種或兩種以上。
本發明所使用之含磷酸鹽之難燃劑之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍,更佳為1.5重量份~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為2.0重量份~15重量份之範圍,最佳為2.0重量份~10重量份之範圍。
於含磷酸鹽之難燃劑之範圍為1.5重量份以上之情形時,
會保持難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之自熄性,又,於為52重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,作為本發明所使用之含溴之難燃劑,只要為於分子結構中含有溴之化合物,則無特別限定,例如可列舉芳香族溴化化合物等。
作為芳香族溴化化合物之具體例,例如可列舉:六溴苯、五溴甲苯、六溴聯苯、十溴聯苯、六溴環癸烷、十溴二苯醚、八溴二苯醚、六溴二苯醚、雙(五溴苯氧基)乙烷、伸乙基-雙(四溴鄰苯二甲醯亞胺)、四溴雙酚A等單體有機溴化合物;以溴化雙酚A為原料而製造之聚碳酸酯低聚物、聚碳酸酯低聚物與雙酚A之共聚物等溴化聚碳酸酯;藉由溴化雙酚A與表氯醇之反應而製造之二環氧化合物、藉由溴化酚類與表氯醇之反應而獲得之單環氧化合物等溴化環氧化合物;聚(丙烯酸溴化苄酯);溴化聚苯醚;溴化雙酚A、三聚氯氰及溴化酚之縮合物;溴化(聚苯乙烯)、聚(溴化苯乙烯)、交聯溴化聚苯乙烯等溴化聚苯乙烯;交聯或非交聯溴化聚(甲基苯乙烯)等經鹵化之溴化合物聚合物。
就控制燃燒初期之放熱量之觀點而言,較佳為溴化聚苯乙烯、六溴苯等,更佳為六溴苯。
含溴之難燃劑可使用一種或兩種以上。
本發明所使用之含溴之難燃劑之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍,更佳為1.5重量份~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為2.0重量份~15重量份之範圍,最佳為2.0重量份~10重量份之範圍。
於含溴之難燃劑之範圍為0.1重量份以上之情形時,會保
持難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之自熄性,又,於為52重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,作為本發明所使用之含硼之難燃劑,可列舉:硼砂、氧化硼、硼酸、硼酸鹽等。
作為氧化硼,例如可列舉:三氧化二硼、三氧化硼、二氧化二硼、三氧化四硼、五氧化四硼等。
作為硼酸鹽,例如可列舉:鹼金屬、鹼土金屬、週期表第4族、第12族、第13族之元素及銨之硼酸鹽等。
具體而言,可列舉:硼酸鋰、硼酸鈉、硼酸鉀、硼酸銫等硼酸鹼金屬鹽、硼酸鎂、硼酸鈣、硼酸鋇等硼酸鹼土金屬鹽、硼酸鋯、硼酸鋅、硼酸鋁、硼酸銨等。
本發明所使用之含硼之難燃劑較佳為硼酸鹽,更佳為硼酸鋅。
含硼之難燃劑可使用一種或兩種以上。
本發明所使用之含硼之難燃劑之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍,更佳為1.5重量份~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為2.0重量份~15重量份之範圍,最佳為2.0重量份~10重量份之範圍。
於含硼之難燃劑之範圍為1.5重量份以上之情形時,會保持難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之自熄性,又,於為52重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,作為本發明所使用之含銻之難燃劑,例如可列舉:氧
化銻、銻酸鹽、焦銻酸鹽等。
作為氧化銻,例如可列舉:三氧化銻、五氧化銻等。
作為銻酸鹽,例如可列舉:銻酸鈉、銻酸鉀等。
作為焦銻酸鹽,例如可列舉:焦銻酸鈉、焦銻酸鉀等。
本發明所使用之含銻之難燃劑較佳為氧化銻。
含銻之難燃劑可使用一種或兩種以上。
含銻之難燃劑之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍,更佳為1.5重量份~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為2.0重量份~15重量份之範圍,最佳為2.0重量份~10重量份之範圍。
於含銻之難燃劑之範圍為1.5重量份以上之情形時,會保持難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之自熄性,又,於為52重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,作為本發明所使用之金屬氫氧化物,例如可列舉:氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鈣、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鐵、氫氧化鎳、氫氧化鋯、氫氧化鈦、氫氧化鋅、氫氧化銅、氫氧化釩、氫氧化錫等。
金屬氫氧化物可使用一種或兩種以上。
金屬氫氧化物之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍,更佳為1.5重量份~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為2.0重量份~15重量份之範圍,最佳為2.0重量份~10重量份之範圍。
於金屬氫氧化物之範圍為1.5重量份以上之情形時,會保
持難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之自熄性,又,於為52重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
又,作為本發明所使用之針狀填料,例如可列舉:鈦酸鉀晶鬚、硼酸鋁晶鬚、含鎂晶鬚、含矽晶鬚、矽灰石、海泡石、硬矽鈣石、矽磷灰石、水鋁土、棒狀羥磷灰石、玻璃纖維、石棉纖維、碳纖維、石墨纖維、金屬纖維、礦渣纖維、石膏纖維、二氧化矽纖維、氧化鋁纖維、二氧化矽-氧化鋁纖維、氧化鋯纖維、氮化硼纖維、硼纖維、不鏽鋼纖維等。
本發明所使用之針狀填料之縱橫比(長度/直徑)之範圍較佳為5~50之範圍,若為10~40之範圍則更佳。
上述針狀填料可使用一種或兩種以上。
本發明所使用之針狀填料之添加量並無特別限定,相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為3.0~30重量份之範圍,更佳為3.0~20重量份之範圍,進而較佳為3.0~18重量份之範圍,最佳為6.0~18重量份之範圍。
於上述針狀填料之範圍為3.0重量份以上之情形時,會保持本發明之難燃絕熱材組成物之燃燒後之形狀,又,於為30重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙本發明之難燃絕熱材組成物之發泡。
本發明所使用之添加劑之添加量相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為4.5重量份~70重量份之範圍,更佳為4.5重量份~40重量份之範圍,進而較佳為4.5重量份~30重量份之範圍,最佳為4.5重量份~20重量份之範圍。
於添加劑之範圍為4.5重量份以上之情形時,可防止由難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物所構成之成形品因火災之熱而形成之緻密殘渣破碎,
於為70重量份以下之情形時,不會阻礙難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之發泡。
於較佳之實施形態中,難燃性胺酯組成物中,以由聚異氰酸酯及多元醇所構成之聚胺酯樹脂組成物100重量份為基準,三聚化觸媒為0.6~100重量份之範圍,發泡劑為0.1~30重量份之範圍,添加劑為4.5重量份~70重量份之範圍,紅磷為3重量份~18重量份之範圍,除紅磷以外之添加劑為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍。
其他成分
難燃性胺酯組成物亦可進而含有除上述三聚化觸媒以外之觸媒,作為此種觸媒,例如可列舉:三乙基胺、N-甲基嗎啉雙(2-二甲胺基乙基)醚、N,N,N',N",N"-五甲基二伸乙三胺、N,N,N'-三甲胺基乙基-乙醇胺、雙(2-二甲胺基乙基)醚、N-甲基,N'-二甲胺基乙基哌、咪唑環中之二級胺官能基經氰乙基取代之咪唑化合物等含氮原子之觸媒等。
該觸媒之添加量以三聚化觸媒與除三聚化觸媒以外之觸媒之合計量計,相對於胺酯樹脂100重量份較佳為0.6重量份~10重量份之範圍,更佳為0.6重量份~8重量份之範圍,進而較佳為0.6重量份~6重量份之範圍,最佳為0.6重量份~3.0重量份之範圍。
於為0.6重量份以上之情形時,不會產生阻礙胺酯鍵之形成之不良情況,於為10重量份以下之情形時,可維持適當之發泡速度,而容易操作。
難燃性胺酯組成物進而亦可含有防沈澱劑。作為防沈澱劑並無特別限定,例如可列舉:碳黑、微粉二氧化矽、氫化蓖麻油蠟、脂肪醯胺蠟、有機黏土、氧化聚乙烯等。
難燃性胺酯組成物進而亦可含有無機填充材。作為無機填充材,並無特別限定,例如可列舉:二氧化矽(silica)、矽藻土、氧化鋁、氧化鈦、氧化鈣、氧化鎂、氧化鐵、氧化錫、氧化銻、鐵氧體類、鹼性碳酸鎂、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、碳酸鋅、碳酸鋇、碳鈉鋁石、水滑石、硫酸鈣、硫酸鋇、石膏纖維、矽酸鈣等鉀鹽、滑石、黏土、雲母、蒙脫石、膨潤土、活性白土、海泡石、絲狀鋁英石、絹雲母、玻璃纖維、玻璃珠、矽土中空球、氮化鋁、氮化硼、氮化矽、碳黑、石墨、碳纖維、碳中空球、木炭粉末、各種金屬粉、鈦酸鉀、硫酸鎂、鈦酸鋯酸鉛、硼酸鋁、硫化鉬、碳化矽、不鏽鋼纖維、各種磁性粉、礦渣纖維、飛灰、矽鋁纖維、氧化鋁纖維、二氧化矽纖維、氧化鋯纖維等。
無機填充材可使用一種或兩種以上。無機填充材尤佳為針狀。例如,無機填充材之縱橫比(根據利用掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察無機填充材所獲得之影像確認之無機填充材之最大長度相對於最小厚度(與最大長度垂直之方向)之比(亦稱為直徑/厚度比))為5~50。
難燃性胺酯組成物於不損害本發明之目的之範圍內,視需要可分別含有酚系、胺系、硫系等之抗氧化劑、熱穩定劑、金屬毒防止劑、抗靜電劑、穩定劑、交聯劑、潤滑劑、軟化劑、顏料、黏著賦予樹脂等輔助成分、聚丁烯、石油樹脂等黏著賦予劑。
對於難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物及難燃性聚胺酯發泡體而言,由於混合上述成分會使難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物發生反應而硬化,故而其黏度隨時間經過而變化。因此,於使用難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之前,將難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物分割為兩部分以上,從而防止難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物發生反應而硬
化。繼而,於使用難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物時,將分割為兩部分以上之難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物合併,藉此獲得難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物。
再者,將難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物分割為兩份以上時,只要以如下方式分割各成分即可:被分割為兩部分以上之難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之各成分不會單獨開始硬化,而於將難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之各成分混合後才會開始硬化反應。
其次,對上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之製造方法進行說明。上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之製造方法並無特別限定,例如可藉由如下方法獲得上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物:混合上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之各成分之方法;使上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物懸浮於有機溶劑中、或加溫使之熔融而成為塗料狀之方法;於溶劑中分散而製備漿料等方法;又,於上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物所含有之反應硬化性樹脂成分中含有於常溫(25℃)下為固體之成分之情形時,於加熱下使上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物熔融等方法。
上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物可藉由使用班布里混合機、捏合混合機、混練輥、擂潰機、行星式攪拌機等公知裝置將上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之各成分加以混練而獲得。
又,亦可將胺酯樹脂之主劑與硬化劑分別與填充材等一併混練,於即將注入之前利用靜態混合器、動態混合器等加以混練而獲得。
進而,亦可將除觸媒以外之上述難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之成分、與觸媒於即將注入之前同樣地加以混練而獲得。
藉由以上所說明之方法,可獲得難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物。
其次,對難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之硬化方法進行說明。
若將難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物之各成分混合,則反應開始,隨時間經過黏度上升,失去流動性。例如,藉由將難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物直接噴霧、塗佈(包括毛刷塗佈)、印刷、浸漬、吹附至配管,亦或注入至模具、框材等容器中等並使之硬化,可獲得由難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物所構成之難燃性胺酯樹脂發泡體,形成配管狀之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層。
使難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物進行發泡硬化而獲得之配管上之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層係聚異氰尿酸酯發泡體,由於耐火性及絕熱性優異,故而可以一層兼具兩功能。就對配管賦予耐火性及絕熱性而言,以發泡聚胺酯絕熱層一層便足夠,因此容易製造耐火性絕熱被覆材。又,發泡聚胺酯絕熱層由於為獨立氣泡型,故而防水性或氣密性亦優異。
配管、機器及施工方法
本發明亦包含由耐火性絕熱被覆材被覆之配管或機器,該耐火性絕熱被覆材具備由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,上述添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。亦包括由上述耐火性絕熱被覆材所被覆之配管或機器。
本發明進而亦包括配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材之施工方法,該施工方法由以下方式所構成:利用配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材進行被覆,該配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材具備由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸
酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,上述添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
耐火試驗
將由難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物所構成之難燃性聚胺酯發泡體切斷為縱10cm、橫10cm及厚度5cm,準備錐形卡路里計試驗用樣本。
使用上述錐形卡路里計試驗用樣本,依據ISO-5660之試驗方法,可測定於放射熱強度50kW/m2加熱20分鐘時之錐形卡路里計試驗之總放熱量。
以上,一面參照圖式一面對本發明進行了說明,但本發明並不限定於此,可進行如下各種變形。
‧配管2之形狀並不限定於大致圓筒形,亦可為剖面為橢圓形、正方形、長方形、多邊形等任一形狀之配管。
‧施加耐火性絕熱被覆材3之對象並不限定於配管2,亦可為通常建築物中所存在之任意機器。又,於對機器施加耐火性絕熱被覆材3之情形時,並不限定於對機器之整個周圍施加,亦可僅被覆機器之一部分,如上表面及側面之可視認之部位等。
‧亦可於配管2與耐火性絕熱被覆材3之間設置其他層(例如由玻璃布或不織布等所構成之補強材料等),於耐火性絕熱被覆材3上進而亦可具備其他層(例如由橡膠、樹脂等所形成之防水及防濕層)。
‧如圖2所示,亦可於耐火性絕熱被覆材3上進而施加表面層4。表面層4係由氯乙烯等難燃性樹脂膜、金屬板等所構成,對配管2進而賦予
耐火性等性能。表面層4可藉由先前公知之方法配置於耐火性絕熱被覆材3之外周周圍。
以下,列舉實施例對本發明進行更具體之說明,但本發明並不限定於該等。
[實施例]
實施例1 難燃性聚胺酯發泡體之評價試驗
根據表1、2所示之組成,將實施例1~19之難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物分割為(1)多元醇組成物、(2)聚異氰酸酯、及(3)添加物之3個成分而準備。再者,表中之各成分之詳情如下所示(以相對於聚異氰尿酸酯樹脂100重量份之重量份而表示各成分之比例)。同樣地亦根據表3、4所示之組成,準備比較例1~14之難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物。
(1)多元醇組成物
‧多元醇化合物
(A-1)對苯二甲酸聚酯多元醇(川崎化成工業公司製造,製品名:MAXIMOL RFK-505、羥值=250mgKOH/g)
‧泡沫穩定劑
聚伸烷基二醇系泡沫穩定劑(Dow Corning Toray公司製造,製品名:SH-193)
‧三聚化觸媒
(B-1)辛酸鉀(東京化成工業公司製造,製品編碼:P0048)
(B-2)三聚化觸媒(Tosoh公司製造,製品名:TOYOCAT-TR20)
‧胺酯化觸媒
五甲基二乙三胺(Tosoh公司製造,製品名:TOYOCAT-DT)
‧發泡劑
水
HFC
HFC-365mfc(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷,日本Solvay股份有限公司製造)及HFC-245fa(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷,Central Glass股份有限公司製造),混合比率HFC-365mfc:HFC-245fa=7:3,以下稱為「HFC」)
HFO
SOLSTICE LBA(反式-1-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯,HONEXWELL JAPAN公司製造,以下稱為「HFO」)
(2)聚異氰酸酯
MDI(Tosoh股份有限公司製造,製品名:MILLIONATE MR-200)黏度:167mPa‧s
(3)添加劑
(C-1)紅磷(磷化學工業公司製造,製品名:RINKA_FE 140)
(C-2)磷酸二氫銨(太平化學產業公司製造)
(C-3)磷酸三(β-氯丙基)酯(大八化學公司製造,製品名:TMCPP,以下稱為「TMCPP」)
(C-4)磷酸三甲酚酯(大八化學公司製造,製品名:TCP,以下稱為「TCP」)
(C-5)磷酸甲酚酯二苯酯(大八化學公司製造,製品名:CDP,以下稱為「CDP」)
(C-6)六溴苯(MANAC公司製造,製品名:HBB-b,以下稱為「HBB」)
(C-7)硼酸鋅(早川商事公司製造,製品名:Firebrake ZB)
(C-8)三氧化銻(日本精礦公司製造,製品名:PATOX C)
(C-9)氫氧化鋁(ARUMORIKKUSU公司製造,製品名:B-325)
(C-10)針狀填料(KINSEI MATEC公司製造,矽灰石,粒徑:4.5~6.5μm、縱橫比:10~20,製品名:SH1250)
依據下述表1至表4之組合,量取(1)多元醇組成物之成分及(3)添加物之成分並置於1000mL聚丙烯燒杯中,使用通用攪拌機(HEIDON公司製造,製品名:BL1200),於25℃以500rpm攪拌1分鐘。對攪拌後之(1)多元醇組成物之成分及(3)添加物之成分之混練物添加(2)聚異氰酸酯之成分,利用上述通用攪拌機,以1000rpm攪拌約10秒鐘,而製作發泡體。所獲得之難燃性胺酯樹脂組成物隨時間經過而失去流動性,而獲得難燃性胺酯樹脂發泡體。依據下述基準對上述發泡體進行評價,將結果示於表1至表4。
[熱量之測定]
自硬化物以成為10cm×10cm×5cm之方式切出錐形卡路里計試驗用樣本,依據ISO-5660,測定於放射熱強度50kW/m2加熱10分鐘及20分鐘時之最大放熱速度、總放熱量,將結果記載於表1至表4。
該測定方法係建築基準法施行令第108條之2所規定之於作為公共機構之建築綜合試驗所,作為與錐形卡路里計法之基準對應者而規定之試驗法,且係依據ISO-5660之試驗方法者。
加熱20分鐘時錐形卡路里計之總放熱量為8MJ/m2以下之情形為合格,於本試驗中,將加熱20分鐘時為8MJ/m2以下者設為◎,將加熱10分鐘時為8MJ/m2以下者設為○,將加熱10分鐘時超過8MJ/m2者設為×。
[膨脹之測定]
將實施上述ISO-5660之試驗時加熱後之成形體接觸點火器之情形設為×,將未接觸之情形設為○,記載於表1至表4。
[變形(裂紋)之測定]
將實施上述ISO-5660之試驗時可見變形到達至上述試驗用樣本之背面之情形設為×,將未見變形到達至背面之情形設為○,記載於表1至表4。
[收縮之測定]
將實施上述ISO-5660之試驗時可見於上述試驗用樣本之橫向上為1cm以上且於厚度方向上為5mm以上之變形之情形設為×,將未見變形之情形設為○,記載於表1至表4。
將熱量、膨脹、變形、及收縮之測定均為○之情形設為OK,將除此以外判定為NG。
[熱導率之測定]
自硬化物以成為20cm×20cm×5cm之方式切出熱導率用樣本,依據JIS A 1412-2,於上板37.5℃、下板12.5℃、且溫度差25℃、平均溫度25℃之條件下進行測定,將結果記載於表1至表4。作為測定裝置,係使用熱導測定裝置HC-074(英弘精機公司製造)。

Claims (4)
- 一種配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材,其具備由難燃性胺酯(urethane)組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,且該添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材,其中,於難燃性胺酯組成物中,以由聚異氰酸酯及多元醇所構成之聚胺酯樹脂組成物100重量份為基準,三聚化觸媒為0.1~10重量份之範圍,發泡劑為0.1~30重量份之範圍,泡沫穩定劑為0.1重量份~10重量份之範圍,添加劑為4.5重量份~70重量份之範圍,且關於添加劑,紅磷為3重量份~18重量份之範圍,除紅磷以外之添加劑為1.5重量份~52重量份之範圍。
- 一種配管或機器,其係由申請專利範圍第1或2項之配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材所被覆。
- 一種配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材之施工方法,其由以下方式所構成:利用配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材被覆配管或機器之外周,該配管用或機器用耐火性絕熱被覆材具備由難燃性胺酯組成物所構成之發泡聚胺酯絕熱層,該難燃性胺酯組成物含有聚異氰酸酯、多 元醇、三聚化觸媒、發泡劑、泡沫穩定劑、及添加劑,且該添加劑含有紅磷、與選自磷酸酯、含磷酸鹽之難燃劑、含溴之難燃劑、含硼酸之難燃劑、含銻之難燃劑、金屬氫氧化物、及針狀填料中之至少1種。
