Description
本願は、2014年2月27日に出願した特願2014-036905号明細書(その全体が参照により本明細書中に援用される)の優先権の利益を主張するものである。
(技術分野)
本発明は、配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材、該被覆材で被覆された配管または機器、および該被覆材の施工方法に関する。
項1.ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、三量化触媒、発泡剤、整泡剤、および添加剤を含み、前記添加剤が、赤リンと、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、臭素含有難燃剤、ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つとを含む難燃性ウレタン組成物からなる発泡ポリウレタン断熱層を備えた配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材。
項2.難燃性ウレタン組成物において、ポリイソシアネートおよびポリオールからなるポリウレタン樹脂組成物100重量部を基準として、三量化触媒が0.1〜10重量部の範囲であり、発泡剤が0.1〜30重量部の範囲であり、 整泡剤が0.1重量部〜10重量部の範囲であり、添加剤が4.5重量部〜70重量部の範囲であり、添加剤は、赤リンが3重量部〜18重量部の範囲であり、赤リンを除く添加剤が1.5重量部〜52重量部の範囲である、項1に記載の配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材。
項3.項1または2に記載の配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材で被覆された配管または機器。
項4.配管または機器の外周を、ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、三量化触媒、発泡剤、整泡剤、および添加剤を含み、前記添加剤が、赤リンと、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、臭素含有難燃剤、ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つとを含む難燃性ウレタン組成物からなる発泡ポリウレタン断熱層を備えた配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材で被覆することからなる配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材の施工方法。
ウレタン樹脂の主剤であるポリイソシアネートとしては、例えば、芳香族ポリイソシアネート、脂環族ポリイソシアネート、脂肪族ポリイソシアネート等が挙げられる。
ウレタン樹脂の硬化剤であるポリオールとしては、例えばポリラクトンポリオール、ポリカーポネートポリオール、芳香族ポリオール、脂環族ポリオール、脂肪族ポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリマーポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール等が挙げられる。
これらの中でも性状や反応性の観点から、PO、EOおよび1,2−ブチレンオキサイドが好ましく、POおよびEOがより好ましい。AOを二種以上使用する場合(例えば、POおよびEO)の付加方法としては、ブロック付加であってもランダム付加であってもよく、これらの併用であってもよい。
イソシアネートインデックスの算出は、以下の計算式にて行う。OHVは水酸基価を指す。
イソシアネートインデックス = (イソシアネート添加部数/NCO当量)/(ポリオール当量数+水当量数)×100
NCO当量 = NCOの化学式量/NCO%×100
ポリオール当量数 = (ポリオール添加部数×平均OHV)/(KOHの化学式量×1000)
水当量数 = 樹脂合計100当たりの水添加部数/(H2Oの化学式量/2)
三量化触媒は、ポリウレタン樹脂の主剤であるポリイソシアネートに含まれるイソシアネート基を反応させて三量化させ、イソシアヌレート環の生成を促進する。
難燃性ウレタン組成物に使用される発泡剤は、ウレタン樹脂の発泡を促進する。
ジクロロエタン、プロピルクロリド、イソプロピルクロリド、ブチルクロリド、イソブチルクロリド、ペンチルクロリド、イソペンチルクロリド等の塩素化脂肪族炭化水素化合物、
トリクロルモノフルオロメタン、トリクロルトリフルオロエタン、CHF3、CH2F2、CH3F、例えばトランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン等のハイドロフルオロオレフィン(HFO)等のフッ素化合物、
ジクロロモノフルオロエタン、(例えば、HCFC141b (1,1−ジクロロ−1−フルオロエタン)、HCFC22 (クロロジフルオロメタン)、HCFC142b(1−クロロ−1,1−ジフルオロエタン)) 等のハイドロクロロフルオロカーボン化合物、
HFC−245fa(1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン)、HFC−365mfc(1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン)等のハイドロクロロフルオロカーボン化合物、
ジイソプロピルエーテル等のエーテル化合物、あるいはこれらの化合物の混合物等の有機系物理発泡剤、窒素ガス、酸素ガス、アルゴンガス、二酸化炭素ガス等の無機系物理発泡剤等が挙げられる。
整泡剤としては、例えば、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル等のポリオキシアルキレン整泡剤、オルガノポリシロキサン等のシリコーン整泡剤等の界面活性剤等が挙げられる。
添加剤は、赤リンと、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、臭素含有難燃剤、ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つとを含む。

(l)赤リン、リン酸塩含有難燃剤および臭素含有難燃剤
(m)赤リン、リン酸塩含有難燃剤およびホウ素含有難燃剤
(n)赤リン、臭素含有難燃剤およびホウ素含有難燃剤
(n)赤リン、臭素含有難燃剤およびホウ素含有難燃剤
(o)赤リン、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤および臭素含有難燃剤
(p)赤リン、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、臭素含有難燃剤およびホウ素含有難燃剤
(q)上記の(l)〜(p)にさらに針状フィラーを加えたもの
(r) 赤リンと;リン酸エステルおよびリン酸塩含有難燃剤と;ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つ
(s)赤リンと;リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、および臭素含有難燃剤から選択される1つまたは2つと;ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つ
(t) 赤リンと;リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、および臭素含有難燃剤と;ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つ
本発明に使用する赤リンに限定はなく、市販品を適宜選択して使用することができる。
ジメラミンホスフェート、メラミンピロホスフェート、トリフェニルホスフィンオキサイド、トリクレジルホスフィンオキサイド、メタンホスホン酸ジフェニル、フェニルホスホン酸ジエチル、レジルシノールビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、ビスフェノールAビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、ホスフアフエナンスレン、トリス(β−クロロプロピル)ホスフェート等が挙げられる。
リン酸塩含有難燃剤に使用されるリン酸は特に限定はないが、モノリン酸、ピロリン酸、ポリリン酸、およびそれらの組み合わせ等の各種リン酸が挙げられる。
本発明に使用するホウ素含有難燃剤の添加量は、ウレタン樹脂100重量部に対して、1.5重量部〜52重量部の範囲であることが好ましく、1.5重量部〜20重量部の範囲であることがより好ましく、2.0重量部〜15重量部の範囲であることが更に好ましく、2.0重量部〜10重量部の範囲であることが最も好ましい。
難燃性ウレタン組成物は、上記の三量化触媒以外の触媒をさらに含んでもよく、そのような触媒としては、例えば、トリエチルアミン、N−メチルモルホリンビス(2−ジメチルアミノエチル)エーテル、N,N,N’,N”, N”−ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミン、N, N, N’−トリメチルアミノエチル−エタノールアミン、ビス(2−ジメチルアミノエチル)エーテル、N−メチル, N’−ジメチルアミノエチルピペラジン、イミダゾール環中の第2級アミン官能基をシアノエチル基で置換したイミダゾール化合物等の窒素原子含有触媒等が挙げられる。
化マグネシウム、酸化鉄、酸化錫、酸化アンチモン、フェライト類、塩基性炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、炭酸亜鉛、炭酸バリウム、ド−ソナイト、ハイドロタルサイト、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、石膏繊維、ケイ酸カルシウム等のカリウム塩、タルク、クレー、マイカ、モンモリロナイト、ベントナイト、活性白土、セピオライト、イモゴライト、セリサイト、ガラス繊維、ガラスビーズ、シリカパルン、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素、窒化ケイ素、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、炭素繊維、炭素パルン、木炭粉末、各種金属粉、チタン酸カリウム、硫酸マグネシウム、チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛、アルミニウムポレート、硫化モリブデン、炭化ケイ素、ステンレス繊維、各種磁性粉、スラグ繊維、フライアッシュ、シリカアルミナ繊維、アルミナ繊維、シリカ繊維、ジルコニア繊維等が挙げられる。
混練して得ることもできる。
本発明は、ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、三量化触媒、発泡剤、整泡剤、および添加剤を含み、前記添加剤が、赤リンと、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、臭素含有難燃剤、ホウ酸含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、および針状フィラーから選ばれる少なくとも1つとを含む難燃性ウレタン組成物からなる発泡ポリウレタン断熱層を備えた耐火性断熱被覆材で被覆された配管または機器も包含する。上記の耐火性断熱被覆材で被覆された配管または機器も包含する。
難燃性ウレタン樹脂組成物からなる難燃性ポリウレタン発泡体を縦10cm、横10cmおよび厚み5cmに切断して、コーンカロリーメーター試験用サンプルを準備する。
・配管2の形状は略円筒形のものに限られず、断面が楕円形、正方形、長方形、多角形等のいずれの配管であってもよい。
・耐火性断熱被覆材3が施される対象は、配管2に限られず、一般建築物中に存在する任意の機器であってもよい。また、機器に耐火性断熱被覆材3が施される場合、機器の周囲全体に施されるものに限らず、上面及び側面のように視認できる箇所のみ等、機器の一部が被覆されてもよい。
・配管2と耐火性断熱被覆材3の間に別の層(例えばガラスクロスや不織布等からなる補強材等)を設けてもよいし、耐火性断熱被覆材3の上にさらに別の層(例えばゴム、樹脂等から形成された防水および防湿層)を備えてもよい。
・図2に示すように、耐火性断熱被覆材3の上に表面層4がさらに施されてもよい。表面層4は塩化ビニルなどの難燃性樹脂フィルム、金属板等からなり、配管2に耐火性等の性能を更に付与する。表面層4は従来公知の方法で耐火性断熱被覆材3の外周周囲に配置され得る。
表1に示した配合により、実施例1〜19に係る難燃性ウレタン樹脂組成物を、(1)ポリオール組成物、(2)ポリイソシアネート、および(3)添加物の3つの成分に分割して準備した。なお表中の各成分の詳細は次の通りである(各成分の割合をポリイソシアヌレート樹脂100重量部に対する重量部で示す)。 同様に、表2に示した配合により、比較例1〜14に係る難燃性ウレタン樹脂組成物も準備した。

(A−1) p−フタル酸ポリエステルポリオール(川崎化成工業社製、製品名:マキシモールRFK−505、水酸基価=250mgKOH/g)
・整泡剤
ポリアルキレングリコール系整泡剤(東レダウコーニング社製、製品名:SH−193)

硬化物から10cm×10cm×5cmになるようにコーンカロリーメーター試験用サンプルを切り出し、ISO−5660に準拠し、放射熱強度50kW/m2にて10分、及び20分間 加熱したときの最大発熱速度、総発熱量を測定した結果を表1及び表2に
記載した。
前記ISO−5660の試験を実施したときに、加熱後の成形体が点火器に接触した場合は×、接触しなかった場合は○として表1及び表2に記載した。
前記ISO−5660の試験を実施したときに、前記試験用サンプルの裏面まで到達する変形が見られた場合は×、裏面まで到達する変形が見られなかった場合は○として表1及び表2に記載した。
前記ISO−5660の試験を実施したときに、前記試験用サンプルの横方向に1cm以上かつ厚み方向に5mm以上の変形が見られた場合は×、変形が見られなかった場合は○として表1及び表2に記載した。
硬化物から20cm×20cm×5cmになるように熱伝導率用サンプルを切り出し、JIS A 1412−2に準拠し、上板37.5℃、下板12.5℃で、温度差25℃、平均温度25℃の条件で測定した結果を表1及び表2に記載した。測定装置として、熱伝導測定装置 HC−074(英弘精機社製)を使用した。
Claims (3)
- 発泡ポリウレタン断熱層を備えた配管または機器用耐火性断熱被覆材の発泡ポリウレタン断熱層を形成するために用いられる難燃性発泡ウレタン組成物であって、
前記難燃性発泡ポリウレタン組成物は、ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、三量化触媒、発泡剤、整泡剤、および添加剤を含み、前記添加剤が、赤リンと赤リン以外の添加剤とを含む、難燃性発泡ポリウレタン組成物(但し、周辺環境に対して閉鎖され、かつ、内部が100kPaの標準圧力に対して減圧である少なくとも一つの空隙を有する顆粒を含有するものを除く。)。 - 前記赤リン以外の添加剤が、リン酸エステル、リン酸塩含有難燃剤、臭素含有難燃剤、ホウ素含有難燃剤、アンチモン含有難燃剤、金属水酸化物、及び針状フィラーからなる群から選択される一種以上である請求項1に記載の難燃性発泡ポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートおよび前記ポリオールからなるポリウレタン樹脂100重量部を基準として、
前記三量化触媒が0.1〜10重量部の範囲であり、
前記発泡剤が0.1〜30重量部の範囲であり、
前記整泡剤が0.1重量部〜10重量部の範囲であり、
前記添加剤が4.5重量部〜70重量部の範囲であり、
前記添加剤は、赤リンが3重量部〜18重量部の範囲であり、赤リン以外の添加剤が1.5重量部〜52重量部の範囲である、請求項1又は2に記載の難燃性発泡ポリウレタン組成物。
