Abstract
Burada tarif edilen payetsiz, sıcak batırımlı galvanizli çelik plaka ve bunu üretmek için kullanılan metot ve araçtır. Sıcak batınmlı çelik plaka, sıcak batınmlı galvanizli plakanın katılaşmış çinko kristalinin ortalama kristalize doku parça çapının 10 ila 88 aralığında olması ile karakterize edilir ve mikroskop altında 100 kat büyütülerek incelendiğinde üzerinde katılaşmış kristalize oluşumların izleri görülmemektedir. Sıcak batınmlı galvanizli çelik plaka, bir çelik plakayı içeriğinde yüzde 0.13 ila 0.3 ağırlığında alüminyum içeren bir çinko kaplama solüsyonuna batırmak; artan kaplama solüsyonu gidermek için hava yolu ile temizlemek; hava ile temizlenmiş tabaka üzerine su veya su içerikli bir solüsyon püskürtmek, püskürtme başlangıç ısısı olarak çelik plaka ısısı sıcak batınmlı galvanizli ısıyı 419°C ayarlamak ve püskürtme tamamlama ısısı olarak çelik plaka ısısını 417°C ila 415°C aralığında ayarlamak; püskürtülen sıvı su damlacıklannı veya su içerikli solüsyonu ağ benzeri, -l ila -50 kV yüksek elektrik voltajı yüklü bir elektrottan geçirmek; ve elektrottan geçen sıvı su damlacıklannın çelik plaka üzerine bağlanarak eritilmiş çinkonun katılaşma çekirdekleri oluşmasına izin vermeyi içennektedir. Mevcut buluşun sıcak batırımlı galvanizli çelik plakaları üstün paslanma direnci, kararma direnci, yağ lekesi direnci, yüzey sürtünme katsayısı ve yüzey görünümü içermekte olup motorlu taşıt gövde kaplaması iç ve dış metal plakaları, elektronik ev eşyalara yapımı, inşaat malzemesi ve boyanacak çelik plakalar gibi birçok çeğişik alanda kullanılabilir.
