Claims (4)
- 용융도금 포트에서 도금된 강판이 도금부착량이 조절된후에 도금층이 응고되기 전에 강판 표면을 향하도록 배열된 다수의 용액 분사노즐로부터 물 또는 수용액을 분사하여 스팽글 생성을 억제하는 방법에 있어서,상기 노즐로부터 분사된 용액 방울을, 다수의 와이어로 구성되고 -1kV∼-150kV 혹은 10kV∼150kV의 전압이 인가된 대전전극 사이를 관통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팽글이 없는 용융도금강판 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수용액은 물에 수용성 인산염이 중량비로 2%이하, 실리카가 0.1-2% 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팽글이 없는 용융도금강판 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 와이어는 0.1-0.3mm의 와이어들이 최소 1mm, 최대 300mm간격으로 설치되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팽글이 없는 용융도금강판 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 2류체 가압식노즐 또는 주파수 18-120kHz의 초음파 분사노즐인 것임을 특징으로 하는 스팽글이 없는 용융도금강판 제조방법
