Abstract
Изобретение относитс к получению солевой приправы к пище. Полью изобретени вл етс придание пище свойств, направленных на нормализа — цию солевого обмена. Солева приправа содержит хлорид натри и кали , хлорид или сульфат магни , гидрохлорид лизина, карбонат магни или сульфат магни , или оксид магни , при этом количество ионов магни составл ет 2-15%, ионов кали 15-'*0%, ионов натри 50-60% и ионов водорода 1-5% от общего мол рного количества названных ионов.

Изобретение относитс к получению солевой приправы к пище.
Целью изобретени вл етс придание пище свойств, направленных на нормализацию солевого обмена.
Сущность изобретени заключаетс в том, что к пище добавл ют солевую приправу, содержащую хлорил натри и кали , хлорид или сульфат магни , гидрохлорид лизина, при этом количество ионов магни составл ет 2 15% ионов кали , ионов натри 50-60% и ионов водорода 1-52, от общего мол рного количества названных ионов.
Пример 1. Смешивают следующие компоненты, г: MgCl2 -1120 10, КС. 30, NaCl 58,5; гидрохлорид лизина 1,5. Мол рное соотношение Нр : : К : Na : Н этой смеси равно 3, : 27.3 : 68,8 : 7.
Пример 2. Смешивают следующие компоненты, г: MpS04 5,5; KCl ,5, NaCl (7,5; гидрохлорид лизина ,5. Мол рное соотношение Mg : : К : Na : Н в этой смеси равно 2 : 39.6 : 57,2 : 1.7.
Пример 3. Смешивают следующие компоненты, г: MgSO 30, KCl 15; NaCl 4; гидрохлорид лизина 11. Мол рное соотношение Mg : К : Na : И этой смеси равно 10,7 17,5 : 66,5 : 5.

- Пример t. Смешивают следующие компоненты, г: KgCOз 17,75; КС1 15,75; NaCl 55; гидрохлорид лизина 11,5. Мол рное соотношение Мр : К : Na ; Н этой смеси равно Й,8 : 15 : 66,2 : 1,Ц. 317 Пример.5. Смешивают следующие компоненты, г: MpSO - 21; КС1 37; NaCl 36 гидрохлорид пизина 6. Мол рное соотношение Mg : : К : Na : Н этой смеси равно 6,9 : «0,0 : 50Л : 2,7. Пример 6, Смешивают следующие компоненты, г: MgO 2/ КС1 20 NaCl 76 гидрохлорид лизина
- 2. Нол рное соотношение Mg : К : Na : Н в этой смеси равно ЗЛ 3:80,0:1. При использовании этой соли вместо столовой соли или известных солевых составов можно воспреп тствовать отклонени м, возникающим о рамках электролитического баланса вследствие несбалансированности пищевого состава или при передозировке лечени мочегонными препаратами. Данна соль позвол ет повысить концентрдцию ионов водорода в организме в процес се алкалозиса. Предлагаема смесь может использо ватьс в качестве пищевых добавок, замещающих хлорид натри в качестре столовой соли, консерванта, фруктовых солей, пудры дл пекарных изделий или препаратов, способствующих оздоровлению человека. Формула изобретени 1. Солева приправа к пище,содержаща хлорид натри и кали , а также хлорид или сульфат магни , отличающа с тем, что, с целью придани пище свойств, направленных на нормализацию солевого обмена в организме , она дополнительно содержит гидрохлорид лизина, при этом количество иоиов магни составл ет 2-15 ионов кали IS-tO, ионов натри 50-80% и ионов водорода 1-5 от общего мол рного количества ионов, . 2, Приправа по п.1, отличающа с тем, что она дополнительно содержит карбонат магни ,
