Description
Claims (5)
- 과립형태의 원료염 45~55중량%와 염화칼륨 35~45중량%와 황산마그네슘 5~15중량%와 글리신(glycine) 1~2중량%와 DL-알라닌(alanine) 1~2중량%를 배합하는 배합단계와;상기 배합단계에서 배합된 소금을 80℃~130℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 1시간 원적외선 또는 열풍 건조시키는 건조단계와;상기 건조단계에서 건조된 소금이 덩어리지지 않도록 냉각시키는 냉각단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 저염소금 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계는 상온에서 10분 내지 30분 공냉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저염소금 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계를 후속하여, 15~45메시(mesh) 형태로 선별하는 선별단계;를 더 수행하는 저염소금 제조방법.
