Abstract
1. Композиция стекла, содержащая:SiOв концентрации больше 74% мол.;щелочноземельный оксид, включающий MgO и СаО, при этом СаО присутствует в количестве, большем или равном 0,1% мол. и меньшем или равном 1,0% мол., и отношение (СаО(% мол.)/(СаО(% мол.)+MgO(% мол.))) меньше или равно 0,5; иY% мол. щелочного оксида, при этом щелочной оксид включает NaО в количестве больше 8% мол., при этом композиция стекла свободна от бора и соединений бора.2. Композиция стекла по п. 1, в которой концентрация SiOменьше или равна 80% мол.3. Композиция стекла по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая Х% мол. AlO, при этом отношение Y:Х больше или равно 1.4. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой отношение Y:Х меньше или равно 2.5. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой Х больше или равно 2% мол. и меньше или равно 10% мол.6. Композиция стекла по п. 1, в которой щелочноземельный оксид присутствует в количестве от 3% мол. до 13% мол.7. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой отношение Y:Х больше или равно 1,3 и меньше или равно 2.8. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой Х больше или равно 5% мол. и меньше или равно 7% мол.9. Композиция стекла по п. 1, в которой отношение (СаО(% мол.)/(СаО(% мол.)+MgO(% мол.))) меньше или равно 0,3.10. Композиция стекла по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая SnO.11. Claims (16)
1. Композиция стекла, содержащая:
SiO2 в концентрации больше 74% мол.;
щелочноземельный оксид, включающий MgO и СаО, при этом СаО присутствует в количестве, большем или равном 0,1% мол. и меньшем или равном 1,0% мол., и отношение (СаО(% мол.)/(СаО(% мол.)+MgO(% мол.))) меньше или равно 0,5; и
Y% мол. щелочного оксида, при этом щелочной оксид включает Na2О в количестве больше 8% мол., при этом композиция стекла свободна от бора и соединений бора.
2. Композиция стекла по п. 1, в которой концентрация SiO2 меньше или равна 80% мол.
3. Композиция стекла по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая Х% мол. Al2O3, при этом отношение Y:Х больше или равно 1.
4. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой отношение Y:Х меньше или равно 2.
5. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой Х больше или равно 2% мол. и меньше или равно 10% мол.
6. Композиция стекла по п. 1, в которой щелочноземельный оксид присутствует в количестве от 3% мол. до 13% мол.
7. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой отношение Y:Х больше или равно 1,3 и меньше или равно 2.
8. Композиция стекла по п. 3, в которой Х больше или равно 5% мол. и меньше или равно 7% мол.
9. Композиция стекла по п. 1, в которой отношение (СаО(% мол.)/(СаО(% мол.)+MgO(% мол.))) меньше или равно 0,3.
10. Композиция стекла по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая SnO2.
11. Композиция стекла по п. 1, содержащая:
от 74% мол. до 78% мол. SiO2;
от 4% мол. до 8% мол. щелочноземельного оксида;
Х% мол. Al2O3, при этом Х больше или равно 2% мол. и меньше или равно 10% мол.; и
причем щелочной оксид включает Na2O в количестве, большем или равном примерно 9% мол. и меньшем или равном примерно 15% мол., и отношение Y:Х больше или равно 1.
12. Композиция стекла по п. 11, в которой отношение (СаО(% мол.)/(СаО(% мол.)+MgO(% мол.))) меньше или равно 0,1.
13. Композиция стекла по п. 11, в которой щелочноземельный оксид включает от примерно 3% мол. до примерно 7% мол. MgO.
14. Композиция стекла по п. 11, в которой щелочной оксид включает К2О в количестве, большем или равном примерно 0,01% мол. и меньшем или равном примерно 1,0% мол.
15. Композиция стекла по п. 1, содержащая:
от 74% мол. до 78% мол. SiO2;
от 4% мол. до 8% мол. щелочноземельного оксида;
Х% мол. Al2O3, при этом Х больше или равно 4% мол. и меньше или равно 8% мол.; и
Y% мол. щелочного оксида, при этом щелочной оксид включает Na2O в количестве, большем или равном 9% мол. и меньшем или равном 15% мол., отношение Y:Х больше или равно 1, композиция стекла не содержит бор и соединения бора, и композиция стекла относится к типу HGA1 гидролитической стойкости в соответствии с
ISO 720.
16. Композиция стекла по п. 15, характеризующаяся пороговой диффузивностью более 16 мкм2/ч при температуре, меньшей или равной 450°С.
