Abstract
1. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие, содержащее керамические компоненты, содержащие ZrOи AlO, и расцвечивающие компоненты, содержащие ионы или оксиды Mn, Er или их смеси, причем AlOприсутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,0001 до приблизительно 0,14 мас.% по отношению к массе керамических компонентов.2. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, имеющее состав, характеризующийся, по меньшей мере, одной из следующих особенностей:- ZrO+HfO: от приблизительно 80 мас.% до приблизительно 98 мас.%,- AlO: от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,15 мас.%,- ErO: от приблизительно 0,010 до приблизительно 1,5 мас.%,- PrO: от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 0,1 мас.%,- MnO: от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,01 мас.%,- FeO: 0 до приблизительно 0,1 мас.%,где мас.% по отношению к массе керамического изделия.3. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, содержащее стабилизатор, выбираемый из оксидов Y, Mg, Са, Се, La и их смесей.4. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, имеющее формы мостовидного зубного протеза, стоматологической коронки, стоматологического моста, облицовочной части комбинированной искусственной коронки зуба, пломбы, накладки, заводской болванки, имплантата или головки имплантата.5. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, которое содержится в рамке или содержит удерживающее приспособление.6. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, подвергнутое предварительному спеканию и характеризующееся по меньшей мере одним из следующих признаков:- исходное сопротивление разрушению: от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 55 МПа,- плотность: от приблизительно 2,4 до приблизительно 3,7 г/см,- пористость: от приблизительно 40 до приб
Claims (15)
1. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие, содержащее керамические компоненты, содержащие ZrO2 и Al2O3, и расцвечивающие компоненты, содержащие ионы или оксиды Mn, Er или их смеси, причем Al2O3 присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,0001 до приблизительно 0,14 мас.% по отношению к массе керамических компонентов.
2. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, имеющее состав, характеризующийся, по меньшей мере, одной из следующих особенностей:
- ZrO2+HfO2: от приблизительно 80 мас.% до приблизительно 98 мас.%,
- Al2O3: от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,15 мас.%,
- Er2O3: от приблизительно 0,010 до приблизительно 1,5 мас.%,
- Pr6O11: от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 0,1 мас.%,
- MnO2: от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,01 мас.%,
- Fe2O3: 0 до приблизительно 0,1 мас.%,
где мас.% по отношению к массе керамического изделия.
3. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, содержащее стабилизатор, выбираемый из оксидов Y, Mg, Са, Се, La и их смесей.
4. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, имеющее формы мостовидного зубного протеза, стоматологической коронки, стоматологического моста, облицовочной части комбинированной искусственной коронки зуба, пломбы, накладки, заводской болванки, имплантата или головки имплантата.
5. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, которое содержится в рамке или содержит удерживающее приспособление.
6. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, подвергнутое предварительному спеканию и характеризующееся по меньшей мере одним из следующих признаков:
- исходное сопротивление разрушению: от приблизительно 5 до приблизительно 55 МПа,
- плотность: от приблизительно 2,4 до приблизительно 3,7 г/см3,
- пористость: от приблизительно 40 до приблизительно 60 об.%.
7. Стоматологическое керамическое изделие по п.1, подвергнутое спеканию и характеризующееся, по меньшей мере, одним из следующих признаков:
- сопротивление разрушению: не менее чем приблизительно 400 МПа,
- плотность: от приблизительно 5,9 до приблизительно 6,1 г/см3,
- флуоресценция в области видимого света.
8. Набор частей, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одно стоматологические керамическое изделие и, по меньшей мере, один расцвечивающий раствор, причем
керамическое изделие содержит керамические компоненты, содержащие ZrO2 и Al2O3, причем Al2O3 присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,15 мас.% по отношению к массе керамических компонентов, а расцвечивающий раствор содержит расцвечивающие компоненты, содержащие ионы, выбранные из числа Mn, Er и их смесей.
9. Набор частей по п.8, причем расцвечивающие компоненты присутствуют в расцвечивающем растворе в количестве от приблизительно 0,1 до приблизительно 20 мас.% по отношению к массе расцвечивающего раствора.
10. Набор частей по п.8, содержащий маркерный раствор, содержащий расцвечивающие добавки.
11. Процесс производства стоматологического керамического изделия,
содержащий стадию обработки керамического изделия расцвечивающим раствором,
причем керамическое изделие содержит ZrO2 и Al2O3, причем Al2O3 присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,15 мас.% по отношению к массе керамического изделия,
причем расцвечивающий раствор содержит по меньшей мере один расцвечивающий компонент, содержащий ионы, выбранные из числа Mn, Er и их смесей.
12. Процесс по п.11, содержащий стадии спекания керамического изделия после обработки расцвечивающим раствором при температуре в пределах диапазона от приблизительно 1300°C до приблизительно 1550°C, необязательно с временем выдержки от приблизительно 0 до приблизительно 10 ч.
13. Процесс производства стоматологического керамического изделия, содержащий следующие стадии:
смешивание, по меньшей мере, одного расцвечивающего компонента с керамическими компонентами с получением смеси,
причем, по меньшей мере, один расцвечивающий компонент содержит ионы или оксиды, выбранные из числа Er, Mn и их смесей,
причем керамические компоненты содержат ZrO2 и Al2O3, причем Al2O3 присутствует в количестве от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,15 мас.% по отношению к массе керамических компонентов,
формование смеси с получением керамического изделия и, необязательно, спекание керамического изделия.
14. Процесс расцвечивания стоматологического керамического изделия, содержащий стадию обработки керамического изделия расцвечивающим раствором, причем стоматологическое керамическое изделие таково, как описано в п. 1, и расцвечивающий раствор содержит расцвечивающие компоненты, содержащие ионы, выбранные из числа Mn, Er и их смесей.
15. Процесс снижения уровня вторичного излучения стоматологического керамического изделия, содержащего ZrO2 и Al2O3, Al2O3 в количестве от приблизительно 0,001 до приблизительно 0,15 мас.%, причем керамические компоненты таковы, как описано в п. 1, причем процесс содержит нанесение расцвечивающего раствора, причем расцвечивающий раствор содержит расцвечивающие компоненты, содержащие ионы, выбранные из числа Mn, Er и их смесей.
