Description
a)400〜700℃の範囲内の第1温度T1で、10〜180分間、被加工物に第1熱処理を行い、
b)前記第1温度T1よりも高い500〜800℃の範囲内の第2温度T2で、10〜400分間、第2熱処理を行い、
c)前記第1温度T1及び前記第2温度T2よりも高く、600〜1100℃の範囲の第3温度T3で、2〜90分間、第3熱処理を行い、
d)前記ガラスセラミックのガラス転移温度よりも低い温度Tcoolまで、前記被加工物を冷却する工程と、を有し、
e)前記第1温度T1及び前記第2温度T2よりも高く、600〜1100℃の範囲内の第4温度T2で、2〜30分間、前記被加工物に第4熱処理を行い、
前記第4熱処理を行った後、
f)ユーザが所望する温度Tfまで前記被加工物を冷却することを特徴とする。
55〜64重量%のSiO2、
10〜20重量%のLi2O、
8〜20重量%の安定剤、
0〜5重量%のK2O、
0.1〜5重量%のAl2O3、及び
0〜10重量%の添加剤、
重量パーセントは、それぞれ、出発溶融物の総重量に基づく。
実行:最初の2つの温度処理は、対流オーブン中で、生産規模で実施された。保持時間および加熱速度は、均質な熱分布を得るように選択された。第3及び第4温度処理は歯科用炉で行った。
第1及び第2熱処理:2〜10K/分
第3及び第4熱処理:40〜80K/分

b)透光性の差は、比較例の値を本発明の実施例の値と比較することによって決定した。ここで、比較例の透光性の値は100%と仮定した。

Claims (9)
- リチウムシリケートガラスセラミックスで形成された被加工物を製造する方法であって、
a)400〜700℃の範囲内の第1温度T1で、10〜180分間、被加工物に第1熱処理を行い、
b)前記第1温度T1よりも高く、500〜800℃の範囲内の第2温度T2で、10〜400分間、第2熱処理を行い、
c)前記第1温度T1及び前記第2温度T2よりも高く、600〜1100℃の範囲の第3温度T3で、2〜90分間、第3熱処理を行い、
d)前記リチウムシリケートガラスセラミックスのガラス転移温度よりも低い温度Tcoolまで、前記被加工物を冷却する工程と、を有し、
e)前記第1温度T1及び前記第2温度T2よりも高く、600〜1100℃の範囲内の第4温度T 4 で、2〜30分間、前記被加工物に第4熱処理を行い、
前記第4熱処理を行った後、
f)ユーザが所望する温度Tfまで前記被加工物を冷却することを特徴とする、前記リチウムシリケートガラスセラミックスで形成された被加工物を製造する方法。 - 前記第3熱処理の前記温度T3が650〜1000℃の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第3熱処理の前記温度T3が700〜900℃の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第4熱処理の前記温度T4が650〜1000℃の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第4熱処理の前記温度T4が700〜900℃の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被加工物がインゴット又は成形された被加工物であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の少なくとも一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記成形された被加工物は、歯科修復物であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記インゴットは、以下の成分を含む出発溶融物から得られ、
55〜64重量%のSiO2、
10〜20重量%のLi2O、
8〜20重量%の安定剤、
0〜5重量%のK2O
0.1〜5重量%のAl2O3、及び
0〜10重量%の添加剤、
前記重量%は、それぞれ前記出発溶融物の総重量に基づく、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 請求項1乃至8の少なくとも一項に記載の方法を用いて、リチウムシリケートガラスセラミックス製被加工物の透過率を制御する方法。
