Claims (36)
1. Жидкая смазочная композиция, содержащая (i) парафиновый способный к биологическому разложению углеводородный базовый компонент со способностью к биологическому разложению по меньшей мере 50% (OECD 301В) и температурой застывания примерно -25°С или ниже, в котором степень разветвления, измеренная как процентное содержание метильных водородов (BI) и близость разветвлений, измеренная как процентное содержание повторяющихся метиленовых углеродов, представляющих собой четыре или более углеродов, отщепленных от концевой группы или ответвления (СН2>4), таковы:
(a) BI-0,5(СН2>4)>15, и
(b) BI+0,85(СН2>4)<45,
когда измеряются в указанном углеводородном базовом компоненте в целом, и (ii) присадки, растворимые в базовом компоненте, в том числе детергент и антиоксидант, причем жидкая смазочная композиция имеет вязкость по CCS при -15°С не более примерно 3500 сП и кинематическую вязкость при 100°С не менее примерно 5 сСт.
2. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой сочетание динамической вязкости (DV), измеренной как вязкость по CCS при - 40°С, и кинематической вязкости, измеренной при 100°С, указанного парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента составляет
(c) DVпри-40°С<2900(KVпри 100°С)-7000.
3. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой вязкость указанного парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента по MRV, измеренная при -30°С, составляет не более примерно 60000 сП с пределом текучести не более примерно 35 Па.
4. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.3, в которой вязкость указанного парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента по MRV, измеренная при -40°С, составляет не более примерно 60000 сП с пределом текучести не более примерно 35 Па.
5. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой индекс вязкости парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента составляет около 160 или менее.
6. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.5, в которой индекс вязкости парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента составляет от около 140 до около 160.
7. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой температура застывания парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента ниже примерно -30°С.
8. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.7, в которой вязкость парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента по MRV, измеренная при -35°С, составляет не более примерно 60000 сП с пределом текучести не более примерно 35 Па.
9. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.7, в которой индекс вязкости парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента составляет от около 140 до около 160.
10. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.7, в которой температура застывания парафинового способного к биологическому разложению углеводородного базового компонента составляет от около -30°С до около -45°С.
11. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой температура застывания смазочной композиции ниже около -20°С.
12. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.11, в которой температура застывания смазочной композиции ниже около -30°С.
13. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.11, в которой температура застывания указанной смазочной композиции составляет от около -35°С до около -60°С.
14. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой соответствующая низкотемпературной вязкостной классификации по OW SAE с вязкостью по CCS при -30°С не более 3250 сП и вязкостью по MRV при -40°С не более 60000 сП.
15. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.14, которая содержит дополнительно полимерный модификатор вязкости.
16. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.15, которая соответствует классификации по 0W-40 SAE, с кинематической вязкостью при 100°С от 12,5 до величины не более 16,3 сСт, содержит примерно 0,05-30 мас.% полимерного модификатора вязкости, и где парафиновый способный к биологическому разложению углеводородный базовый компонент имеет кинематическую вязкость при 100°С от примерно 3,5 до примерно 5,0 сСт.
17. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.15 с температурой застывания не выше -40°С.
18. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.15, которая соответствует классификации по 0W-30 SAE, с кинематической вязкостью при 100°С от 9,3 до менее 12,5 сСт, содержит от около 0,01 до около 25 мас.% полимерного модификатора вязкости, и где парафиновый способный к биологическому разложению углеводородный базовый компонент имеет кинематическую вязкость при 100°С от около 3,5 до около 5,0 сСт.
19. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.18, которая имеет температуру застывания не выше -40°С.
20. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.19, которая имеет вязкость по CCS при -30°С не более 3000 сП.
21. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, которая соответствует низкотемпературной вязкостной классификации по 5W SAE, с вязкостью по CCS при -25°С не более 3500 сП и вязкостью по MRV при -35°С не более 60000 сП.
22. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.21, которая дополнительно содержит полимерный модификатор вязкости.
23. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, которая соответствует низкотемпературной вязкостной классификации по 10W SAE, с вязкостью по CCS при -20°С не более 3500 сП и вязкостью по MRV при -30°С не более 60000 сП.
24. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.23, которая дополнительно содержит полимерный модификатор вязкости.
25. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, которая соответствует низкотемпературной вязкостной классификации по 15W SAE, с вязкостью по CCS при -15°С не более 3500 сП и вязкостью по MRV при -25°С не более 60000 сП.
26. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.25, которая дополнительно содержит полимерный модификатор вязкости.
27. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.26, которая соответствует классификации по 15W-50 SAE, с кинематической вязкостью при 100°С от 16,3 до менее 21,9 сСт, содержащая от около 0,1 до около 25 мас.% полимерного модификатора вязкости, и в которой парафиновый способный к биологическому разложению углеводородный базовый компонент имеет кинематическую вязкость при 100°С от примерно 5,5 до примерно 14,0 сСт.
28. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.27, которая имеет температуру застывания не выше -35°С.
29. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.28, которая имеет вязкость по CCS при -30°С не более 3300 сП.
30. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, которая соответствует вязкостной классификации по "xW-y" SAE, где х = 0, 5, 10 или 15, и где у = 10, 20, 30 или 40, и где (у-х) менее или равно 25.
31. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой парафиновые углеводородные компоненты имеют BI более 26,1 и CH2>4 менее 22,2.
32. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит базовый компонент смазочного масла, содержащий сложный эфир или алкилированное ароматическое соединение или их смесь.
33. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.32, в которой сложный эфир представляет собой эфир полиола и монокарбоновой кислоты с кинематической вязкостью при 100°С от около 2 до около 8 сСт, и алкилированное ароматическое соединение представляет собой алкилнаталин с моноалкильным заместителем с примерно 10-20 атомами углерода с кинематической вязкостью при 100°С от около 2 до около 8 сСт.
34. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.32, которая содержит от около 5 до около 20 мас.% сложного эфира или алкилированного ароматического соединения или их смеси.
35. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой антиоксидантом является ароматический амин или алкилированный фенол или их смеси.
36. Жидкая смазочная композиция по п.1, в которой детергентом является сульфонат щелочного или щелочноземельного металла, или салицилат щелочного или щелочноземельного металла, или фенолят щелочного или щелочноземельного металла, или их смесь.
