Description
− −30℃(ASTM D5293による)で6600cP未満の動的粘度;
− 100℃(ASTM D445による)で少なくとも9.3cStの動粘度;
− 少なくとも2.9cPの高温高剪断粘度(「HTHS」;ASTM D4683による);および
− 14重量%未満のNoack揮発性(ASTM D5800による)
を有するのが特に好ましい。
クランク室エンジンで使用される様々なエンジン油を配合した。
本発明のガス状全炭化水素の排出物特性を示すために、ベンチエンジン試験測定は、欧州過渡モード(ETC)試験モードによるエンジンを運転する間に、MAN D2066ユーロ4の6気筒インラインコモンレールエンジン(変位:10.5L;出力:324kW;トルク:2100Nm)に連結したベンチ動力計で実行した。
− 相1は、50km/時間の最高速度、頻繁なスタート、停止およびアイドリングで市街地運転(「都市モード」)を表す;
− 相2は急激な加速度部分で始まる田舎の運転(「田舎モード」)である。平均速度は約72km/時間である;
− 相3は約88km/時間の平均速度で高速道路運転(「ハイウェーモード」)である。
ETC試験モードのすべてのモードに対して比較例1と比較すると、表3から分かるように、実施例1の全炭化水素排出物は著しく改善された。これは、全炭化水素排出物(エンジンの仕事のキロワット時間当たり)の重量(グラム)によって示される。上記の結果は95%信頼区間レベルで統計学上有意であると判明した。
Claims (2)
- ETC試験モード(欧州議会の1999/96/EC指令)に従ってエンジンを運転する場合に、全炭化水素排出物の低減のために、基油はフィッシャー−トロプシュ由来基油のみからなり、当該基油の100℃動粘度は5.13cSt以上かつ10.0cSt未満であり、および1種以上の添加剤を含むディーゼルエンジン用潤滑油組成物の使用であって、
当該潤滑油組成物の100℃における動的粘度は、9.3〜12.15cStであり、そして、当該潤滑油組成物のNoack揮発性(ASTM D5800による)は1重量%から10.0重量%未満である
ことを特徴とする
