Description
潤滑組成物の全重量に基づいて、40.0から60.0重量%のI群の鉱物由来基油、および
潤滑組成物の全重量に基づいて、10.0から40.0重量%のフィッシャー−トロプシュ由来基油
を含み、
100℃(ASTM D445準拠)で26.1cSt未満の動粘度を有する、潤滑組成物を提供することによって、本発明によって達成される。
それぞれ最大0.5重量%、最大0.8重量%および最大1.5重量%の硫酸塩灰分含有量(ASTM D874準拠);
それぞれ最大0.05重量%、最大0.08重量%および典型的には最大0.1重量%のリン含有量(ASTM D5185準拠);ならびに
それぞれ最大0.2重量%、最大0.3重量%および典型的には最大0.5重量%の硫黄含有量(ASTM D5185準拠)
を意味する。
それぞれ最大1重量%(低SAPS)、最大1.5重量%(中SAPS)および最大2重量%(標準SAPS)の硫酸塩灰分含有量(ASTM D874準拠);
それぞれ最大0.08重量(低SAPS)および最大0.12重量%(中および標準SAPS)のリン含有量(ASTM D5185準拠);ならびに

ディーゼルエンジンにおける使用のための様々なエンジン油を配合した。
本発明のシール適合性特性を実証するために、VDA 675301ダイムラー仕様に準拠する以下の標準試験:
NBR34(ニトリル)試験(100℃で7日間)、
AK6(150℃で7日間)、
ACM E7503(150℃で7日間)、および
EAM D8948−200(150℃で7日間)
に従って、幾つかの測定を実施した。
本発明による潤滑組成物のすす分散性特性を実証するために、TAインストゥルメンツ(TA Instruments)(ニューカッスル、デラウェア州、米国)から入手可能なAR500レオメータを使用して、以下のように測定を実施した:
カーボンブラック(カボット(Cabot)(ルーバン、ベルギー)から入手可能なVulcan XC72R)をオーブン中で140℃で少なくとも12時間予熱した。1.25gのカーボンブラックおよび25gの油試料を150mlの瓶(カーボンブラックの4.76重量%に対応する。)中で測定した。次いで、撹拌棒を瓶中に追加し、瓶を蓋で閉じた。瓶を加熱した撹拌ブロック(100℃)上に置き、一晩平衡化した。
本発明による潤滑組成物の低温ポンプ能力特性を実証するために、(−15℃の代わりに)−20℃で試験を実施した点を除き、SAEペーパー2000−01−1989に記載されているように測定を実施した。実施例1および比較例3に関する測定したポンプ能力値(油だめからエンジン中の各部分までの−20℃のカミンズM−11におけるフロー時間[秒単位])を以下の表4に示す。
表2からわかるように、実施例1および2ならびに比較例1および2(すべてが、フィッシャー−トロプシュ由来基油およびI群またはII群の鉱物由来基油の組み合わせを含む。)に関するシール適合性特性は、比較例3および4(I群またはII群の鉱物由来基油のみを含む。)と比較した場合に、顕著に改善した。
Claims (6)
- 基油および1つ以上の添加剤を含む潤滑組成物であって、少なくとも:
潤滑組成物の全重量に基づいて、40.0から60.0重量%のI群の100℃における動粘度が4.4〜11mm 2 /sである鉱物由来基油、および
潤滑組成物の全重量に基づいて、10.0から40.0重量%の100℃における動粘度が3.8〜9.0mm 2 /sであるフィッシャー−トロプシュ由来基油
を含み、
100℃(ASTM D445準拠)で5.6mm 2 /s以上16.3mm 2 /s未満の動粘度を有する、潤滑組成物。 - 潤滑組成物の全重量に基づいて、15.0から35.0重量%のフィッシャー−トロプシュ由来基油を含む、請求項1に記載の潤滑組成物。
- −20℃(ASTM D5293準拠)で7000cP未満の動的粘性率を有する、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- 少なくとも2.9cPの高温高剪断粘度(「HTHS」;ASTM D4683準拠)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑組成物
- 潤滑組成物の全重量に基づいて、少なくとも2.5重量%の清浄剤および/または分散剤を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 1つ以上の以下の特性:
VDA 675301ダイムラー仕様に準拠する1つ以上のAK6およびACM E7503で測定されるシール適合性特性;
分散性;ならびに
ポンプ能力
を改善するための、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑組成物の使用。
