Abstract
Oppfinnelsen gjelder et apparat for fremstilling av silaner av den generelle formelen HnSiCl4-n, der n= 1,2,3 og/eller 4 ved dismutasjon av minst en relativ høyklorinert silan i nærvær av en katalysator som er basert på minst en destillasjonskolonne (1) som har en kolonnebunn (1.1) og et kolonnetak (1.2), minst en sidereaktor (2) med katalysatorseng (3), minst et fødeinntak (1.3), et produktutløp (1.4) og minst et videre produktutløp (1.5 eller 1.8). Destilleringskolonnen (1) er utstyrt med minst en pipeplate (4), og minst en sidereaktor (2) er forbundet med destilleringskolonnen (1) gjennom minst tre rør (5,6,7) på den måten at forbindelsespunktet av linjen (5) til destillasjonskolonnen (1) for avlasting av kondensatet fra pipeplaten er ved et høyere nivå enn den øvre kanten av katalysatorsengen (3, 3.1 eller 3.2). Linjen (6) for avlasting av væskefasen fra sidereaktoren (2) åpner opp (6. 1) inn i destillasjonskolonnen (1) under pipeplaten (4) og denne åpningen (6, 6. 1) er ved et lavere nivå enn den øvre kanten av katalysatorsengen (3, 3.1 eller 3.2) og linjen (7) for avlasting av gassfasen fra den assosierte sidereaktoren (2) åpner (7.1) inn i destilleringskolonnen (1) over nivået (4.1) av pipeplaten (4). Videre tilveiebringer den foreliggende oppfinnelsen en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille de gitte silanene i apparatet ifølge oppfinnelsen.
