Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una bebida con sabor a cerveza, caracterizad porque comprende una saponina y un colorante, en donde el colorante es un color caramelo, y en donde el contenido de saponina es de al menos 1mg/L pero no mayor que 8 mg/L. La bebida con sabor a cerveza caracterizada además por la bebida con sabor a cerveza no alcohólica es una bebida con sabor a cerveza no fermentada.
