Abstract
Procedimiento de endurecimiento por láser de un área superficial de una pieza de trabajo, tal como una superficie de un muñón de un cigüeñal, que comprende: generar un movimiento relativo entre la superficie de la pieza de trabajo y una fuente de láser para permitir que un punto de láser se proyecte posteriormente sobre diferentes porciones de dicha área superficial, y durante dicho movimiento relativo, realizar una exploración de forma repetitiva con el haz de láser (2) con el fin de producir un punto de láser eficaz (5) equivalente bidimensional sobre dicha área superficial. La distribución de energía del punto de láser eficaz se adapta de tal modo que esta es diferente en un área secundaria más sensible al calor, tal como en un área adyacente a una abertura de lubricación de aceite, que en un área secundaria menos sensible al calor, con el fin de evitar el sobrecalentamiento de dicha área secundaria más sensible al calor.
