Abstract

Se proporciona un método para soldar por láser primer y segundo componentes que incluye mover un haz de rayo láser a través de una porción de una superficie del primer componente en una velocidad suficiente para generar protuberancias en la superficie del primer componente por medio de un efecto de formación de montículos, yuxtaponer dichos primero y segundo componentes tal que las superficies opuestas de los primero y segundo componentes se separen por dichas protuberancias en la superficie del primer componente, y soldar por láser dichos primer y segundo componentes barriendo el haz de rayo láser en una región en la cual dichas superficies se separan por dichas protuberancias. La altura de las protuberancias se puede controlar mediante el control de una velocidad de barrido del haz de rayo láser.
