Abstract

OBJETO: Proporcionar un método de soldadura por láser, un dispositivo de soldadura por láser, y un miembro soldado que sean capaces de suprimir la ocurrencia de sopladuras y obtener una soldadura favorable. MEDIO DE LOGRAR EL OBJETO: Un método de soldadura por láser para soldar una pluralidad de miembros metálicos entre sí mediante la irradiación de luz 51 láser en una región donde una pluralidad de miembro metálico se superponen, que comprende un proceso de pretratamiento y un proceso de soldadura. Al menos un miembro metálico de la pluralidad de miembros metálicos se forma a partir de una placa de acero enchapada con metal en la cual un metal de base se ha cubierto con un material de recubrimiento que tiene un punto de fusión menor que el metal de base. En el proceso de pretratamiento, con la posición del primer miembro 21 metálico (uno de los miembros metálicos) en la dirección en el plano fijada, el procesamiento se realiza desde la superficie 21a frontal (una superficie lateral) del primer miembro metálico para formar en la superficie 21b posterior (otra superficie lateral), que es el otro lado, una saliente 23 que se abulta desde la superficie posterior. Posteriormente, en el proceso de soldadura, el primer miembro metálico en el cual se ha formado una saliente se superpone sobre un segundo miembro 22 metálico (otro miembro metálico) con la saliente entre los mismos mientras se mantiene la posición en la dirección en el plano, y se irradia luz láser sobre la región superpuesta para soldar la pluralidad de miembros metálicos entre sí.
