Claims (7)
- 複数の金属プレートをレーザ溶接して形成される接合セパレータの製造方法であって、
ベース部に積層状態で載置された少なくとも2枚の前記金属プレートを前記ベース部と押さえ部とで挟み込む固定工程と、
前記固定工程後に、前記押さえ部に設けられた間隙を介して、レーザ光出射部から前記金属プレートにレーザ光を照射して前記2枚の金属プレートを互いに溶接する溶接工程と、
前記溶接工程後に、前記ベース部と前記押さえ部との間に前記2枚の金属プレートを挟んだ状態で、前記間隙を介して押圧部材を進出させて前記レーザ光により溶接された領域を当該押圧部材により押圧する追いプレス工程と、を有する
接合セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の接合セパレータの製造方法において、
前記複数の金属プレートは、第1金属セパレータと、第2金属セパレータとからなる
接合セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の接合セパレータの製造方法において、
前記追いプレス工程では、前記金属プレートを構成する材料の降伏応力又は0.2%耐力以上の押圧力を、前記押圧部材が付与する
接合セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接合セパレータの製造方法において、
当該接合セパレータは、連通孔を内側に有し、
前記溶接工程では、前記連通孔の周囲を溶接する内側溶接工程を実施した後に、前記接合セパレータの外周側を溶接する外側溶接工程を実施する
接合セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接合セパレータの製造方法において、
当該接合セパレータは、連通孔を内側に有し、
前記追いプレス工程では、前記連通孔の周囲の溶接された領域を押圧する内側追いプレス工程を実施した後に、前記接合セパレータの外周側の溶接された領域を押圧する外側追いプレス工程を実施する
接合セパレータの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の接合セパレータの製造方法において、
前記ベース部は、前記間隙に対応する箇所が平坦状に形成されている
接合セパレータの製造方法。 - 複数の金属プレートをレーザ溶接して接合セパレータを形成する製造装置であって、
少なくとも2枚の前記金属プレートを積層状態で載置するベース部と、
前記ベース部との間で前記2枚の金属プレートを挟み込む押さえ部と、
前記ベース部と前記押さえ部との間に前記2枚の金属プレートを挟んだ状態で、前記押さえ部に設けられた間隙を介して、レーザ光を照射して前記2枚の金属プレートを互いに溶接するレーザ光出射部と、
前記ベース部と前記押さえ部との間に前記2枚の金属プレートを挟んだ状態で、前記間隙を介して進出し、前記レーザ光により溶接された領域を押圧する押圧部材と、を有する
