前記セパレータを前記電極アッセンブリに積層する際には、前記セパレータを前記電極アッセンブリに積層した状態で押圧し、前記セパレータにレーザ光を照射することにより、前記セパレータを介して前記樹脂フレームの樹脂を溶融させて、前記セパレータを前記電極アッセンブリに接合することを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの製造方法。 - 前記製造方法は、前記セパレータを、前記単セルを構成するセパレータにさらに積層する際に、積層する前記セパレータと、前記単セルを構成するセパレータとの間に、導電性アッセンブリを介して、前記セパレータ同士を接合する工程を備えており、
前記導電性アッセンブリは、導電性部材と、前記導電性部材の外周を周回するように前記導電性部材に固定された樹脂フレームと、を備えており、
前記セパレータ同士を接合する際に、前記単セルを構成するセパレータに、前記導電性アッセンブリを積層した状態で押圧し、前記導電性アッセンブリの樹脂フレームにレーザ光を照射することにより、前記導電性アッセンブリの前記樹脂フレームを、前記セパレータに接合し、
前記導電性アッセンブリに前記セパレータを接合する際には、前記導電性アッセンブリに前記セパレータを積層した状態で押圧し、前記セパレータにレーザ光を照射することにより、前記セパレータを、前記導電性アッセンブリの前記樹脂フレームに接合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタックの製造方法。
